Some Tips :
• For apps like Viber or WhatsApp, the main problem is they can't grant sms and call permissions. So here are what you need to do. You have to uninstall Viber, then install LBE Security, open it, accept all permissions. Reinstall Viber, now it will ask you Sms and Call permissions, accept all. Open LBE Security, swipe to second tab, Press Active Defense->Permissons->All apps->Viber and select Trust this app. Done! Open Viber and enjoy:laugh:, note that if you don't receive sms active code, then try call active, it should work, and after all this you can uninstall LBE Security or keep iff you want.
• For seeder, open it, press On, tick Suspend RNG service and start on boot
• For root, open Supersu,it will ask you to update su binary, click continue ( no need network) and done.
• For App2sd use int2ext+, reboot recovery -> flash CronMod-INT2EXT+_signed.zip -> wipe SD-ext -> reboot system now ( or you can use Link2SD )
• The main reason about lag scroll is the heavy Miui framework-res, in fact many Hdpi devices have this problem too, not only mdpi. Anyway my rom has smooth scrolling, but if you want smooth like cm7, use any themes that have simple framework-res like the default theme I have update
• If you still have a bit lag after the second reboot, then reboot your phone again, that's it
• For more smooth, turn off 16-bits tranpercy
• Disabled icon shadow on launcher
• Disabled wallpaper scrolling
• About the brightness bugs I forget it so don’t know if it work
• To change font, use FontChanger
• To change boot sound, use any root explorer, go to system->lge->sounds, change your mp3 file to lge_startup.mp3 and replace the one in that.
• For app white text, just go to Program -> Manage Applications -> select that App and turn on Compatibility mode like this

Go,to recovery by home+Vol down+ power hold till your recovery appears them do a full wipe that's is clean cache dalvik cache system , factory reset then again flash
If the problem occurs again download the ROM again
And press thanks if I helped you

I did exactly like this:
1. Wipe Data
2. Wipe Cache
3. Qipe Dalvik
4. Format System
The installation is successful but when I reboot the phone is written on silver LG.

have u only wipe data and have not done a factory reset then probably u should do it again
and if u have done a factory reset then try downloading the rom again

For OneUI.... No. Bcoz OneUI is a like a heavy ROM to our G610X. But you can find one.

Debloat is optional but once you debloat you can't chose what to keep and what to remove, I'll add a debloated files list to OP.
Mods can be chosed during install.

A suggestion; don't debloat 'stk'.
It's needed for all users in Norway, Sweden and Denmark. Presumably in many other EU countries as well.

Hi Peeps new to this phone been on the one plus 5 since inception. Can anyone tell me about the screen issues I've been hearing about? Has anyone experience them and if anyone knows if it's software related? Being screen issues ie contrast etc they should be fixable thru updates. I haven't heard anyone think it's hardware thou I know the issues one the 7 many were saying the issues were hardware but all issues were fixed via software thru updates. I was thinking that the grey scale etc might be adjustable with the live display and settings alike. Any input?

NcX 3.1 A71 ROM​This ROM is now EOL
Pretty straight forward, I took OneUI 3.1 firmware, debloated it and added a few features which can be found here: Link to MODs and also a few mods that can be found here: Link to Github mods (special thanks to @SkylinesHD for letting me use his XMLs with the mods already on them)
My plan is to make this the best version of OneUI 3.1 with more features and fixed things

Bugs!​
Settings won't work on NcX 3.1.1 if you wipe. It will only work if you install NcX 3.1 first, then do the set up and open settings app. Then, reboot to recovery and install NcX 3.1.1. Settings should work after that. Fixed on NcX 3.1.2

Prequisites​
Updated to Android 11 (via OTA or Odin). I tried installing Android 11 super.img with boot.img but it didn't boot on Android 10, there's probably something in the bootloader that is required to update to run Samsung's OneUI 3.1 on the A71
TWRP for Android 11 installed
Instructions!​
Extract NcX ROM (in .xz format) with an unzip program and copy to internal or external SD card
Reboot to TWRP
Install extracted ROM as "super" image in TWRP
Reboot to Recovery
Format data if you are coming from Stock ROM.
Flash multidisabler (this is required always)
Flash Magisk zip (optional)
Reboot and wait patiently

NcX 3.1 MODs​After publishing NcX, I made a few optional mods you can flash with Magisk to add a few more things. I'll try to explain a bit on what they do, enjoy.
FP Animation Changer
This mod changes well... the fingerprint reader animation. You have a green wave by default, this changes it to a gray wave, similar to the animation Samsung uses for their ultrasonic sensors

Free Form Enabler:
Free form enabler makes the free form icon to appear on notification options, allowing you to open up a quick pop-up window on notifications to open them up

1: Disables secure flag. This will allow you to take screenshots of protected apps
2: Changes animation speed from 1.0x to 0.8x. Developer options will still show 1.0x though.

This TWRP has a problem on Android 11. Ianmacdonald made a new one for Android 11, I'll upload it soon

When i unrar th rom icant move it to the internal storage because its size is more than 4 gigabytes , how can i solve the problem

Try adb pull. MTP in TWRP won't let you move files bigger than 4 GB. Or add it before you do the procedure.

Yes. I tried to install before directly from NcX 2.5 but it would never boot. I had to update to Android 11 using Odin, install TWRP and then finally Install NcX 3.1 on TWRP.

Thank you so much, you are doing a great job

First of all, I need to admit that I've been waiting for a Lineage OS port, always been a big fan of Cyanogenmod/Lineage but it seems like nothing's really happening in that regard to that so I'm thinking of installing this ROM as a good alternative.
I have two questions
1. Does this ROM have WiFi calling built-in? Currently where I'm located I have hard time picking up the signal so WiFi calling is really needed
2. How debloaded is this ROM? To the core (what I wish for) or FB, Twitter etc... apps removed but all the Sumsung apps still there for health
3. Also how is debloading done, just disabling the apps like the some scripts on github do or actual apps get removed

Read all the steps correctly
BUGS:- bluetooth ear/headphones do not work workaround- ( go into phh treble settings misc features and enable force-disable a2dp offload (thanks to @Lil_Boudy for figuring it out!)
If bluetooth crashes your system disable media recommendations under Sound & Vibration > Media > Show media recommendations
mtp not working (mtp does work in twrp and in some custom kernels the one linked here does not fix mtp as it is not changing too many things compared to other custom kernels which brick some phones)
sim 1 incoming and outgoing does not work (you can revieve calls and call but you wonth hear anything nor will your mic go trying to fix) (workaround is to put your sim into slot 2) (i have heard that other people dont have this issue so i guess try your luck)
DO NOT let the phone die of battery you will not be able to boot and it will be hard to get back into the system (workaround- in magisk install acca https://github.com/Magisk-Modules-Repo/acc and install this apk after installing https://github.com/MatteCarra/AccA then set profile to default (this will shut down the phone at 5% hence removing the risk of your phone not booting after hitting 0%

Get fast charging
by default a71 on pe charges really slow this enables fast charging for the a71 on dotos

Now install the module it will ask you to use volume keys follow the insturctions and choose 4500mah 27w once installed reboot! now enjoy faster charging (note: this will not affect battery/ will barely affect battery )
Increase performance and increase battery! (apps by feravolt and gloeysik)
Step 1
- Uninstall ANY OTHER KERNEL MANAGER app including smartpack/Ktweaks to avoid conflict, since this app uses AI and machine learning to dynamically boost performance when needed
- Install FDE AI Magisk Module to make it a system app, thus it will work better and removes all kernel locks from OEMs (I'm looking at you, Samsung) https://github.com/feravolt/FDE.AI-docs/releases/download/12.4.1m/FDE.AI-as-system-app.MAGISK.zip

- Move to the bottom of the screen and select AI Chat, then type /advancedai (no space, no uppercase letters). This will going to make the AI more effective, without you having to do anything.
