Calling tone problem.Help

Hi,
I have a strange problem. When I call someone on a perticular network I cannot hear that "brrrr brrr" calling tone. When that person answers I can hear it very well no issues.
I am on Orange network and when I call on Vodafone and a fixed line network there is no calling tone. This is strange because if I call in my network or any other the calling tone is present.
What could be the problem.

I Can't Hear Caller- (Network Mode Problem)

Hello,
After I activate LTE or 3G network mode and receive an incoming call the person cannot hear me - but I can hear them. And it is the same for the outgoing calls- they can not hear me. I found the solution with changing the networking mode to 2G. Problem disappears with only 2G network option. It makes me pissed of when I need to check something on the internet and make call or receive call while I am surfing on the internet.
I've installed different firmware modems and custom roms but no permanent solution yet.
I desperately need your help.

MetroPCS: incoming calls are not getting through when wifi is connected

I'm experiencing a weird issue on MetroPCS network, sometimes after phone was connected for a while to a wifi network incoming calls are not getting through. The caller hear ringing and eventually get to voice mail, but the phone does not ring, nor it shows missing calls. If I call someone from the phone, then it fixes the incoming calls issue (or if wifi disconnected).
MetroPCS has wifi-call feature, but the phone doesn't have it (right?) is that somehow related?
Using MIUI 10 Global Stable EEA V10.2.30.0.PFAEUXM

General New Software old problem

New version software Mi 12.5.1 , but same problem with Volte. Incoming calls remain unrecognized.

I have T-mobile, my volte works. What do you mean your "Incoming calls remain unrecognized"?
Maybe edit your APN and/or enable volte by dialing *#*#86583#*#*.

O want to say that when someone calls me i can't identify the person's number. Only when Volte os enable. When I hang up the Volte the calls numbers are identified.

Question Sporadically can't hear other person during call's.

I got a strange issue, sometimes when I answer a call I can't hear other person, not sure why? It happens usually when they phone me.
I use VoIP calling and wifi calling due to weak signal at home, may update exynos. Any thoughts?
