Hi.
I am running stock 5.1. Phone is unlocked according to recovery - it states "unocked status 3". When I try to flash TWRP it does not stick. When I press volume down to choose reboot recovery it just turns off. When I try volume down and power to boot it comes back with an android on it's back saying no command.
Any ideas how I can fix this?
I sorted it.
I was pressing the power button instead of volume up when trying to choose boot recovery after twrp flash.

My Motorola Atrix Hd won't boot up every time I turn the phone on the m logo shows up then goes to the recovery screen that have a red triangle their and stay their for a wild then goes back to the m logo how do i fix the problem
If it keeps going to recovery, you could try wiping cache and Dalvik to see of that happens. If this doesn't help, you may need to wipe the data partition too. If that doesn't help, you may have to re-flash the stock ROM.

how do i wipe the data partition
When you boot your phone, it goes right to the dead android all the time? If it does, that is recovery mode. I think you press the volume up key, select the option to wipe data, and reboot.
Special boot modes
Recovery: Hold Volume Down & Power simultaneously.
Bootloader: Hold Volume Up Volume Down & Power simultaneously. On the next screen use Volume Down to scroll to bootloader and then use Volume Up to select.
Fastboot: Hold Volume Up Volume Down & Power simultaneously. On the next screen use Volume Down to scroll to bootloader and then use Volume Up to select.

i did that but the phone is still doing the same thing
What ROM was your phone running? Does it have an unlocked bootloader? Did this happen after you did something to the ROM?
I am also have startup problems.
I manually restarted my phone and it fell into a black screen. No logo motorola. I made all [power + volume (+, -)] => My phone booted into normal.
The cause of this problem?
Since I have a problem I did not start that way anymore: Power -> Reboot
Instead I just power off.

Hi,
I have unlocked bootloader for Redmi 4X. I want to run TWRP onetime to install magisk. When i give "fastboot boot recovery.img", it doesn't boot TWRP. I tried Volume Up+Power button to enter recovery mode. But, no luck. Please help me.
You are using wrong command. use -> adb reboot recovery and then it will boot into recovery mode.
i hope you have TWRP installed already.
if you are on MIUI then shut down your device and press volume up and power button.
next you'll be directed to menu, tap on recovery (options maybe in chinese language but do not worry recovery is written in english language) tap on it.
you'll see two options to choose from, choose blue one and it'll boot in recovery mode.
if you are using custom ROM then shut down your device and press and hold all three buttons together (volume up + volume down + power button) your device will boot into recovery mode.

I try power off phone and holding power and volume up at same time. Nothing happens. I have magisk and try rebooting to recovery using terminal but still just boots into regular. I used to have TWRP. How can I get recovery back?
Download TWRP and
Code:
fastboot boot

You don't want volume up - that's a force-reboot of the phone.
You need to hold volume *down* and power.
I flash via ODIN - it says PASS. I reboot using power and up. I remove the power button as soon as it flashes black, but it keeps going back into my ROM and not recovery. I've tried all combinations. Any suggestions?
Maybe you are releasing the power button too early.
The boot loader must boot with the button combination pressed.
Hello, I'm having some problems with my M31, it keeps going into boot frequently every day. Whenever there is a call or any activity like opening the app it switches off and only turns back on if I press and hold the power button with volume keys. I tried to reset it hard but it will not go into recovery mode. I press and hold the power and volume up button but instead of recovery mode, it turns on. I don't know what to do, please help!
Recovery Android12: press and hold Volume Up and Power then plugin USB cable to PC
