[Mi9T Pro] Bootloader unlocked - Google Play Certification - Widevine from L1 to L3

Hi,
I've unlocked bootloader like 4 different times, and my Widevine Turns the L1 into L3.
The main problem for me, is that i can't use Netflix and worst, can't install Samsung Gear Wearable. Even downloading both apps from apkpure, the system give a pop up message saying "App incompatible with this Android Version."
Anyone know's how to unlock bootloader without all this problems? Or how to Bypass it?
I'm using Mi 9T Pro.
I don't think you can get back L1 after unlocking your phone. It is similar to T2 chip in Apple devices.

I can! Already did it 4 or 5 times. But to do that i need to relock my bootloader.

Not sure how is your Widewine status linked to the bootloader. For Xiaomi Global devices, it always stays L1 even after bootloader unlock.

Netflix and Samsung not allowing you to download from Playstore has nothing to do with DRM. They have different policies for different regions. Try using the Safety net magisk module if that helps. Otherwise, use a modded Netflix app that works on unlocked bootloader.

Netflix Widevine L1 Lost After Downgrade Android 10 to 9 and Flash persist.img

I tried Android 10 and I decide to downgrade my Mi 9T Pro to Android 9. After downgrade, so many things broken because of persist.img
So, I reflash the persist.img (from V10.3.17.0.PFKCNXM) file and problems solved. I am using xiaomi.eu_multi_HMK20ProMI9TPro_V10.3.17.0.PFKCNXM_v10-9 now.
Netflix Widevine is turned from L1 to L3, so I cant play HD or HDR contents. How can I fix that?
once you have modified the vendor/persist partition (flashing the vendor/persist.img through twrp) there is no way to recover widevine L1 except for having to change the equipment for a new one or with a change of pcba
And if you try to flash using EDL? and then tell us if it is possible to recover the widevine L1

EDL doesn't help. What is pcba?
you could try format data with twrp, then you install xiaomi.eu

This is the normal procedure to install xiaomi.eu and I already did like that.
You should backup your stock persist. L1 is gone forever now so far I know.

I have a Global device. Unlocked BL and flashed the Indian version using fastboot. Haven't rooted but I have formatted all the partitions from twrp before fastbooting the indian rom.
Problem is now I cannot download Netflix app from the Playstore and figured also the playstore "Device is not certified" there in settings.
I want to know this is common and there's no way to get Widewine L1 when BL is unlocked? Or is there a possibility if I go back to the official Global rom and lock it?

Just flash magisk and safetynet patch module, then delete play store data. You can install Netflix now.
Just wondering, what are other disadvantages aside from loosing L1 ? I also flashed my persist image on A3 due to downgrade and sensor problems. Will service center be able to flash to restore it? Cause the phone is running fine on anything else
Same Issue with me. Any progress on your situation OP?
Maybe you should have done some research before doing something that stupid. Flashing persist.img is guaranteed to make you lose l1 permanently.

Tencent edition problems

Hi I have Tencent edition and I received it with WW rom with WW fingerprint with 1908.12 version. Safety nets passes but few things is not ok. In DRM info I have Widevine L3. I've tried to flash rom with unlock and lock bootloader but still have L3. Unlock app dont work , i unlock bootloader via ed.
Other things I intalled 1910.64 raw rom, is it normal that after it Asphalt 9 is preinstalled?

If the bootloader is unlocked widevine will be L3. Only relocking, which will remove root and wipe data will give you L1.
Asphalt is just a preinstalled system app, part of the ROM, you can remove.
I have done relocking and dont have prompt on booting.

You should never had to flash Persist.
AFAIK (google around), by flashing Persist (even your own), you irreversibly lost L1 and forever
Is there any way I can revert it back?

You had to flash the stock firmware as tgz/fastbook (not just as zip/recovery).
And tried: Settings, Passwords and Security, Fingerprint unlock, Fingerprint payments, Widevine L1, Certificate update
But I doubt you could do it now after playing with your Persist
I already tried that, nothing seems to work, can service center restore L1 manually like oneplus 5t required Manual loading of widewine L1 from service centre

[INFO] Widevine L1 Support
This thread should answer most of your questions regarding Widevine L1 support on your device(s). I will try to keep it maintained and up-to-date. Notes: * This list includes only supported Android 10+ devices that either support Widevine L1 officially, or support it unofficially by Xiaomi.eu...

You can try service center if your bootloader is locked and is still under warranty coverage.
