I'm not sure as to where I should post this so im sorry in advance. Anyway I have a Samsung galaxy s21, and have installed the dolphin mmjr emulator, however I cannot get the right thumb stick to bind in the gamecube controller input section, when I try to bind the control's all the Axis are wrong and I get something like this;
C-Stick up: 8Bitdo Sn30 Pro: Axis 14+
C-Stick Down: 8Bitdo Sn30 Pro: Axis 14+
C-Stick left: 8Bitdo Sn30 Pro: Axis 11+
C-Stick right: 8Bitdo Sn30 Pro: Axis 11+
Could anybody shed any light on this for fixing this issue? Someone has said it has something to do with accessibility or summat on my phone. It's absolutely blowing my mind
Many thanks in advance
Chris.
Is it the Sn30 Pro for Xbox xcloud version (black)? that one has 2 modes xbox xcloud mode with analog triggers (which messes axis on android games) and regular mode with digital triggers, if it's that one try setting it to digital by presing LT + RT + Start

Hi everyone, I want to share to all of you my FIRST app on Android Market:
PowerAMP Controller for Honeycomb + Kinect support
This application allows Honeycomb tablet user to control PowerAMP directly from their notification bar. Moreover, it also has an *experimental* feature of connecting your Microsoft Kinect and control music directly with your hand gestures!
*Features:
+ Control PowerAMP directly from Notification Bar (Quick play/pause/next/previous/volume control).
+ Multiple backgrounds (currently 7) for you to select.
+ FIRST ANDROID APPLICATION featuring connecting with Microsoft Kinect (requires Android 3.1+ for USB Host + USB OTG Cable + ROOT)
*Integrating with Kinect:
(see application site below for pictures, YouTube clip coming soon)
Experimental feature, do not rate this application low if it is not working well. Better support will come as soon as skeleton tracking feature is complete
Requirements: USB Host + USB OTG Cable + Seperate power supply for your Kinect + ROOT + Android 3.1
- Connect Kinect to USB host.
- Launch PowerAMP Controller from your app drawer.
- Click on the Kinect icon (may not work the first time of clicking since the application is asking for root permission).
- Tilt camera to suit your need (prefer place without interference).
- Start controlling music with hand gesture.
*Hand gestures:
Work best in range between 1m and 2m
- Spread 5 of your finger vertically in in front of the camera to start/pause music playing.
- Spread 5 of your finger horizontally to the right in in front of the camera to skip to next song.
- Spread 5 of your finger horizontally to the left in in front of the camera to go back to previous song.
- If you do the gesture correctly, the LED on your Kinect will flash green.
This application is provided for free of charge!. All of your xda-developers readers, please install, use and give me feedback.

Hooked it up and the Kinect is blinking green. Granted superuser permission and backed out of app. Went back in and tapped the Kinect but it says Kinect not found. Force stopped it and same status.

I am having a real pain attempting to setup touch profiles for sixaxis on the Note.. I can't.
The basic procedure starts with importing a screen capture as background, and it as at this point that it fails... No matter in what orientation or how i try, the screen capture ALWAYS shows portrait mode... so it is not possible to hold the Note in landscape and create a landscape touch profile.. in line with how the game will be played..
any advice?
Note (non-Samsung type note):: I am rooted, have the PS3DS3 paired and working fine on a N64oid map created by others.. simply unable to correctly follow steps on the Note to create new profiles
I had that problem on my Atrix. What I wound up doing was rotating and resizing the image on my PC to compensate for the app forcing everything into Portrait view.
Thanks for this tip.. it certainly worked.
[EDIT 7th April]
Thanks to Scottmog in another thread, a cleaner solution is as follows.. goto settings>edit background>tap middle of screen.. it is a rotation button...

Hey guys,
I am currently working on an arcade coffee table based on the Android software and have put together a simple launcher based on the SSLauncher.
Each button works taking you to the Next or Previous page and the Controllers launch the emulator.
http://youtu.be/YIolHZ2Jr90 - This is a video demonstration.
I was wondering what people thought of the launcher I have put together and what I could do to improve it.
(It's a coffee table with a screen facing upwards, with a control panel that slides out of the table and wireless keyboard and mouse. I will upload photos if anyone is interested.)
Here's a picture of the control panel.
I have put together a drawer that slides out to push, lift and support the control panel. When the drawer is pushed back, the control panel hides within the table.
Hi all. For games that do not support the second (i.e. built-in) display, is it possible via some kind of software to have it zoom in on a portion of the main display? For example, displaying only the map or a health bar of a FPS game? The functionality is just like the new HP gaming laptop I read about in 2019 that has a smaller second mini-display above its keyboard which has custom software to do just that.
Thanks!
I've got an experimental mod based on notch killer for Android 11.
Portrait remains with clock etc after camera notch but landscape is full width.
I have a oneplus 8 pro but just recently tried to make this mod based on pixel code.
Need a tester before making this public
Here's a link to git and the range explains what I do. https://github.com/logmd/N3O-No-Nonsense-Notch-Overlay
So question is does anyone want to help out and test? I'll send a group of yous a build if you are up for it
Sure, I'll test it out. Having some apps not go full screen in landscape bothers me, so I'm more than happy to help.
Don't get me started haha! The notch on my oneplus 8 in landscape black bar is larger than the giant forehead on my old mate20 pro when I get to a laptop tonight I'll start a piexl 5 chat
