As OnePlus doesn't always provide download links for all of their OxygenOS ROMs & OTA update zips, we've created an index to put the links in one post so that they're easy to find.
Note: This is not a support thread for issues you may have with OxygenOS ROMs. If you need help installing or updating, feel free to ask here. If you have any other issues, please ask in another thread.
For the sake of simplicity, only signed flashable (full) zips are listed. These are recovery flashable zips of the full ROM that won't overwrite your data partition unless mentioned otherwise. They can be flashed via local update in Settings --> System --> System Updates or TWRP recovery.
Packages with build tag BE81AA are intended for the following variant:
BE2011: Global
Packages with build tag BE83BA are intended for the following variant:
BE2013: Europe
Units with model numbers BE2012 (T-Mobile) and BE2015 (Metro by T-Mobile) are running a special version of the OS which lacks local update and therefore cannot install updates manually. Sideloading the system update APK and trying anyway would not work as the device name for these units is different.

Here will be the firmware packages from the latest Global/China MIUI ROMs for those of you using custom ROMs that require the firmware for radios etc to work.
I will try to keep it as up-to-date as possible so every time you need to update your ROM you can grab the newest firmware here and use it to keep firmware up-to-date as well.
Installation Instructions:
I recommend using firmware from the Stable builds, but the firmware from the other ROMs should be fine too. Let us know in the comments if you see any differences between them.
For Oreo ROMs use Oreo Firmware.
For Nougat ROMs use Nougat Firmware.
Follow advice from your ROM maintainer!

In theory it should be fine since it doesn't replace anything to do with /system.
In practice I'm not 100% sure as I've seen a few people mess up their installs by flashing firmware after ROM.
You can just flash firmware then dirty flash your ROM to be sure.
Kind of like if you were updating your ROM just using the zip version you already are on.

There doesn't seem to be noticeable differences between the firmwares.

No its not necessary.
Nothing from the zip should affect the system partition.
However I recommend flashing the firmware before flashing your ROM eg with an update or dirty flash just to be 100% sure.
But many users choose to just flash the updated firmware over their ROM and it works just as well
Maybe I'm just OCD about my install proceedures

One of the latest ones
On LineageOS I'm using the latest stable firmware.
I haven't been able to update the firmware packages for the last week as I'm away ATM but will be back soon and can resume uploading them.
You can also make the zips yourself if you download the latest ROM from miui website and use one of mine as a template of what files to remove and what to leave.
And then compare the updater script to see what lines to remove.
Its really easy I'm just uploading for people that don't want to download an entire ROM

No sorry.
You can make it yourself very easily though by downloading the full package from end.muiu.com and then using one of my firmware packages as an example of what to remove and what to leave.
Then copy the updater-script from mine to yours or edit it to be the same and flash

Ok, i will try it, thanks a lot
I'm planning to use custom ROM like LOS, but everytime i flash, the mic always not working properly, for example when recording, my voice can't be recorded, but if i tap the mic, the tapping voice is recorded..in the MIUI 9 Stable and Beta, the voice can be recorded but we have to speak very closely to the mic and the voice result also very low..and when i tried to flash back to 8.2.2.0 the mic is working normally, so do u think it's the firmware problem?

I compiled this from phhusson's source. This is my daily driver now. Seems pretty stable. So I share it here for anyone who needs it.
btw, this rom can also be used on mi pad 4.
ALWAYS BACKUP BEFORE YOU TRY IT!
You won't be able to direct downgrade from 16.0 to 15.1, so please backup, backup and backup!
This should work if you are on MIUI9 9.5.12 or MIUI10 8.6.21 previously. If not, please update to at least these versions.
For Lineage 16.0, you must be on MIUI10 8.9.20 or later.
Please, check hardware support before you flash it: https://github.com/phhusson/treble_experimentations/wiki/Xiaomi-Mi-Mix-2s
Note: the "not released" in the sheet above means it is persent in my release, but not yet in phhusson's lineageos release.
All thanks go to @phhusson for this wonderful generic treble rom!
Usage:
Download, decompress, and execute:
fastboot flash system system.img
Then wipe data, cache, etc. And finally reboot and enjoy!
To root:
Install magisk v16.0 or above.
Note: After magisk installation adb will gone. You need to manually copy /system/bin/adbd to /sbin/ and execute "start adbd" to make adb work again. You will need to do this on every reboot!
Or use LineageOS su (Lineage 16.0 did not have offical su yet!).
Note: To make lineage su work, you need to open the system/etc/init/superuser.rc in the su zip and modify su_daemon to another name, due to stupid xiaomi put a service with the same name in /init.miui.rc!
Or you can download already modified version from my link: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1pdi_9dooK8Hdkh5s887hI0XDBete8Vkz

sha256: d74a4e1e33c5117bde9e5f75f927cb38fc93e8f68f6daa21771efccb671cedd3
For GApps:
According to reports, you can try flashing opengapps. If it crashes, please try a full wipe (wiping whole /data).
For bootloop or non-booting:
According to reports, please try a full wipe (wiping whole /data).

NOTE: My twrp is not able to decrypt android P encryption yet. Please find other working twrp version if you need it.

v4 (2018-09-10):
Sync with phhusson's v25 code and latest LineageOS code (September security patches).
This version also contains an ugly hacking script to change your device name from "Phh Treble vanilla" to "MIX 2S".

Welcome to the new thread of twrp flashable stock Android One for Mi A1
There will be only stable TWRP flashable builds of stock with no modifications.
All these builds of mine contain everything which a fastboot ROM does, so it's a complete replacement.
How to install
1. Reboot to TWRP (CosmicDan TWRP is recommended)
2. Wipe system, data, dalvik and cache. (if coming from a custom rom) (you may skip if coming from stock)
3. Install the ROM file.
4. Reflash TWRP installer (if you want to have TWRP installed in your phone later).
5. Install Magisk (if you want to have root).
6. Reboot to system.

Hey, can you share how you get the full source? like from MI official site or from Google directly? Do you mind sharing how you able to find the direct link to the full stock ROM of October security patch for Xiaomi A1 global?

As OnePlus no longer provides download links for all of their OxygenOS ROMs & OTA update zips, we've created an index to put the links in one post so that they're easy to find.
Note: This is not a support thread for issues you may have with OxygenOS ROMs. If you need help installing or updating, feel free to ask here. If you have any other issues, please ask in another thread.
For the sake of simplicity, only signed flashable (full) zips are listed. These are recovery-flashable zips of the full ROM that won't overwrite your data partition unless mentioned otherwise.
Global, EU, and IN build users can use the built-in local update after enabling the Developer Options.
On OxygenOS 12.1, the built-in local update is available via Settings -> About Device -> Up to Date -> Tap on the three dots.
On OxygenOS 13 and 13.1, the built-in local update is available via Settings -> About Device -> OxygenOS -> Tap on the three dots.
North America build users must sideload a local update APK by themselves, it should be available in the app drawer as "System Update".
Packages labelled as Global are intended for the following variant:
NE2213 (sold in South East Asia)
Packages labelled as Europe are intended for the following variant:

Please note said variant use Google OTA servers, thereby making it impossible to capture full OTA zips under normal circumstances but Android major updates. However, should they be obtained, they will be added.
Chinese units (NE2210) run ColorOS out of the box and are therefore not supported.
T-Mobile units (NE2217) run their own version of OxygenOS and are therefore not supported.

A few notes:
- NE2213 GLO A.14 is missing, feel free to tag me if you have the original OTA link.
- OnePlus never released a downgrade zip for the NE2213 GLO version.
Edit: they've finally done so in May 2023
- OnePlus never released an Android T Developer Preview and OOS 13 Open Betas for the NE2213 GLO version.
- OnePlus only released incremental zips for the Android T Developer Preview 2, hence why they are not listed.
- Europe has never received OxygenOS 13 Open Beta 1, hence why it is not listed.
Nice one! Thanks

This is not true. (Download) They released one for 3 regions. Here is the post it comes from.

Nope.
In addition to the forum post saying this zip is strictly intended for EU, the metadata says it is intended for devices whose product name is NE2213EEA.
I saw the word "ROM" and a tear nearly made its way down my face.
The Android T Developer previews don't work for me.

It says "Verification failed" then gives me two options "cancel" and "reselect", iirc.

It is expected behaviour if you're running any build more recent than them.
To be even more explicit, OnePlus' forum post says installing the third DP is only possible if you're running A.14 or any previous DP builds.
(Besides that, I'm not sure why you would want to flash a DP while OOS 13 stable builds are available since some time already... (C.X builds in "Signed flashable zips" section))
Finally, more than 1 year after the phone's release

I don't know why OnePlus decided to reuse the same model number for the global and europe versions.
Global NE2213 zips are intended for devices whose ro.product.name value is NE2213 , EU NE2213 zips are intended for devices whose ro.product.name value is NE2213EEA

This is insanely confusing to me tbh, and this thread is the first I've seen it but the evidence is there. I'm sure now this is where the "Global" name confusion comes from, as OPlus themselves have abbreviated NE2215 as Global before on their forums. Ridiculous. Hopefully this finally clears up some of the cross flashing mistakes.

I've never seen the 2213 be anything other than Europe/UK..
Has something changed?
I have TMobile 2217 version will the developer preview work?
Added 13.1.0.520(EX01) (EU, IN) to the OP.
It is the first OxygenOS 13.1 for the device. The build number format being different is due to OxygenOS 13.1, see OnePlus' post on their forums for reference
I have a question guys, I hope you can help me.
I Have oneplus 10 pro 5G NE2210 with NE2215 rom, is it possible to flash NE2211 in this phone? What tools or how can I flash the rom.
Thank you and have a nice day
