Hi! My name is Hector, I'm a software developer and I started to play with my phone a week ago. Now I successfully debloated my new Poco X3 Pro and I'm playing with Better Battery Stats. Not sure if I should flash the phone, as I'm happy with the debloating results... Nice to meet you
Welcome to XDA! Nice to have a software developer on board! Enjoy the forums!
Regards

Hi there!
I recently got a flashing new LG G6 and am pretty happy about it. I learnt, these past days, all the difficulties for its future not too sure unlocking and rooting possibilities and stuff. When I was looking for a new phone I came across the Mi Mix and well, just from the pics you just love that thing...
Anyway, tomorrow is the last day in which I can return the LG G6 free of costs. And I am seriously thinking of doing it and going for a Mix. But still lots of doubts.
What do you people think?
Before I had my lovely Nexus 5 rooted and with custom MIUI and I love that ROM
Thanks!
xiaomi mi mix is an amazing phone i have mine with RR rom but miui epic rom is also a very good rom if you enjoy miui

If you need the better camera go with the G6 for almost everything else the Mi MIX is better.
Thanks
G6 camera isn't all that great either...

I have just went from the S8+ to the X2 Pro and I was surprised how much the X2 Pro is advanced if you compare to it to the S8+ .... loading times, installing apps, GPS catch, network, wifi retention, don't want to talk about the autonomy or the screen on time.... it's just another world. You can switch to the X2 Pro without hesitation. :good:
Thanks mate. So decision is simply. Time to upgrade.

I also would say go for it , this phone is really great. i have the chinese version and i love it (just takes some extra adb commands and patience to work well in the usa). if you can get the global id say grab it and enjoy !!!
I'm in the same situation, I am currently using a Sony XZ Premium. Also, can any users confirm that it supports Netflix
Oneplus One X Realme X2 Pro?
Hello guys, I have a Oneplus One and I have been very happy with it during these 5 years, mostly because of the support it has at software level (many custom ROMs are available for it), but now it is old and it gives me some performance errors. So that I want to upgrade my phone and I have seen this Realme X2 pro pretty interesting, however I am hesitating if this phone will have as much support as Oneplus brand, because I want it to last a lot and I think this is only got thanks to the community.
Do you think this phone will have a big community behind? I would like to flash it with an AOSP custom ROM sometime.

For now, as you can see, very poor dev support..
unfortunately
I wanted to switch to this phone from my Redmi Note 8 Pro the second i saw the specsheet but i read some comments on a few reviews that mentioned a lack of development for the phone... Is this true? If so, why is that the case? Would you say this phone is a better buy against the RN8P?
Thanks!
Adding some specifics, The only reason i might want to look into this switch is because i can't stand MIUI. I know ColorOS isn't all that better but i thought atleast with a snapdragon processor i could just flash whatever ROM i wanted... I already get ample performance from the G90T.
It won't be long to start seing the first kernels and custom roms. Some devs already started to work. Patience is a virtue.

Thanks for the information man

I'm looking forward to this!
Hello, everyone! I am glad that I joined this community.
Recently, I came here because I wanted to modify my Android device to make its performance faster.
Long story short on how I got here:
I googled my device custom ROM, then XDA showed up on the search result.
Knowing this is a big forum, I looked up a custom ROM that is suitable for my device.
The ROM that I think is suitable for my device is ArrowOS v12.0, and it worked really well and had no issues at all!
Instead of only looking in here, I registered my new account and here I am!

Hello and welcome to XDA! I hope you'll always get the support you require.
Would you mind to share with us what device you use? Not only to be probably able to support you but also to assist others with the same device that you found a solution for ArrowOS or that you're at least satisfied with this ROM.

Alright. Hello there people, it's nice to be finally meeting the XDA community! I hope I can stay around here for a long while.
I own a Samsung Galaxy S9 (SM-G960F) - thank my luck for having the Exynos processor on it. I have flashed Noble ROM 2.3 on it, which represents One UI 4.1 or Android 12, for short.
I enjoy poking around TWRP and the custom ROM's since I can further understand how everithing in AOSP works. (no, I'm not looking at the code, just going around menus and settings)
My main reason for joining XDA is because I've been surfing on the forums for some years now and I should've made an account earlier.
There we go, that's pretty much it!
