i need to flash rom on my mi9t pro in edl mode.
in device manager its called com(03)
but on mi flash its say "
Input string was not in a correct format"
what can i do???

Well, friends ... this is it.
I converted my Mi A2 to Mi 6x and everything was working fine. One day I decided to return my smartphone to the factory system, but unintentionally deleted all files within TWRP. Now I have the following dilemma:
I can get into TWRP and fastboot, but when trying to install any ROM by MI Flash (Jasmine_Spout or Wayne) the program says "Can not read from port COM *).
Can someone help me?

Hi there, you can revert back to Mi A2 using Qfill or mi flash 2016 64 bit in edl mode, see this thread for details:

I had converted my Mi A2 into 6x but i forgot to delete Firmware Update folder. Now i'm using Pixel Experience Rom based on 6X.
Is it possible to go back Mi A2? (Without Opening Phone Backpart

open fastboot :
fastboot getvar all
there will be a bunch of info ...if the ARB number is higher than 4 the answer is NO
fyi: you can enter edl from fastboot or twrp custom recovery if your phone is in working order .. shorting the pins ( test point) by opening phone physically only becomes necessary if your phone is bricked

***something to consider is you can't just flash an android 1 rom ...you need to download the repartition script to repartition your partition layout or all attempts will fail
Hello all!
I have Xiaomi mi9t pro from chine. By MiFlash i installed newest global rom on phone. I chosen "flash_all_lock" script. After successful install (communicate in MiFlash) phone won't boot up. There is a message "MiUI version can't be installed on this device". I can't unlock boot-loader for install new rom again because Mi Unlock give me a message "Please add your account in MIUI's settings > developer option > Mi unlock status"
Before this, i successfully installed same rom file but with option "flash_all.bat" and it worked.
How i can fix this?
