X7 MAX and GT NEO FLASH/UBRICK
CONVERT GT NEO/GT NEO FE to X7 MAX
(and vice versa)
BACKUP
Please read all the information before proceeding.​
1) In Developer options need turn "ON", "OEM unlock" and USB Debug.
2) Unlock your bootloader.
Spoiler: UNLOCK INSTRUCTION
-Save the DeepTesting. apk application on the phone and run it. (there are two versions in the archive for GT NEO and GT NEO FE)
- Run.
Then follow the screenshots.

We are waiting. After about 15-60 minutes (or more), the unlock tool will show the status of the unlock request. If it shows that the unlock was successful (as in the screenshot below), we proceed to the next step.
You can exit the app and log in later to check the status.
The device itself should reboot into fastboot mode.
You should have ADB drivers installed, if there are none, then you will see an Android device in the device manager.
The ADB drivers are in the "Programs and Drivers" folder at the links above, unpack and install them manually.
Click on "Android", then "driver", then "update driver". Next, " Find drivers on this PC (search and install the driver manually)".
Next, "Select a driver from the list of available ones", then "Show all devices" (this item may remain), then "install from disk", search for our adb drivers folder, click on " android_winusb. inf "
and select"Android Bootloader Interface" from the list. Done.
Next, run BL UNLOCK.bat from the folder "Unlock Bootloader", Read the instructions in the bat file, press any key. We look at the phone. Confirm Unlcok.
After that, we run FASTBOOT REBOOT.bat
This restart will delete all user data.
Then turn off the phone. Disconnect the USB cable.
Click " Start deep testing”
3) Disable Driver Signature Enforcement in Windows 10: Video tutorial
4) Download all utilites and unpack: Programms and Drivers
5) Download A27 (GT_NEO) firmwire and unpack: A27 Firmwire for FTools (MEGA); A27 Firmwire for FTools (GDrive)
Download A15 (X7_MAX) firmwire and unpack: A15 Firmwire for FTools (MEGA); A15 Firmwire for FTools (GDrive)
6) Install VCOM drivers and libusb
7) Open flash_tool.exe and choose MT6893_Android_scatter.txt from unpacked firmwire
8) In Download Agent choose MTK_AllInOne_DA.bin
9) GO options-->Connections--> choose UART and Band rate: 921600
10) Choose DOWNLOAD ONLY mode and check all the boxes. DONT CHOOSE DIFFERENT MODE!!!!
11) Power OFF Phone and unplag usb cable
12) Open" MTKAuthBypassTool_V6" (mtksecbypass.exe) with administrator rights. Click on "Disable Auth"
13) Hold VOL+ and VOL- and Connect Usb cable. Now you must see in device manager Com port MediaTek USB Port_V1632. If you see MediaTek port, unhold VOL buttons. Remember the port number!
After connect usb cable in MTKAuthBypassTool_V6 you can see this:
14) Fastest Check options-->Connections--> UART and Band rate: 921600,
choose MediaTek USB Port Com port
15) After this message click "DOWNLOAD" in FlashTools
(if you are slow and an error appears, you must repeat the procedure from step "11". Do not close the FlashTools program so that the port settings and port speed do not get lost.)
16) Unplag USB cable. Dont turn ON phone! Go Fastboot mode ( Hold VOL- and Power button)
17) Launching RECOVERY.bat in the "Unlock Bootloader"folder.
18) Format Data in Recovery
The first download is long, we are waiting from 5 to 10 minutes.
19) LOCK BOOTLOADER AGAIN
This stage is necessary in order for the device to become certified and certain services (Gpay, etc.) to work
- Turn off the phone.
- Hold the VOL-and the power button. We enter the Fastboot mode.
- Launch BL LOCK.bat from the “Unlock Bootloader " folder. Follow the instructions in the bat
- After launching FASTBOOT REBOOT.bat
The phone will reboot itself.
Done. Congratulations. You have stock clean firmwire with OTA and full work services!
IF YOU WANT FLASH WITH LOCK BOOTLOADER
Skip the STEPS for unlocking and blocking the bootloder.
Uncheck boxes in SP FlashTools from:
opporeserve2
cdt_engineering

IF YOU HAVE PROBLEM WITH THE COM PORT OR ERROR IN MTKAuthBypassTool_V6
- You must do this before stage 12
- After install libusb you will see a folder "lib-usb" in the START menu
- Launch the "Filter Wizard" (select "Install a device filter" and see a window with devices.
-When the phone is turned off, press the VOL+ and VOL-keys and connect the USB cord. Once the port has been determined, release the volume keys after a couple of seconds.
-In the Filter Wizard window, we quickly catch MediaTek USB Port_V1632 and click Install. We act quickly. There should be a response from the program that everything is success and the phone will reboot.
- Turn off the phone. Disconnect the cord.
- Your port problems must be lost
- Go Step 12
ABOUT BACKUP!
- If you wnat make Backup your Phone, follow steps 7-14
- After message from "MTKAuthBypassTool_V6" Go to the “ReadBack " tab in FlashTools and check the boxes everywhere and quickly click on " Read Back”
- Your BackUP data it will be saved in the SP FLASH TOOLS folder as ROM_1, ROM_2 etc
- DONE.
HOW FLASH BACKUP?
- Unlock Bootloader
- Download this: -=Backup Flash=-
- Unpack and copy your backup ROM_ files in this folder
- Choose scatter from this folder in SP Flash Tools
- Uncheck SECCFG (ROM_20) and flash ( Dont forget use MTKbypass utility and check port)
- After Flashig again go EDL mode and flash only SECCFG (ROM_20)
- Maybe need Format Data in Recovery
- Done

Hi please can you provide files for Realme GT Neo Flash Edition (FE) as it has the latest firmware A.11. You provided files for only GT Neo and X7 Max. Find attached a screenshot showing the current GT Neo Flash Edition Firmware. Thank you

I recommend doing a full data reset.
If the device does not start after a long wait and reboots itself or freezes (rarely, but it is possible), go to Recovery and make Format Data.
How do load in Recovery? Press VOL - and the ON buttons, the phone will switch to fastboot mode.
Launching RECOVERY.bat in the "Unlock Bootloader"folder.

No. dont lock, firstly flash Firmwire

Update:
Im able to change my GT Neo ROM to Indian Variant. Thank you so much sir!
Experience:
Instruction #13-#15 are quite tricky.
Issues Encountered:
- my windows pc cannot detect the mediatek com port
- proper timing of clicking DOWNLOAD on SP Flash Tool
How i manage to proceed on SP FT Download:
- first turn off phone (assuming below instructions are DONE -> How i fixed (to detect):)
- SP Flash Tool needed Configs are Done (just waiting for the Downlolad to be clicked)
- MTK Bypass (Administration) is waiting for device
- after SUCCESS MESSAGE on MTK Bypass, immediately click on Download (SP FT)
- once download is started, you can unhold VOL - & + wait to be finished
How i fixed (to detect):
- downloaded this mediatek vcom drivers -> https://www.thecustomdroid.com/mediatek-preloader-usb-vcom-drivers/
- there are some popup that appear (i forgot to remember), i just clicked yes
- then restart pc
- turn off device
- open LIBUSB Filter device (Goal is to detect "Mediatek xxxxx yyyyy zzzzz" usb device on the list)
- Hold VOL - & VOL + AND PLUG Type C Cable
- Check the LIBUSB Filter list and once you see any "MEDIATEK ZZZZZ XXX" click and install
- once success, you can go to -> How i manage to proceed on SP FT Download:

You can use firmware for Gt Neo or X7 Max (better) for FE ver. phone

Guys, i have a doubt i am gonna buy this phone like in a week so when u buy the phone does it come with latest update (a.18) or it comes with a.15 y am asking is becoz in a.16,17,18 to many bugs so only anyone reply me

It does not matter since it is easy to downgrade to a15 as per the OP instructions. I tried this multiple times.

Thanks for this worked perfectly.
One thing to note you have to work fast when put into MTK mode as it will disconnect rather quickly.

Thank you. Totally worth the time. The x7 Max firmware feels much better than the GT Neo one.

as i have x7 max(INDIA) , can i install realme gt neo deep testing apk and unlock its bootloader and after flashing the firmware can i get backk to the locked bootloader state ?? through your.bat file or i"ll get stuck on image destroyed page ??

You can use Deep apk for X7 Max or GT Neo. No problem

Today I will be making some short and easy guide to easily flash TWRP on your Coolpad Cool 1 from your stock EUI. It will be easier to flash any custom ROM if you manage to get TWRP installed on your device.
Preparation :
1. Get Developer Option on your Coolpad Cool 1. You can do this by going to Setting>About phone and search for Build Number. Tap on it for 6-7 times until it tells you that you are now a developer.
2. Go into Developer Option and enable USB Debugging and OEM Unlocking.
3. Download all the necessary ADB Drivers, Qualcomm QLoader Drivers, Coolpad Assistant software, Magisk, EUI Recovery Coolpad Cool 1 and QPST/QFIL. (You can just google this, I have limited internet, so don't be counting too much on me to upload this)
Instruction :
1. Power off your phone.
2. Open QFIL software
3. Press Power + Volume Up + Volume Down button simultaneously and connect your phone to PC. This is to connect your phone into EDL (Emergency Download Mode).
4. Make sure your phone has been detected as "Qualcomm HS-USB QDloader xxxx (COMx)" in QFIL
5. At "Select Build Type", select "Flat Build"
6. At "Select Programmer" browse to your downloaded recovery folder path and select "prog_emmc_firehose_652.mbn" inside the folder. Don't worry, it will only show you this one file only anyways, so just click it.
7. At "Select Flat Build" , you can load your recovery files by using the "Load XML" button. Select "rawprogram0.xml" in the first popup and "patch0.xml" at the second popup. Again, it will only show you this one file in the popup box so you can't miss it anyways.
8. After all is set, click the download button and wait for it to finish flashing.
9. After the process finished, boot into your recovery directly by pressing Power button + Volume Up.
10. Flash your preferred rooting package. I use Magisk v16 and it's working fine with EUI.

Aplication cant download any files. Allways exit downloading

Τhe device model is R116 (not c103 or C106) Any tool that works with this model?? Qfil, Miflash, Coolpad download assistant didn't do the job. And ADB commands cant see it either.

No you can't. I hope we can. I tried it and it doesn't work. Our device just don't recognize adb command.

I did all the procedures. But it can't install SuperSU. And it shows internal storage 0 mb. Then I rebooted the phone. And I rebooted the phone again in recovery mode but this time it gives me just two options format or update. Can someone please tell me how to solve this issue? Please.

Why not try magisk?
I'm not sure but your internal is 0mb because TWRP isn't able to decrypt your data partition. I don't use this phone but I have the same problem with my phone, what I did is that I flashed a zip which unencrypts the data and then formatted my internal storage it works fine after that
You can Try backing up your data and formatting your internal storage after flashing magisk

thank you for your reply, I already solved the issue. I did all the things again, and then I formated internal storage and become normal, then I transferred the ROM via mtp and flashed it. All is fine now.

Procedure For Flashing/recovering your Garlic using QFIL/QPST Tool
REQUIREMENTS :
-A working PC.
-Qualcomm Drivers.
-QFIL Tools (I'd prefer and recommend ver2.0.05 as it is much more efficient than the newer ones) *Required .Net Framework 4.5 or higher
-ADB Drivers (just in case if your phone ain't bricked and you don't know how to boot into edl mode)
-N/M Full Firmware files (No the N-Firmware or M-firmware files provided by me).
-Back up your internal storage as this would wipe the internal (I prefer it this way)
-If you are using the QFIL 2.0.05, then you should install the tool.
-Extract the Firmware file and copy it to <directory where you installed qfil>/Qualcomm/bin/ this is to avoid sahara failed error.
-In simple words, keep the extracted firmware files inside the QFIL's folder.
-Connect your phone to PC and type in adb reboot edl in adb terminal to boot into EDL mode, or reboot edl in terminal emulator.
-If you have installed all drivers properly, your phone should be listed under Ports in Device Manager as Qualcomm Diganostic Device xx9008 (note this number, this is important) if your are getting 900E or 9003 (in case of bricked phone) you need to make it boot into 9008 mode using Deep Flash Cable (Guides to this will be provided soon, or you could just refer Google).
PROCEDURE :
-Open QFIL Tool.
-Once the phone is connected in EDL mode, it will show up under the ports (automatically selected, still if for any reason, open up and select port)
-Select Flat Build.
-Select the Programmer Path. It will open up the file browse window, go to the location where you have extracted the firmware and select Programmer_emmec_firehorse file.
-Select Patch File and select raw_unspare.xml file.
Now select Patch.xml.
-Click Download Button and flashing process will begin. Wait till it finishes and hold down your power button to boot your phone.

Here is the good stuff. The rooting process is divided into 2 parts: Bootloader unlock and Rooting itself.
Before you begin, please download the Following
1) Download platform-tools on your computer here 11
2) Optional for Windows PC: MTK VCOM USB drivers here 5 (the default Windows driver works sometimes but not always. If the default driver doesn’t work for you, install this one)
3) Download factory-prepared patched stock BOOT.IMG here (this is patched to Magisk 20.4)
Bootloader Unlock
- Goto Teracube's Developer Options (via Settings/System/About and tap Build number several times to unlock Developer Options if this is not already available)
- Goto Settings > System > Developer settings
- Turn on OEM unlocking
- Shutdown the phone
- Press Vol+ and Power buttons simultaneously for 5/6 seconds
- You’ll see 3 options in tiny fonts. Use Vol+ to toggle option
- Select Fastboot and press Vol- to select it
- Connect Teracube to your PC/computer using the USB-C cable came with the package.
- Using platform-tools on your computer run the command

- A confirmation message will be displayed on the screen, press Vol+ to say accept
- Bootloader is now unlocked. You will see some messages during the boot sequence each time you boot/reboot your phone. This is an expected behavior.
- Do not reboot or shutdown phone yet if you plan to continue with the root process (see below)
Root
- Perform Bootloader unlock steps (as above). Otherwise, the phone will complain of verification and will not allow you to proceed
- Connect Teracube to your PC/computer using the USB-C cable came with the package.
- Use platform-tools on your computer and run the command to flash the patched bootloader to your phone (your BOOT.IMG filename may vary)

Also, try to use memorable pass like birthdate or time dependent password app for better use.

Just unlock bootloader using ADB it will erase all data from your phone

Just flash stock firm, everything will be back to normal!

1) Download stock rom.
2)Extract it if it is in .ofp format using mct tool.
3) Download SP flash tool.
4) install drivers.
5) Download cdc driver install them.
6) Download brom exploit to bypass sequreboot. Or you wont be able use sp flash tool. You can find a ton of tutorial on YouTube for that.
7) load scatter file in sp flash tool.
8) open brom exploit.
9) download and install lib-usb.
8) power of you phone. Connect it to pc while holding vol + and - key.
9) You will see something on sequre boot bypass tool but its not over yet.
10) open lib usb filet while the phone is still connected. Click next and you will find option install filter. Now select mediatek usb port. And install filter on that.
11) disconnect the phone from pc. Power and power off again.
12) open bypass tool. hold vol + - key connect the phone.
13) go to sp flash tool. Just select userdata.
14) click download.
15) let it finish. And done.
Orrrr.
You can go to youtube search for Chanel named drwangz. You find a tutorial for hardbrick real me c3 phone. Follow that tutorial.
make sure you select download mode in sp flash tool
