Question Accidental camera opening after last update - Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra

I have double-tap of the side key set to open the camera app. Over the past couple weeks, the camea app has sporadically been opening when I've been attempting to just wake the phone (single press). I would think that it's just user error and I'm accidentally hitting the button twice, but it's happened a lot over the past couple weeks, and I never had this issue in the previous seven months. Is anyone else suddenly experiencing this?

Clear system cache.
Try toggle the button option off/on.
Clear the data for that associated apk.

Recent apps disappearing, Auto reboot, & Accidental power button presses

I have found that it is too easy to accidently press the power button. Mostly, the accidental presses just cause the device to turn off or on. However I am guessing that it is also causing my N7 to reboot without my knowing it. I was occasionally finding that I had No Recent Apps listed over the course of a week. Then yesterday it was has happening a little too much, so I did a little investigating and noticed my battery app was showing that my N7 was recently rebooted. However, I hadn't rebooted in days, nor seen a reboot. So since last night, I've been careful with how I set the device down; making sure the power button doesn't touch or rest against anything, and so far no reboots, or stuff disappearing. Anyone else finding their recents app list is being cleared out, or notice automatic rebooting?
I seriously doubt that the power button is sensitive enough for it to cause reboots, sounds like you have a software issue. it also sounds like it may be quick rebooting, not completely

I'm still open to this being a software issue since I have never witnessed a spontaneous reboot. Some sort of software problem was what I thought at first, but at the moment I'm leaning toward the power button being accidentally pressed. The argument against this is that the button is fairly stiff, but not so stiff that I'm not able to rule it out just yet. I did do actual manual reboot myself last night (ie power down and power up); that could also explain why the problem has not shown itself again. Luckily, I have no other problems whatsoever, and this is only a minor issue so far.

How to disable the Home button Press feature to avoid unexpected wake from sleepmode

Hi there,
My Home button press function (mechanical) having some bad contacts and every minutes my phone xiaomi mi5 awakes from sleep mode, lowering my battery life.
Today it s even worse, it closes the app i using for returning to the home screen.
I wish to find a way to completely disable the press home button mechanical function, the fingerprint recon is ok, and the touch home button too.
I hope some of you will find a way to resolve my issue.
Thx.
same problem since last 2 months
if anyone can suggest some solution, it would be really helpful.
flash RR.Enable software keys and disable hardware keys on customization menu on settings
The problem resolved by itself, it must been some moisture that was stuck in it.
About weeks later it s now so fully functional.

Back, home, task button stop working. Why?

Hi,
I have a fresh new Motorola G5S and suddenly the three android buttons stop working (back, home, task).
If I tap them nothing happen every other parts of the screen works without problems.
This happen randomly and when it happen there is no way to restore the situation if not by repeatedly change the orientation of the screen and reboot the phone.
Is there someone else with this problem?
How can I solve it?

Home button notification makes me mad...

I have a problem, which appeared with first upgrade to 9.0.
It's still annoying me.
When I press home button (even iа it's fingerprint scanner) the notification is played. All the sounds setup for buttons is "off" in preferences. Reboot helps for 3-12 hours and it gets back again.
I've tried to reset the phone to factory defaults and reinstall back all my apps, but still this pain gets back 1-3 times a day.
Has anyone found a solution for this?

Question Home button often not responding

Hi there,
My home button often stops responding. It will appear pressed correctly but doesn't actually go home. Sometimes the back and switch window buttons also don't respond, but that's less common. This happens about once a day.
The screen is fine as the buttons visually change to show I've tapped them, but they simply do nothing.
I can always fix it by restarting. It's only been happening on 12.1 v61 firmware.
There's no physical damage to the phone, it's in mint condition.
Any ideas? Anyone else having this?
I'm hoping the next software update fixes it because it's super annoying.
Thanks!
Global power management will cause erratic behaviors. A 3rd party app, does it happen in safe mode? Any apps installed or uninstalled before this happened?
Clear the system cache if you have this option.
