Question Battery Drain - Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra

Hi,
I have a S21 Ultra - 256GB - running G998BXXU2AUC8 software.
I rooted it and installed Viper4Android.
But i am getting insane battery drain problems.
Not sure if it is the actual handset or Viper4Android causing this.
Is anyone else getting the same problems on their S21?

How can I stop Cell Standby from draining my battery?

I was using Maximus HD 53.0 and I notice my cell battery was horrible and it was because of Cell Standby. I did some research and it seems like a known issue with 5.0.2. Im now using a downgrade Android Revolution HD with Kitkat 4.4 and it seems to help the issue. I would much rather fix the problem so I can use 5.0.2. How can I fix this issue?
I had a similar issue while living in Japan. Battery drained insanely fast due to cell standby.
I applied this bl .oov.ch/2013/04/android-docomo-mvno-sim.html xposed module and everything was fine and dandy again.
Not sure if your issue is caused by the same issue, but it cant hurt trying.
Even i am facing cell standby drain. Can anyone link me to the xposed module ?

OxygenOS 4.1.6 : Temperatures Problems !

Hello,
I have the OnePlus 3T recently running OxygenOS 4.1.6 and since having issues.
Battery is draining really fast and the temperature in idle is around 40°C-50°C.
And I'm not the only one having these issues !
Are you having the same problem ?
Problem fixed : http://www.guidingtech.com/63497/fix-oneplus-3-3t-battery-drain/ and done Tip #3: Not that Inconvenient
Did you try a factory restore, sounds like a upgrade data incompatibility issue.
Download a wakelock detector and see whats eating your battery. Go to battery optimizations and put apps to sleep.

Bought a second oneplus 3T

Hi all. Yesterday I just bought this phone. But sadly my battery drains so fast!
Please take a look of this: https://m.imgur.com/pHg8uKs
Is there anything that I can do to fix this problem?
Install a battery monitoring app and check if you have any unwanted wakelocks. Do a clean flash of OOS. Monitor your battery usage without installing any apps. If it's still bad, you either have a bad battery, or your seller had the battery replaced with a cheap battery.

My battery information looks like this from AccuBattery: https://m.imgur.com/n0jigWb
Is it normal?
I updated it to nougat after recently I bought this phone. Should install clean flash this OS? And if I installed TWRP and rooted this phone, would I be able to update automatically to Oreo if it's available for this phone?

It has the normal health degradation of an Li-Po battery, along with the same capacity for the 3T as shown. Recommend you do a clean flash of OOS 4.1.X and check your battery life
Also, you may want to check your battery life on the newest Open Beta, I read about better battery life on it.
You may root your phone and install Betterbatterystats to get much more info about your drain.
Unleashed by ONEPLUS 3T rooted
I've installed FreedomOS and I'm satisfied with it. now my battery lasts longer!

unable to fix stand-by drain

Hey guys
I am having a serious battery problem with my Chinese K20 Pro. I am not sure whether or not it has something to do with the sensor issues I've got with that phone (compass always twisting, see thread here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/k20-pro/help/k20-pro-compass-spins-calibrates-t3972249)
The point is, my phone is constantly draining battery in the range of up to 40% over night. Even in airplane- and/or ultra battery saving mode and also on a freshly setup device using miflash with a stock fastboot ROM without a single additional app installed. So I can exclude it's caused by any app wakelocks.
I am really clueless now about what else I can do.
Maybe you should try uninstalling Yatse app once if you haven't tried it already.

Its just a sample screenshot. In this case yatze was only active for 4 seconds. as i said, the same drain occurs when no apps at all are installed
I really think it's a hardware problem. I got the sensors issue fixed but battery drain is still huge
I got the same Issue since MIUI 11. irritating, will go back to miui 10 and test
But I had MIUI 11 running brfore without that problem
Guys when you pass from one version of android to new one, it is the best to clean flash, not just update from a9 to a10.
I am on miui 11 eu global stable android 10 and no drain of battery. since 2.5 days i am on 66% of battery
I have always clean flashed all tested ROM's. Now I have just tried a MIUI 10 ROM (also clean flashed) and guess what!?

Question charging probleme and heating in s21 ultra exynos any help?

Hello, friends. I have an S21 Ultra phone, the Exynos version, since the April 2023 update. The phone has become unbearable with significant issues, although I didn't face any problems before. The first problem is that the temperature rises dramatically whenever I use the phone. The second issue is related to charging. When the phone is, for example, at 85%, and I plug it in for charging, it reaches 100% within just 3 minutes. I only encountered this problem after the April update. I tried clearing the cache partition in recovery mode, but it didn't work. Is there anyone experiencing the same issue?
Yes facing the same issue, is there a way to downgrade at least?
same issue here... can anyone help about this problem
