Hello, so for some stupid reason my Mi 9T Pro doesn't detect my sim card, I have searched and it seems like that I have to repair my IMEI.
Is there any chance that I can do it by myself or I have to give it to someone that have the application to repair the IMEI.

Hi! You can check the other topic about brick Xiaoping mi8 and there is info about S-unlock. But yes, I managed to unbrick mine using authorized account from them.

You need QCN backup to edit! Why you need to restore the IMEI? Baseband of These devices with newSD855 won't get deleted! Then what is your problem ?

I think it’s a strange coincidence that this questions about how to “repair” IMEI always comes from persons with no prior postings and yet they always seem so knowledgeable.

When you pay (equal to) 270 usd "tax" to register your phone in Turkey if you buy it from another country (grey market) , you must do and know "imei repair".. I remind you minimum wage in Turkey is around 355 usd...
So, thats the reason.

So someone please write a tested method about IMEI change so that we can easily follow your step by step guide and change this phones IMEI without facing any problem.

One of the best methods to change the IMEI number is to use a box tool. This is the official method to do. if use some not official tools you have situations to lost the OS on your cell phone. For any brand models, you have different tools. For Samsung you have Z3X and for LG you have Octoplus. But you here can find all full instructions what software to use and how to get for free on UnlockBaseCodes website

You can change your IMEI only for second sim. First sim will be 0 and can not use it. Search Google, you can find Info.

Buy the Mi 9 6GB 128 GB cell phone from a Chinese store (Alie ...)
The phone is a Chinese version, the seller sent me the phone with the GLOBAL ROM, so it came with the bootloader unlocked.
Then I decided to stupidly block it.
Previously I had a mi note 3, Chinese version with global rom, I never read about the new policies of xiaomi, I read them already when I could not start my MI 9 haha, it is very sad.
The only solution I have given is to make a flash in EDL mode
The question here is that an authorized edl account is required, which I have searched for trust services (s-unlock, unbrick.ru, martview) and none has the service available at the moment, I have contacted 5 people via whatsapp of the which 2 tell me that if they can do the service and the other 3 that at the moment the service is not available like this, I realize that maybe it is a scam.
Please help me if anyone knows of any edl service

how did you get this sorted mate?
yes this problem need EDL mode with AUTHORIZED Account i tried like 7days keep trying flash in EDL mode it's always said "You are not Authorized" something like this
then i send to shop that can send to china for fix this problem it's no cost to flash back to china rom with locked bootloader but i paid for they fix i removed back cover by myself
xiaomi china won't charge you for reinstall rom if it's on warranty
so you have to get Authorized account way only for fix this problem

I bought a second hand one on ebay..
first it it was working well..but after i did factory reset its locked now..
Seller said he cant help me..cause it belonged to his dead sister..so he doesnt have any sim card anymore aswell as no email info..
I have receipt from ebay and stuff but xiaomi does not even answer anything but a password recovery link..
Any way to get it working again?

Hi. Did you solve your problem? I have one in the same situation. They informed me that I would only be able to remove the account by unlocking his bootloader through Box Chimera. And then do mui account removal.
