Can anyone provide me with param.bin file tell me the location of this file as I wish to remove the warning from the bootloader? This file couldn't be found in stock firmware.
You can't remove that warning from Snapdragon Samsung devices, only Exynos. Nobody has found where the Snapdragon files are.

Can't we just extract the whole firmware and break it down? I just want a way to do it coz the reboot looks bad on the Snapdragon A71 plus there is no custom bootlogo made for it.

Figured I'd name a post to see if anyone has it. I do NOT have it on my Verizon branded phone from Best Buy. Anyone else care to chime in? Thanks.

Won't have it on any of the US carries Snapdragon versions, same as the prior S8 and S8+.

If they get root on the SD, will it be possible to flash TWRP and a custom ROM, or is that still out of reach?

Twrp requires unlocked bootloader...custom roms can still be flashed with flashify once we have root

Not really...search the threads for root...the discussion for root is not really updates but a request for support...
The mods are in the process of making carrier specific threads...

The carrier is irrelevant. The only thing that makes any difference from a root point of view is the SoC. Exynos=root. Snapdragon=weeping.
There is a thread where they're working on Snapdragon root. Use the search function and see if you can find it.

There is root on the S8+ but no unlocked bootloader. Its a convoluted root process.

Hey, I was wondering if Xposed framework has a version for snapdragon on the note 8. If there is, please send a link!

Wow anytime bro thanks! I discovered this thing called Google. Amazingly I was able to find answer to your question in under a min. XDA in under 30secs. You obviously didn't try that hard.
The info I found is that me2151 was working on it and made some progress, but has recently closed the case and has abandoned the project. I hope someone else picks up the work and gets xposed for our rootable Note 8. Please let me know if I am wrong and provide links.
@me2151 Is there any possible to use xposed on note8 Snapdragon?
I saw that s8 has it working from partycyborg, but I don't know why it doesn't work on the note 8. Maybe ask partycyborg what version and how he got it working on the snapdragon version of s8.

It works because S8 works fine with xposed. has nothing to do with his rom specifially. S8 uses 7.0 and we use 7.1 thats the problem
Still wanna see if someone still on rev2 Bootloader uses PC'S G955U FW(swap our pit file) and his 2nd files (have to swap out his abl.elf and nonhlos.bin for note 8 versions before flash) if they could then use Xposed. I upgraded my boot to 3 so can't load his rom anymore (well the part 1 but not part 2)
Wanna know if there is chance to make root and custom room for snapdragon note 9 or there is no chance
No

I want to use TitaniumBackup, LuckyPatcher and Aptoide.
Also, I want apps from Sony (PS4 remote) and delete useless apps from Samsung.

Understood.
Can we ask why?
Root and custom room are already made in exynos version.
Is this device can be so complex that it is impossible to do anything with it?

Different processor. Samsung ALLOWS the Exynoa bootloader to be unlocked. The US Snapdragon version is locked down tight by Samsung.

I have the OEM Unlock option on my n9600.
Do that mean it's available but it will not work?

N9600 I believe can be unlocked. It's the US versions that cannot. Do a search here and you'll find your answer pretty quick.
hi everyone, is there any way to root the note 9 snapdragon android 9?
I'm looking everywhere and I can not find anything
Root operation is not possible for N960U phones.
For N9600 phones, there is a topic for root in the forum.

this is not a usable for daily use. its for devs that want to play around in combo firmware. but its crippled and basically useless as a daily driver.

Yep it's just reading material for the op and a place to check when root is achieved down the road.

You need to edit your thread tile "root note 9 snapdragon? " because N960F is Exynos model not snapdragon model and that gave the wrong answers for your model.
For the n960f read this thread:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-note-9/how-to/root-note-9-n960f-fd-experimental-t3832143
Read page one and search thread if it works for pie!
because they have not developed roms for snapdragon, there is only one and it is obsolete. please someone to put your hand on the heart

ive flashed generic system images on my N9600, mostly worked fine. these are the closest you'll get to a custom rom on this specific model.
