Capture signature and save to Google drive? - Tasker Tips & Tricks

Is it possible to have a task that will capture a signature and save it to Google drive? If so can anyone point me in the correct direction?
Failing that I can use Samsung notes, in which case is it possible to have folder automatically sync with Google drive whenever a change is detected or new file saved?

AFAIK Samsung notes supports only sync with Samsung cloud and Microsoft OneNote.

Sync problems

My phone wont snyc to my desktop so I can get my phone numbers back.. I have never had this problem before so I don't know what steps to take. Thanks for any and all help.
Your contacts should be synced to the gmail account you use with your hero for the marketplace... but if you have vcard files of your contacts you can go to people-> press menu-> the go to the import/export button on the lower left part of the menu to import or export from an sd card. If you use outlook you can create vcard files of your contacts really easily.
-hope this helps!
All my contacts are synced through my computer. ( so I cant do that..
And they never go threw with my google account
what do you mean "synced through your computer"?
do you mean they exist as a csv file? or something else?
I can probably help if you can be a little more specific

hmmm. As in I use HTC Sync.. Then i switch my phone to sync and it auto syncs to my computer? i dont know the file format.
Hey, sorry I took so long to reply!
If you're using HTC sync the contacts have to be going one of 2 places - your outlook address book or your windows contacts... if you can find those files (or export them from outlook) and put them on your sd card, then follow the directions I gave you in post #2. If your computer isn't recognizing your phone, then: 1. there is probably a deeper problem than your contacts not working, and 2. you could always get an adapter for your sd card and plug it directly into your computer.
I hope this helps
Thanks I got it working now.

On the HTC One, go to the People app. Click the three-button menu icon, choose Import/Export Contacts, and choose Export. Your contacts will be saved to the SD Card. Now you can copy the contact file to your computer via USB, or you can email it to yourself (the file will be called something like "pcsc_pcsc_001.vcf").
Now put that file on your Samsung S6 (either by downloading it from your email or transferring it from the computer via USB). On the Samsung, go to the Contact app, tap More, then Settings, the Import/Export Contacts. Choose Import, then tell it to search your SD card. It should find the "pcsc_pcsc_001.vcf" file and let you import it.
and I would recommend to save all your contacts to your google account which will make things easier next time you change phone. If your contacts are saved to your google account, they will be imported automatically on your new device when setting up the new phone with your google account.

Moving all events from one calendar to another

I have a local calendar on my N6. I would like to change the calendar for all the events in this calendar to another (network) calendar. Alternatively, failing that, I would like to copy all the events to another calendar.
How do I do that?

I'd say use the Google calendar, that can be synced across multiple devices. If that's not what you meant to do, you would prolly have to export a .CSV file onto a pc and then load the CSV file to the new device.
And that's why Google is soooo much easier!

How do I sync a local calendar with Google and then sync that with another networked calendar?
I had thought of this but I don't know how to do it or even whether it's possible.

May I ask what device you have? I feel like you have a Sammy, but don't want to assume.

No, it's a Nexus 6, which is why I'm posting here. I suspect that this isn't device specific but I wasn't sure.
I have a local calendar that is the result of importing a lot of ical entries. What I'm trying to achieve is to move the entries in this calendar to a caldav calendar. I don't mind using Google temporarily (although I'd prefer not to) but I don't want to use Google permanently and even if I did, I don't know how to get the local calendar entries syncing with a network (either Google or caldav) calendar.

I don't know a whole lot about this besides syncing to Google and back again which sounds like more work than you need to do. I found a link on iCal to iDev... and there are a few other resource links in it too.

Gallery Cloud function

Ok, I know that Lg Cloud Hub is integrated to the Gallery and how to activate my cloud accounts.
Does anyone know how this really works in the background? Is it syncing automatically?
I installed the OneCloud app and signed in via settings/accounts. And without doing anything else, all my photos are now synced with my OneCloud? I don't really mind, but it would be nice to be in control.
Also, when I try to add/sign in to, OneCloud in the File Manager and the Gallery, it won't let me? It says I'm already signed in but it doesn't show in those apps?
Anybody else experienced this?
