Hello, I installed Havoc OS on my MI A2, but then an update was requested, I did the update, but when I rebooted the device, it did not start, I went into fastboot mode and I reinstalled the havoc. "androidOne" screen and nothing happens, now I have to enter fastboot mode with the command "fastboot boot twrp.img" and the error "failed to load / authentication boot image" appears, I tried flashing the rom stock using the MiFlash, and the cell phone persists with the same error, now my cell phone is with the bootloader locked and I do not know what to do

Thanks, I was able to repair after unlocking the bootloader again and then unlocking the critical parts, so I flashed a stock rom from August 2018, however didn't block the bootloader again.
I tried to do a software update with PIxel Experience 11+ but when I did install the update, it went into Fastboot mode instead of recovery, pressing buttons to leave fastboot didnt work, nor did
Code:
fastboot reboot
.
To fix this and successfully update, just type
Code:
fastboot boot (recovery).img
and phone will boot into recovery and start updating.
Every time i try to install twrp via fastboot mode returns me to fastboot when i boot the phone. And i found a way to boot again.
But i cant install smth via fastboot mode when stucks, i cant go into recovery mode
*I have all drivers*
Can you boot into twrp from fastboot (fastboot boot path/to/twrp.img)? Then you could try to install from twrp.
Man i did it. Thank u for ur help
So my friend gave me his phone because it got hard bricked he doesnt know how.
The bootloader is unlocked.
Mi flash doesnt show the device and when i try to flash from adb with the command:

I try to flash twrp recovery with fastboot flash recovery twrp.img and the phone goes on press any button to shutdown. Does anyone know how to solve this please.
