AA Split Screen on Kona - Android Auto General

Hello Super-Experts, please help.
On a recent video of a blogger he does a split acreen of Android Auto on the Hyundai Kona EV 2020 X-CLASS 64 KWh.
I tried almost everything (even dev. settings and modifyng to 1080p th App), but... at the end this is the solution:
... the "secret" is NOT to have the mobile phone connected by cable to the car.
At that point the fateful menu appears from SETTINGS / DEVICE CONNECTION / CONNECTION SETTINGS (PHONE PRIOECTION SETTINGS) / ANDROID AUTO / USE SPLIT SCREEN

Nexus 7 Installed in Sportage

So I wanted more from my Kia Sportage than what I was getting so I decided to install a Nexus 7 along with my factory HU. Since I am not making this a standalone HU many things will not be an issue. Currently I am waiting on a few parts to come in that have been ordered so I have been working on the screens for the unit. Here is what I currently have setup.

Bluetooth streaming to car not connecting - correctly

Bit of a bizarre one, I think. Got a new Peugeot 3008, when I first connected my P20 Pro to the car, it worked for both telephone audio and streaming. The next time, when I start the car, it makes a telephone bluetooth connection, but the streaming option does not connect
When I select the streaming option to connect from the car menu, I get the following error

On the phone, the media audio slider stays off
However, if I go on the phone, and slider the media audio, it instantly connects to the car
Any ideas

[REQUEST] Allow HDHomeRun television app to continue playback with screen off

Hoping that someone who watches OTA TV on their cellphone using HDHomeRun hardware, can hack the app to allow it to continue playback with screen off.
That way, we can LISTEN to the TV while the phone is in our pocket.
I personally want it so I can listen to sports games while doing chores around the house and mowing the yard.

Android Auto / Carplay module adapter for original car multimedia

Hello,
I've been using the Android Auto / Carplay adapter box module on my cars for some time now. They are installed behind the original multimedia module and the images are transmitted to the original screen through the LVDS cable. Practically, the entire original multimedia system is kept, but Android Auto and Carplay functions are added.
My question is if anyone knows what operating system these modules use and if it can be modified somehow?
