Nokia 7 Plus Dark Mode - Instagram

I got dark mode for Instagram on my Nokia 7 Plus. Anybody else who has received dark mode for Instagram? I'm quite surprised that I have received this while OnePlus hasn't received the Dark mode for Instagram yet.

I was trying to push the dark mode on my Instagram app using dark system "theme" or activating night mode but nothing happend..I have update it on last version from PlayStore..how did u do it??

Try Signing up for Instagram Beta testing by searching on google for "Instagram Beta Tester".
After that, enable the Dark mode in settings under theme. Should work.

Hey, I've the dark mode too.
But I don't like it.
How can I change it back to normal?
I checked the normal Settings / Display and the App itself.
Google Photos and the searchbar at the homescreen is also black.
Does anybody have a hint for me?

You have to go on system> advanced> developer options> night mode: Always off. Then you will have Instagram, Play store e Google Photos back in white theme

Hey, I have the same on my Nokia 6 2017.
The play store and Instagram are set on dark mode. That litterally came out of nowhere... Haha.

Some apps are in dark mode without the dark mode switch

Hi, my question is a strange one actually. As of now, my instagram and play store apps are in dark mode but as far as I know Mate 20 Lite doesn't have a dark mode feature at the moment. I didn't turn anything on or off. It just happened by itself. Do anyone have any explanation for this or can I find a way to switch it on/off whenever I want?

Install the Dark Mode app from Play Store and select the mode that you want.

General Samsung should add more screen modes

As you know, the S21U only have 2 screen modes, Natural and Vivid.
I prefer Vivid but it makes my edited photos too satured, and Natural is at the total other extreme with desaturated colors!
Samsung should give more options for screen modes adding an in between mode or why not letting us set the saturation manually because none of the actual modes is correctly saturated.
Also it would be great to give DCIP3, Adobe RGB and srgb choice

With the advanced settings and white balance offered with Vivid-mode is sufficient for my needs.

That doesn't work on the s21 for me

From what I've heard, "natural" is actually pretty darn accurate now. I don't know what else one could want.

It works on s21 ultra, you just need to put natural, not vivid first, trough phone settings, then do the adb code as shown above.
after setting the mode from adb, go to the display-screen settings, and just exit(without choosing anything)

Question The list of individual apps in "More dark options" is empty after update to MIUI 13

Hi,
Since I updated to MIUI Global 13.0.4 the option to force dark mode for individual apps is empty.
I tried to search the option, to tap the title a few times, to wait for the list to show up, to open Chrome in split screen and so on. Nothing worked.
Is there anything to do?

I have the same problem on poco x3 pro

don't worry its because in previous miui when u force application like amazon in dark mode it doesn't work really well ...because of this redmi removed the force indivisual dark mode from miui 13 ...... so if the application suppports the dark mode it will automatically turn on when u turn on system dark mode on.....

For my apps it worked very well

Question Night mode on video

I just received my x90 pro plus, and i playin with the cameras but i can't find something that i saw review in the x80 pro and i assume that this X90 Pro Plus got it too.
That is night mode durin video, i see nigh mode but only for photos, and i don't see anmy icon of night mode while i am at the video option.
It activates by his own, there is a setting maybe, or this x90 pro plus doesn't have it?

You need to go to settings in video and turn on smart notification for video, then when you are in video mode and the camera detects it is dark (put your hand over the lens) it will give you an icon to the left of the shutter button of a moon and star, tap that and it will go into night mode, it doesn't work in 4K 60, works in 4K 30

Thanks, that's it, got another question if you don't mind. I can't make it work notification on the lock screen with or without password. I mean show basic icon or details, I had to unlock the phone. Just try several settings but not luck.
