I've Recieved MIUI v12.5.2 ROM Software Update (file size 545 mb) on redmi Note 10 Pro device running MIUI v12.0.5. So I downloaded the update & Installed. After Installation the Device is shoving/running "MIUI v12.1.5"! it's weird, it's a v12.5.2 ota update!
(*at first attempt the installation has failed with a message "the ROM Source is Unidentified so Installations is cancelled" so I again downloaded the update & tried to Install)

Hello all,
I recently puchased a mi5 standaard and it is full of bloat- and adware, so i wanted to reflash the MIUI ROM from their website.
I tried the Chinese devolpment ROM and the global stable but they both don't work. I copy them to interna storage, open update app, choose update package and then i select the zip file.
I get the error popping up "Can't verify update", and yes i'm connected to WLAN.
Thanks!
SOLUTION: flashed it via MiFlash using the guide on the Xiaomi subreddit.
I am currently using Redmi K20 pro Indian version(rooted), and I have some problem updating to MIUI 11. I got the Stable OTA from updater app but after I clicked on reboot with took me to TWRP and I installed it from there but I got some error. After rebooting to system the file went missing and the vanished as it is partial roll out. So I downloaded the zip file for K20 Pro from XDA developers and I got "Error 7" and "Invalid zip file" from TWRP while installing it. I searched on YouTube for solutions, but they said to delete a line witch is not there in my file. And also to delete the compatibility zip file which I deleted, but still I was getting "Error 7" on TWRP
Please help me to update my device.
This works for OnePlus 7T Pro / McLaren Edition

Hmm ... there's hardly anything interesting in there (except for upgraded camera app); lots of Chinese malware.

I have Zenfone 8 with latest Android 12 (WW-31.1010.0411.113). I would like to downgrade to Android 11.
On the site: https://www.asus.com/Mobile/Phones/ZenFone/Zenfone-8/HelpDesk_BIOS/
there's: "ZenFone 8 (ZS590KS) Software downgrade from Android 12 to target Image Version: WW-30.12.112.82 (Android 11) for WW SKU only.".
with instruction:
Steps of Update:
1. Download the firmware to internal storage.
2. Remove Google Account.
3. Pull down the quick setting list.
4. The system will pop up a message which detected a firmware update info.
5. Execute the downgrade firmware file.
Click to collapse
My questions are:
1. Have anyone tried to use it and can confirm it works?
2. Is there any other way to downgrade to the first available Android 11 version WW-30.11.51.44 (instead of specified WW-30.12.112.82)?
