I have baught this 25W Charger for my s20 fe. But, whenever I try to charge with this after several minutes of charging charger gets disconnected and reconnects within seconds itself and it continues. There is no such issue with original 15W charger. My phone is rooted & custom recovery installed.
Is it software issue or hardware issue? Any idea?
Thanks in advance.

Try a different USB C cable. Usually happens when there's an issue with the cable. If it still happens after you replaced the cable then it's the charger that's faulty. If under warranty I suggest a replacement.

I have an old nexus one micro USB and i canNOT connect to Kies with it.

It is possible that these are cheap USB cables that are incompatible to USB 2.0 or something like that.
I have one of these cables

(not exactly this but it looks like that)
and it does not work with my Note.
Then i have some other normal USB cable that works with everything.
Phone out of warranty a month ago.. now cable only works when tilted left, moving right results in disconnect and stopping of charge.
So...
http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Lot-10-L...ltDomain_0&hash=item19d199273b#ht_2835wt_1163
Found this, but 10x of them is too many, and $40 is too much.
Anyone know where I can get just one usb port, and how hard it is to install?? Does it require soldering? (I can do it but I'm not very good!) or does it just slot in or something?

The layout of the pins almost looks like it's a plug and play sorta thing.. or maybe they solder onto motherboard, idk, anyone got a tear down manual or service manual of the Optimus 2X?
Thanks.. Or if you had the same issue and found a fix for it please post that too I've tried cleaning with a toothbrush.
Edit: Tried that cable on my Nexus 7 and it did the same thing! might not have to repair phone, ill update when I find another cable.
Ok this happened when I unplugged the cable..
PHONE IS FINE, disregard lol.
I looked on ebay.com for usb port optimus 2x and find this http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-USB-Cha...675?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3f1a465583 just 3USD :/ or this one http://www.ebay.com/itm/Replacement...083950?pt=PDA_Accessories&hash=item5d3475a5ee its from USA so I think it will arrive faster.
I found the cable that came with the optimus 2x box kinda tight, you need to pull quite hard to unplug the cable from the charging port,
to avoid damaging my optimus 2x charging port
I use my sony ericsson x10 mini's charger cable instead, much better and smooth unplug :good:
Charging my SGS becomes impossible now after 4 years. Although ist shows the charging symbol, my device doesn't charge the battery. Can anybody explain the following screenshot? I run nightly cm11 from pawtip in the most recent nightly...

Most probably a hardware issue. You might want to get it to the nearest Samsung Service Center and get the USB Port (or whatever you call it) replaced
I tried to fix the USB port. I teared down my mobile until I got the USB port in my hands and put the pcb under my microscope. I saw a corroded connection from the port to the motherboard. But I don't have a proper solder unit to repair that. So I tried with my big fat soldering iron....and killed one connection. I managed to repair that, so I have the same faulty mobile as before. My next try will be a wireless charging mod (with parts from a palm mobile).
But I bought a spare I9000 already for 50 Euros......
I got my phone from the UK so my charger is a UK plug.
I need a EU wall charger because what I got is bulky and I hate using an adapter.
I can keep the usb c to usb c cable I got but where do I buy a wall charger that wont ruin my phone's battery that I can plug a usb c cable into it?
Same here. But I think there won't be any untill all europe had this phone.
The same here!
Ive been locking for a wall-charger since about four weeks.
Cant be true that there isnt ANYTHING yet
I found one but it's heavily expensive.

Bought Googles charger as a spare, now my primary. Longer cable and is way more flexible....
Highly recommended!
there's the official one from google store
https://store.google.com/product/usb_c_charger
It's a bit espensive though
But we're seeking for a EU plug.

Thank you. I don't think that I can trust a proxy server for payment.
I ordered from Sweden, took 3 days, free shipping.
Where do you live? Can't access google store?

Okay but what is the port type for that charger?
Should be same of the phone and make sure then voltage isnt higher lest you short your port or worse your board.
I checked if it can be charged with the 65W Xiaomi laptop charger , but it didn't charge at turbo speed sadly.
The phone is "smart" enough to not draw more power than it can handle, even if you plugged in a 120w charger , it would only draw 67w max
But it can handle 67w anyway so 65w shouldn't be an issue
It charges fine on my 120w Xiaomi charger and shows as mi Turbo charge.

Same type c, i dont have much knowledge about voltage.
Yeah use it. Shouldnt take anything more. Your phone is smart enough to know.
