Thanks for the welcome. I've noticed I find lots of phones through various salvage, trades, etc but most are locked. I'm interested in learning how to circumvent the barriers so they I can give the phones to others who need them. Hopefully I can get them into a usable form first

Hi XDA Forum! I’ve been reading threads regarding Ford Sync 2 navigation activation. Lots of great info, but a bit overwhelming, what with all the links, versions, opinions etc. I’ve joined the Forum so I can obtain info which is the most specific to my situation. Wish me luck!
