Hi, Today I've joined beta Android 12 and at first the update went well. After a while I was having some issues and did a factory reset and now I'm stuck on the setup process.
No matter what I do, insert pin, copy data from old phone it stays there in an endless loop is there a way to bypass the initial setup?
If not, how should I proceed to install android 11 back?

Hi,
I installed CM9 following the instructions here

and here
wiki.cyanogenmod.com/wiki/Samsung_Galaxy_Tab_(CDMA)
and here

Everything went well, so I installed all my apps, transferred my files and setup all my accounts, customized my settings. After all was done, I locked the screen with a pattern, and it wouldn't turn back on! Finally, I shut it down and turned it back on, now it's stuck at the CM9 boot animation.
As you may guess, after spending hours and hours of setting everything and apparently loosing it all, I am very frustrated
So, my questions:
1- Is it possible to recover it from this boot animation and rescue my hours of work?
2- Is this a known bug, and I should not have setup a screen pattern lock screen?
3- Is SCH-I800 an officially supported device, or not? Since it was in the list of devices in the devices overview link above, I thought so, but I cannot find a forum here for it.
Update:
I went into the Boot recovery, and reset the cache. After that, it passed the CM9 animation, and said "Upgrading (or updating) the OS, then said "Optimizing applications" and went through a count, but then says "Loading Startup Files (or something simlar)", and gets stuck there.
Any suggestions to recover it?
Thanks.
My out of the box Nexus 6 is now stuck looping on and off at the Google boot screen after it tried to install the system update.
I've used the toolkit 1.9.8 to go back to stock. It goes thru the steps appearing to show OKAY and finished at each step. It never reboots the phone at the end. I try to force reboot after waiting for several minutes and it still boot loops. I try again the process again and sometimes it loops and a few times it actually starts up to the welcome screen. However, if I try to root or update recovery (using the toolkit), I get the boot looping again.
Did google bork my phone during a failed update? Is there anything else I can do to completely restore the phone? I've also downloaded the images on google and flashed---same boot loop.
Ultimately, my phone is now booting up to the welcome screen as expected and shows LRX21O. BUT, if I try to do anything (root or recovery), boot loop results again.
(I was able to unlock the phone and know about the usb debug and OEM unlock settings in dev menu, fyi).
I turned on my phone today and it got stuck on the:
Android is upgrading...
Optimizing App 1 of 1
I couldn't get past that so I tried to just do a restore on the phone, when I enter recovery that too gets stuck on the "no command" screen and no options come up.
I haven't unlocked, rooted, or installed any custom ROMs so i'm a bit at a loss how to fix the problem. I am still running 5.0 as I never got the 5.01 update yet also.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Edit: After about letting it sit for 45 minutes it finally gets in and then was able to reset afterwards. No clue what caused it to begin with.
Have just a quick question regarding 64gb Nexus 6. On first boot after doing a factory reset, the boot animation actually shows up twice, so it goes from the spinning dots, then the android logo, back to the spinning dots, shows the android logo again, and boots into the phone. This only happens after factory reset. Has been happening since 5.1 ota. Just flashed the 5.1.1 stock ROM yesterday and it still happens. Also phone is completely stock and not rooted. Just wanted to know if anyone else has seen this. Thanks.

Likely the encryption, flashed mine this last weekend and it did that the first time after a reset
I have a security PIN set and it'll run the boot animation, then ask for the PIN code, then start the boot animation again. I would guess that without a security PIN/Password/Pattern set it might behave as you've said.
Motorola one power after android 10 update doesn't go past Motorola screen and loops between Android One and Motorola Animations.
I tried to update last night, with system update only.
got stuck on loop, won't go further Motorola screen. I think it restarts again and again. Plz Help
After so many loop it says
Can't load Android system. Your data may be corrupt. If you continue to get this message, you may need to perform a factory data reset and erase all user data store on this device. and then 2 options 1] Try again 2] Erase data.
But If i Press Try again, it gets to Animation loop again.
