Which ROM are u using?
I tried corvus ,evolution ,pixel plus .In all these roms hardware was not working(sorry for late reply, due to all these rom installation ,I was signed out of everything which I completely forgot)
Btw I found the soln. to this issue ,for anyone facing the same.
It turns out maybe custom roms provided in XDA were not supporting the stock kernel(in my case)
So I installed the same roms shipped with custom kernel (found these in telegram page) and it worked!

Hi,
I have a problem with all the custom roms. the sensitive buttons don't work.
I tried all Maclaw's roms and Virginity V3 but i have always this issue.
when i come back to the stock rom, it works.
I think the problem come from the kernel : i tried the Virginity Kernel V3 on my rom stock just rooted, it don't work neither.
can anybody help me ?

Reroot ur phone and flash
Remember do your own experiments on your phone because its yours
So find a solution by yourself because no one has this problem
Blame Samsung I read somewhere that our phone got this problem
So try and try until u get it
i'm sorry to say you can't do anything about it... neither a developer can, as far as i know.. about 5% of s3 minis have this problem.... you just live with it, i do too

Hi,
I have a particularly strange problem.
I broke my Z1 screen and replaced it a while ago.
Now when I switch to any custom rom the touchscreen doesn't work anymore.
If I go to back to stock it works again !
This is 99% related to the fact that the display has been replaced but I can't figure out what's different in the custom roms ...
.

Thanks.
Updated: All sensors now working fine, thx for reply and support
I don't know from which rom you moved to DU but one thing you could do is flashing xiaomi.eu roms first and then flashing any of the custom roms you like including DU. I am also on the same rom as you are trying to flash. For me, I got this issue resolved by flashing persist.img using the process explained in thread -> [GUIDE] [Mi 4] Fix sensors not working! . But that may or may not work for you. So, as so many have faced this issue while flashing beanstalk ROM and I have seen many post on flashing xiaomi.eu roms first to solve this issue onbeanstalk thread, you can do the same.
Hit 'Thanks!' if i have helped you in any way.

Hi rajumack07, first of all thx for your reply. I was moving from "MIUI_MI3WGlobal_V7.1.1.0.KXDMICK" stable version to DU and then faced these sensor issue. I'll check that link you shared and update it here soon.
Updated: I've fallowed the instruction from that link but didn't work. anyway thx for your support.
Simply just flash the stock kernel from Eu ROM or just flash zurion CAF Kernal
It might solve ur problem
Bcoz wat ever the driver u wanted to install that might have to get activated from kernal

If you directly followed the first post in the link with the img files attached then that never solved my issue so it might not solve yours. Check my post in the same thread after I got my sensors back #38. Check the files shared by user @kennethkee93 (as the files are different for MM and KK partitions.).
Any way, the best way is to flash xiaomi.eu roms as that has proved to fix sensors issue for so many users.

Hi @pruthvi9277,
Eu ROM, you mean Xiaomi.eu ROM? well, Zurion kernal is really good one but it disabled my WiFi after flashed so I'll try stock kernel after flashed DU (MM)

What do you mean by chargjng issues? Explain in full detail. Do you mean battery? Did you swap out cables, adapters. Lots of aftermarket cables are rubbish. Is it original battery? is the charging connection dirty or defective? Does it need cleaning?

The aosp rom versions cannot be charged unless they go back to twrp mode to charge them....
You have to follow all the instructions to install custom roms correct. If not you might have charging issues.

I would never use miui Roms. I am very content with havocos
I also had the same problem when installing rom with android versions from 8.0 to 10.0. Before that I used to install android 10 on my device and it works normally. But recently after from MIUI rom back to AOSP it was unable to charge unless I booted into recovery. Please someone please help us, I don't have a lot of money but I will reward you if your advice helps me. Thanks for reading here.[/B]
