You flashed t-mo firmware to a non t-mo device? That's one of the big no-no's re LG phones, t-mo firmware, the only one, has different encryption and you can't crossflash to it or from it. In other words... when it comes to t-mo, don't F with it, as it will F up your phone.
I'd try this, use these files and flash (qfil) to their respective partitions. Then try download mode and kdz to a diff rom, ******anything***** but t-mo.
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1WQaaM35SWiF_UbXAM8hiRB95D2CDkIEq
Download the backup. Unzip it to find 7 luns (0-6).
1. Open QFIL
2. Select Flat Build
3. Click load xml and select the rawprogram(#) XML that is in the lun(0-6) folder.
4. If it asks you for a patch xml, click cancel. It's not needed to flash this backup.
5. Click download
6. Repeat steps for each lun folder.

Question Hard bricked

Hey (*´∇`)ノ
So I guess my redmi note 10 pro is hard bricked
Condition : Phone won't boot to fastboot or recovery. Phone won't turn on. Phone is on EDL mode by default and reads on 9008 port.
Case : I unlocked the bootloader and flashed custom recovery then loaded a custom rom on an external usb hard drive. I connected the usb to the phone OTG then flashed the custom rom from it through custom recovery. The flash failed for some reason and the phone hard bricked. (Didn't have root)
Solutions I have tried:
1- flashing fastboot rom with latest MiFlash and got edl authorization error.
2- flashing fastboot rom with old MiFlash and got edl authorization error again.
3- searching for Firehose file for the phone and I found none.
4- flashing fastboot rom with latest QFIL and no luck.
Any heads up for your brother and I'll be grateful.

Try flashing the standard Xiaomi MIUI Full ROM via MiFlash to see if you can boot the phone to System. Then go custom ROM from there.
Good luck.

How To Guide Manually update to android 12 with locked bootloader

**Warning** this will erase your data
So i was poking around moto rescue tool as i wanted android 12 on my moto edge 20 pro which was stuck on 11 and accidentally found a way to update the phone without unlocking the bootloader via swap trick
Firstly download moto rescue tool
Rescue Tool
Then download a android 12 firmware for your moto (find it online)
Boot your phone into fastboot and hook it up to the rescue tool and click rescue it will start downloading the firmware for it it will start downloading android 11 firmware for it
Now you can either go to the default folder where it's downloading the firmware or change it to whichever folder you desire
Now take the 12 firmware you downloaded earlier bring it into the folder where rescue tool was downloading the firmware
Copy the name of temp file thats in the folder
Cancel the download (which will delete temp file)
Close rescue tool
And now take the firmware you downloaded the android 12 one and rename it to the name of that temp file (make sure file ends in zip not temp ignore the temp bit)
Turn on the rescue tool again and click rescue again it will "start downloading the firmware" again but it will actually sit at 0kbps as it reads and extracts the file you placed in and it will start installing it on your phone
wait till its done
Boom you have yourself Android 12 on your Edge 20 Pro
Thanks for this, took a couple of tries before it decided to finally decrypt it + had to unlock the bootloader otherwise the recovery would fail half way though flashing.

Hi, thanks for sharing this. I tried to flash a retail-apac 12 version to replace my China android 12 version, did not tried to change the file name, failed. Do you mean you changed the file name of zip which is downloading? Can you help to share the version of rescue tool you used?

I tried many different ways to change the file names, the flashing process started but failed at about 70% stage. I guess the reason is that my original ROM is China CMCC Android 12 version , the RSA tool might have updated to block user flashing this ROM to other region.
I also tried to use Tiny Fast Boot tool to flash the APAC Android 12 version, also failed. Had to unlock the Boot Loader of my phone, then only flashing AP, finally worked. APAC Android 12 version is not that stable comparing with China version, but I feel the message notice (pop up) is better than China version, and much less pre-installed Apps.
Hi Dev,
without unlocking the bootloader, it wasn't allowing to flash the rom.
now the annoying msg comes at the boot screen that bootloader is unlocked and not safe bla bla bla..
is there any way by flashing the boot.img to remove this msg?
PS i do not want to flash a custom rom and root the phone.

Hi Guys,
Good News!!
would like to confirm that after flashing android 12 simply go back to fastboot mode with power and vol down button and run a command from adb
fastboot oem flashing lock
will lock the bootloader and that annoying msg wont appear again.
data will be wipped which is not a big deal at all.
now you are good to sell your phone.
what a relief.
