One second, while I find the pages for these phones. Glad you're enjoying XDA
Found some! (There is no Nokia 500 page )
Lima: https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/motorola-one-macro-root-tutorial.4061731/post-84600075
do you want to unleash true capability to your phone? try rooting it!Pixi 4: https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/rooting-alcatel-pixi-4-5.3747027/
more rooting
Rooting does include its own risk, for example I completely bricked my device once. So, if you don't wanna risk it, don't root it. Any other phones you know?

After much deliberation, I just purchased the new GN4!!! :victory:
I was REALLY debating between the S3 and the GN4 and since I couldn't get the S3 at an affordable price I decided to give GN4 a go.
After reading a few reviews and watching a few videos, I am confident I made a good choice.
Now, what to do with my toooooooooooooyyy?!?!?!?! (which i'll get in the next 5 weeks, thanks googe! NOT lol)

He's not "confused on the acronyms" so much as you just made up an acronym that nobody else in the world has ever used to refer to this device. It's one word and a number -- you don't need to make it into an acronym, and even if you did, N4 would make more sense (and is what people have been actually using).
sick story bro

That is the problem. You want to do things that you don't fully understand. Anytime you try to flash something there is a chance it will brick a device, no matter how many others haven't had that problem.
Read up on it and if you feel comfortable then do it.
And it is "know not no"

That's what i meant. Several experienced users hard bricked their phones. You no what I mean?
know verb (used with object), knew, known, know·ing.
1. to perceive or understand as fact or truth; to apprehend clearly and with certainty: I know the situation fully.
2. to have established or fixed in the mind or memory: to know a poem by heart; Do you know the way to the park from here?
3. to be cognizant or aware of: I know it.
4. be acquainted with (a thing, place, person, etc.), as by sight, experience, or report: to know the mayor.
5. to understand from experience or attainment (usually followed by how before an infinitive): to know how to make gingerbread.
no
1. (a negative used to express dissent, denial, or refusal, as in response to a question or request)
2. (used to emphasize or introduce a negative statement): Not a single person came to the party, no, not a one.
3. not in any degree or manner; not at all (used with a comparative): He is no better.
4. not a (used before an adjective to convey the opposite of the adjective's meaning): His recovery was no small miracle.

How about this... since you seem to be unable to read and search and learn for yourself, just box up your phone, send it to someone like Gotroot, Koush, or any of the other devs and ask them to do it for you...
OR.... you could bop over to the development section and freaking READ FOR YOURSELF and find out what is available.....

Verizon :/ I really am getting tired of it from them tbh. I buy the phone, why should they lock the bootloader. (Yes, I know there are reasons, but still) they are not leasing the phone to me, You buy the device and use it on their network.I am paying for a service. That's just how I look at it.

I sure understand that thought. But I also understand the carriers not wanting to warranty phones that we hose trying to mess with them.
It's probably too much effort to position themselves to offer an unlock code for the bootloader, which would cost 'loss of warranty'. If they don't have to warranty them, then why should they care?

probably because so many people lie when they call for warranty service, saying they dont know why their phone suddenly "stopped" working..
Now, what could be done, is to sell an unlocked phone/boot loader, NO WARRANTY AT ALL, and see how many folks buy that model...
Not many I bet..

Has anyone tried this method of rooting the Turbo?

Just saw this and it looks like a work around to paying $20 but was curious if its legit?
http://www.how-to-root.club/mp3-0/motorola-droid-turbo-6727.html
I wouldn't touch it man. It's even more sketchy that there is a 5.0 rom underneath it when our device doesn't have one. I think this may be labeled turbo but intended for the international version. I'm no dev, but I would not touch this until someone tears apart the apk and gives the green light that it's not bs.
Yea, thats what I was afraid of. Thanks for responding.

This thread shouldn't be here. It belongs to Q&A.
This is why developers stop or do not work on making LOCKED PHONES UNLOCKED OR ROOTED. PAY THE $20.00 that is cheap for what you are getting also the work and hours one puts into this. WOW this makes me so mad. This is why I walked away from XDA years ago when I made ROMs for eris, razer and other phones. There is users out there that still try to rip off the only ones willing to help you unlock or root your phone. WOW "I saved $20.0 " man oh man.

Hi,
A good start to gaining your post count could include participating in help discussions in your device's Q&A thread. You don't necessarily have to provide solutions, as long as it gives some form of helpful information, you are good to go.
Once you've gained enough posts, you will be able to post links as long as it follows the XDA guidelines for trustworthy links.
I hope this helped
