Nope, latest stock Android 11 is what you'd want.
Ok, installed nicely. BT, WIFI, sim cards ok, no MTP.
Nice progress tho, thanks
New builds are up! I highly recommend you clean flash this one to get everything working properly.
Note: You can finally use fastboot update! Just download the zip and type in fastboot update <location for the downloaded zip> while your device is in fastbootd to flash.
Changelog:
- Move to rebased kernel
- Some additions from Google Pixel 6
- Still working on fixing ADB and MTP
- Miscellaneous source side fixes

Not yet unfortunately.
Update: Fixed MTP and USB debugging a bit back. Right now working on getting NFC and under display fingerprint scanner up and running.
Hey guys another update, been busy with college and haven't gotten a lot of time to work on things yet. I kinda wanna wait for Android Sv2 aka "12L" to roll out to AOSP before resuming development. Things are really janky as of now and just feels unfinished. Stay tuned!

Were you able to get FP scanner working? Also, do you plan on releasing builds without GApps? I would like to try out this rom with MicroG as I am having excellent battery life with Lineage microG. Anyways thanks for your work!
This ROM has got HUGE potential.
I'll be keeping an eye on this

FP scanner is still not up, I am working on redoing the kernel first. Android 12 brings with it, UDFPS - an AOSP framework that the Pixel 6 uses for its optical fingerprint scanner. So, to get the FP scanner to work, (ideally) I will have to adapt the current HAL to be UDFPS compatible. Additionally, I will also need to work on dimming as I can't tolerate flickering.
We do ship our GMS but if people care, I can release a GMS-free build too.

LineageOS is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of android, which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock android for your device.
All the source code for LineageOS is available in the LineageOS Github repo. If you would like to contribute to LineageOS, please visit our Wiki for more details.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. Since TWRP doesn't work on Q for our device yet, you can use the lineage recovery. It's built into the rom's boot.img and is available separately on the download portal, named recovery image.
2. The newest vendor, radio, & bootloader img's are included in the rom zip, so no need to flash those manually.
3. Lineage comes with adb root that you can enable in developer options, but if you want root for apps, you can install the magisk apk, then follow these boot.img patching instructions. Use the file labeled 'recovery image' on the lineage rom download portal, which is actually just the boot.img. It is renamed to recovery to simplify the rom install steps.

I was wondering the same thing about the styles/wallpaper/clocks. I was thinking about messing with it given the long weekend when I glanced at my 3XL (running Havoc) lock screen and remembered that I have a clock that I love having on there. I'm sure you are think the same as I am about Squeeze that it is highly unlikely to be working. I was going to go back to Havoc anyways. Oh, I long for the old Nandroid days where I could hot swap ROMs to test.

Thanks to @razorloves for this amazing job! I was expecting for a LOS17 build for a while and it's flawless! No issues at all! Initial setup occurred without any issues.
Working LOS17, Magisk, Adaway, and smooth AF!

Blueline - "Error booting boot.img" when trying to boot into lineageos recovery. Im not sure how i can get the logs at this point. Im not sure if i need to be on the latest vendor images & stuff but i was on August patches alongside LOS16. Will try to udate to Android 10 & report back.
Things I've tried:
Redowload the blueline boot.img
Reflashing TWRP then flashing boot.img
Devce details:
Bootloader is unlocked
ADB is enabled
bootloader version:b1c1-0.1-5578427
OS: LOS16
Edit: Updating to latest Android 10 google image resolved this issue.
Edit2: Short review
Rom is very smooth & without any issues. Im not entirely sure if its performance improvements or animation improvements but this feel even snappier than LOS16. Almost everything works. AOD, Wake on raise, Style & Wallpaper options work really well. Files & Claculator seems to support system dark mode. App startup & memory management seems good too.
Awesome features
Style & wallpaper options.
AOD & lock screen clock.
Raise to wake [Not sure this was in LOS16 but i really really like how accurate this feature is in raise detection]
Smooth animations
New gesture & sensitivity options.
Small Issues[Logact created in same order as below issues]
AOD shows expanded statusbar & tiles instead of clock [Im not sure if this is a feature] [Expand statusbar then select edit & let the device auto lock]
Sometimes privacy dashboard is not shown in settings > privacy [Or i am not sure when & what triggers the dashboard]
Settings > System > Status bar > Battery percentage does not work [Settings > Battery > Battery percentage works as an alternative]
Settings app does not seem to support amoled dark yet.
My most missed features
Privacy gaurd [Depricated in LOS17]
Per app data restrictions [VPN , Wifi , Cellular, Romaing] [Usually found in app info]
I do not have attachemnt permission yet, I've uploaded the resources to external site.

Recovery for OTA:
Arrow Recovery: Gdrive link
Install Instructions:
Spoiler: Expand
Start with unlocked bootloader and grab a PC with windows or linux, or mac if you're desperate
Download all files to your PC, not to device, place them in your platform-tools folder
1. Open CMD, and navigate to your platform-tools folder. then fastboot flash arrow recovery (file name may differ from example command)
Code:
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
Then boot recovery
Code:
fastboot boot recovery.img
2. On device, navigate to "Apply Update" & select "Apply from ADB"
3. On PC, issue the command to sideload the ROM
Code:
adb sideload "name of file".zip
Wait for it to complete. Stuck at 47% is normal as the process completes on device.
4. On device, navigate back to home screen (top left arrow) and find "Factory Reset"
Factory reset the device, formatting data
5. Boot and enjoy
Dirty flashing:
Just adb sideload the zip and reboot, that's all!
Tips:
- if adb sideload fails, unplug and replug the device to PC and try again
If you install magisk or other mods, do not ask for support
I discourage mods, but zips can be sideloaded like the ROM if you need custom kernels etc

Nice! Downloading now.
Very nice, thank you!
Running very smoothly and efficiently. Kudos! Are there plans to get this bumped to official at all? Also, does this support ElementalX?

It will get official soon, probably in next week, I'm not sure about ElementalX support, but it should work fine.
Im curious, what needed to be changed/tweaked to make this build for the Pixel 3a XL? Did you grab the latest source for dotos and patch a few files that needed fixing, or some other method?
Either way, thanks for the submission - it's pretty smooth!

Pixel 3a and 3aXL are unified almost. So you just need few different files device side, device vendor, kernel is unified across 3,3xl,3a,3aXL
There are no major changes needed from 3a to 3aXL. Also as when it goes official, you will be able to see device sources used to make this rom and with ota support.
awesome thank you for the reply!
Update 16/06/21
We go official.
1.Make sure you clean flash if you're coming from unofficial build
2.June security patch included
3.Auto brightness on initial boot
4.few other minimal changes
5. added stock google camera
Note:- Boot.img added in separate link
The official build kept failing to flash with ErrorCode kPayloadTimestampError
Yes, I followed clean flash steps.
Update on GAPPS: It seems the GAPPS version of the ROM fails to fully transfer, stopping at 49% and reports total xfer of 1 while normally it should report 2. Will update again once I figure out if this partial transfer is simply a bug of the ROM file and is being reported incorrectly via terminal or if it's actually broken.
Update 2: The ROM did, from appearances, successfully flash, with everything seemingly working as it should be.
Both ROMs do seem to have issues with how their flashing is being handled however, and should be corrected ASAP.

Thank you for looking into the matter, I know the issue for vanilla version
For now gapps version is good, yeah it will show error when rom gets flashed, though it gets sideloaded successfully. Gapps version is recommended for now.
On a support call with my mobile provider and they asked me to reset network and Bluetooth settings. Get to the screen where the internet says should be a reset settings button and it's not there.

Pull up the bold text, the heading "Reset WiFi, mobile and Bluetooth" and you will see option below, also uncheck "Erase downloaded sim" if you're using eSIM, otherwise it will delete it and you will have to do the whole process all over again.

3. Flash recovery in bootloader with fastboot
4. Reboot to recovery
5. Apply update > Sideload > adb sideload rom file (format data first if coming from a different ROM)

nice awesome!
Battery consumption good?
If already on Lineage and following the instructions any issues? I can't flash anything but Lineage to this device without it failing so wanted to check before I tried.

For me its been great. Also, I have never had the best screen off-time battery on any rom vs stock, but depends on device usage. Trying out different custom kernels may help.

There aren't any issues I am aware of on these builds. Other roms you have tried flashing have failed? Through TWRP or the custom recovery provided by the ROMs?

I tried the Pixel ROM and one other I can't remember the name to be honest. Was using the recovery provided by the ROMs but would never get through the flashing process. Each would give a different error. I believe I was on Slot B when doing it though which may have caused it.

Hmm, it worked well for me. If it doesn't work for you then you should be fine as it won't touch your active slot. I know of some users have to format certain partitions in some situations. But you should be OK to try it if you want to.
nice
New build, 8/30
- Fingerprint should be quicker now
- Added Wichaya Google Cam app instead of stock aosp camera
- Synced latest LineageOS upstream code for device/kernel/vendor trees
- Synced latest Sakura source, not many changes
Also, added some screens in second post. Next update I will probably wait until android 12 comes out, unless if it comes in October.. Hopefully I can get official somewhat soon to allow internal OTA updates!

Highly customizable Android Platform

I've been daily driving this for about a week and was waiting for a thread to post in. I haven't tried any of the other A12 roms, so I can't compare, but this is bonkers good straight out the gate. I came from crDroid 7.14.
I had no problem flashing, I installed Nikgapps A12 version from here and did the obligatory factory reset.
It's got all the customisation features I love about crDroid including Pulse - YAY! Safetynet passes straight out the box.
I got Magisk zygisk installed with safetynet fix 2.2.1 from here banking apps all work so far and safetynet passes while rooted.
Viper installed - selinux enforcing
Oneplus camera included
I'm not a power user by any means, I don't use g-pay and I don't care about autobrightness, but so far this seems to work just as well as crDroid 7 for my needs.
Thank you so much - what amazing Devs!!

Beta ofc. It's too early for any A12 ROMs to be stable right now especially when OOS 12 isn't out as stable for the 8 series

@nijohnson @slayerjain Well the safest option is to restore back to OOS 11 using msm or try this
Do the installation method
When done, go to recovery mode and factory reset (wiping is a MUST if coming from another ROM, it's not required if you're updating)
Reboot to system
Hi, does this rom have stock camera?
Installed. Works pretty well, other than the refresh doesn't go above 60 unless you force it to do so (which isn't great for battery) and I'd like to see the ability to set refresh per app as well. I can understand no face unlock as it's just not at all secure. It's a picture.
Did try with NickGApps, but Assistant didn't work at all so now using MTG (which just got updated).
Also can anyone confirm if this ROM can be used with TWRP even if I use the TWRP sideload feature? I'd like to be able to install zips without a computer.
Edit: it doesn't force 120, the refresh goes down again eventually. Also it should be mentioned the A12 animations aren't quite correct though that's extreme nitpicking. Overall great.

I don't really have any context from OOS so I can't say. It takes pictures and all the modes seem to work.
I want to try this ROM but I'm told it doesn't work for Verizon OP8Pro phones. It won't recognize the sim card. Any hope for a fix to this? Paranoid Android is the only 12 rom that works currently.

I run my phone constantly at 120Hz on AICP ROM and fine with the battery life. Eagerly waiting for 120Hz on this ROM too before flashing
