Pixel Launcher app keeps stopping error, cannot use the phone

and also the recent app switcher button does not work, if i change it to something else it will work but not switch between recent apps, this is such an important feature, plese fix!

First of all lineage os does not use pixel launcher, Lineage os uses Trebuchet launcher and its working perfectly fine i am using it my self.

as i said above i dont have these issues just do a clean install and everything will be fine.

I really like this custom rom! I've got no problems with my usage. All apps I use work as expected. I prefer Android 10 over 11 because I don't get along with the new scoped storage Googled decided to introduce. So I'm thankfull that there is a LOS 17.1 for my SM-G965F. I added Magisk 23 and microG.

Just released an update for October 1 security patch.
I don't have the device anymore as I have upgraded but I will maintain it if we have many people using it.

I just wanted to say thanks for your build! I just signed up @ xda.
I had trouble enabling signature spoofing on LOS 18.1. Falling back to LOS 17.1 did the trick.
Right now I'm using your Build and Magisk to flash Nanodroid (patcher). I successfully degoogled my phone with it.

Use 1 sim card, it's not going to be fixed and I don't see much importance for the heck of it

Thanks for the latest Android 10 rom.
Unfortunatly, after flashing and reboot THE PHONE STARTING STUCK.
So I can't use it.

Even though I installed gapps, pixel setup and launcher keep crashing, if it's working to you please link your gapps (I installed some old pico test 9.0 gapps)

I have Audictus ADRENALINE 2.0 BT and for me all works fine. Look on attached screenshot

I installed the official lineage os 17.1 and it is working fine
But usb otg option is missing and face unlock option is missing and potrait Mode is not working fine in camera
How to get these three?

Sorry but opengapps drop support face unlock because in Android 10 Google drop it, as I read Bitgapps support it, but Im not sure it work on Android 10 and also Bitsgapps is not supported by LineageOS

How to Install:
• Wipe data, dalvik-cache and cache.
• Flash Lineage zip and then dm-verity disabler.
• MAKE SURE YOU ARE INSTALLING LINEAGE OVER FULLY STOCK ANDROID 10 FIRMWARE.
If you don't follow these instructions, please don't expect support here.
We also don't support 3rd party addons (Magisk/XPosed/Dolby/Viper/etc.), so if you have any random reboots or problems caused by using these.
What won't work? :
• IMS services (VoLTE, VoWiFi, etc). Samsung has their own proprietary implementation. It is not really possible to easily port that to LineageOS.
• Rounded corners weren't implemented so use the following provided overlay.zip u til I update the rom.
Notes:
• Lineage OS builds will not pass CTS/SafetyNet -- due to the AVB flag's "red" status.
• Lineage OS builds requires official stock unmodded Android 10 OneUI2.5 firmware installed.
• If you want to use encryption then use lineage recovery provided below.

I tested this Custom ROM, and I gotta say, that's probably the best one I used yet. Battery life as well as performace is like night and day compared to OneUI.
That being said, I hope when 18.1 becomes stable we'll be able to get it as one package for M21 too.

Yes! Isn't there a prophet who would make this dream come true. M30s already got android 12 of Lineage, aren't they incredibly similar? This makes me feel extra bad for losing my m30s and thinking "they're the same anyway" and buying m21.

I found a bug in this custom rom there is a bug 1 navigation bar 2 recent apps 3 trebuchets stopped working besides that this custom rom is good but there is a permanent bug please fix it because this performance is very large compared to other roms it's just that this rom has a bug has anyone experienced something similar to me?

What about LineageOS?
LineageOS is still my main project and should be the default thing people flash. This thread is meant for android enthusiasts.
Help! Video recording is broken.
It isn't. It is just broken with the default camera app that ships with the rom. Install a third party camera app.
I can't toggle USB modes
Yeah, known bug. Go to the developer settings, default USB configuration. From there the toggle works.
Our device has hardware keys. Why is the option for full screen gestures there?
I left it there in case someone wants to toggle it on while using hardware keys at the same time. Unfortunately, the back gesture is broken for some reason.
DT2W is broken
It is there. But DT2W and AOD are not allowed at the same time. Pick one.
Port XYZ features to this ROM

Oh, yeah. Forgot to add that to FAQ. AOSP doesn't support "light up on button press" options, that's lineage stuff. There's that as well.

That should be your phone problem.

I've been installing custom roms on my phones for about four years. I know how to install, how to wipe. How can something that works in other roms not work in this rom?

great performance but i cant use the rom some kind of issue with the reliance jio means i can use internet but no calls or messages
Edit: lineage os and other roms based on lineage os have the same issue the only one which worked was Rise Q 2.1

is this rom stable enough for daily use? I'm curently using Lineage OS 17

This ROM was a one off build I did just for fun to see how pure AOSP feels like. But given that projects like treble and official LineageOS 18.1 are now available that are superior to pure AOSP in every way and given that I don't have enough HDD space to maintain two roms at once, I have decided not to continue with updating AOSP.
I'm having this thread locked and suggest everyone to switch to other projects mentioned above.
