It used to work perfectly but now I can't download anything. Anyone else experiencing it? It can view videos on Netflix but when I download I get DLST.N108 which no one knows what causes it...
I'm on a Chinese ROM, I got space, it's not the account issue.
I tried everything, logging out, clearing data, uninstall, Wifi/Data, restart... anything and everything won't help.
Anyone?

Up until yesterday it was working well for me. This morning though I noticed it was gone and the stock keyboard was back. I tried reopening the app and it force closed. I uninstalled it, and installed it again from the play store and it keeps doing much of the same. I switched roms even and with a full wipe, re installed it and yet it still keeps force closing. Any ideas on how to fix this?
Thanks!

Just trying to get attention to the issue, nothing more. The app force closes for me no matter where it is located.
I have the same issue. Was working fine, not any more. Reinstalling doesn't help.
Hey everyone I'm at wits end trying to figure this out. More I know something is not right then the fact I'm not getting notifications. However, I'm on the Oreo beta and have flashed back to stock as well. I do not get notifications from Facebook. I have fully wiped the phone in recovery with cache as well. It's the only app with the issue I can see. I put my FB account on an old S5 and it works great. I know the factory wipe doesn't really get rid of all the data. Is there anything I can do or anyone with a similar issue that has fixed this? Everyone I open the app it refreshes like it went to sleep but I have turned off app monitor for it.
Anyone else having Instagram Failing suddenly on Note 8? I've seen some YouTube people say it's been in the last few minutes too. Only thing that works for me is to clear data, then re log in, but if I close it, it starts forceclosing again with the "Instagram has stopped". Any permanent solutions?

This happened to me on Monday. Instagram kept crashing.
I tried clearing cache and data in the app, deleting and reinstalling... no joy. Finally, after reading a thread about Samsung themes and overlays causing trouble for Instagram, I temporarily restored the default Samsung theme, reinstalled Instagram, and all was fine.
Later, I reapplied my custom Samsung theme and haven't experienced further issues.
There was a known issue with Instagram, server side, that was resolved within a day (hours maybe). People were having issues even installing it or updates from the play store.
I'm not sure if I'm the only one experiencing this, but I can no longer play any videos on Netflix app, it only display black screen on any videos. I tried deleting cache and app data on settings, even tried uninstalling and reinstalling, rebooting the device until factory reset then called Netflix about it but they couldn't help at all.
Same for me... Would be great if someone finds solution because other than that everything is ok after update.
Hello guys
For the past 24 hours my phone has been glitching. It suddenly stopped playing all forms of media files. Most social media apps won't open anymore, when I try It just hangs and then shows an error message asking whether I want to wait or close app. YouTube works for a few seconds then freezes. Spotify won't play songs despite having excellent network. WhatsApp and Instagram statuses don't play their videos anymore. Even my native music player is not playing songs anymore. Even call ringtones don't play. I tried downloading an app yesterday, though unsuccessfully and I think that might be what kick-started the problem.
I need help please!!!!!
P.S. I attached a screenshot of the error I saw when I tried to play and change my calling ringtones
Factory reset unless you can find the cause. Possible malware. Xhelper is possible if running lower than Android 9. A factory reset will not purge it and either way a reflash be the next step to rule out a mobo failure.
How do I reflash?

Try clearing the system cache on the boot menu first.
If that fails try a factory reset.
