I have the same version of phone and the current rom is V12.5.19.0.RKDEUXM
EEA rom.
No update to date.
Btw.
V13.0.1.0.SKDMIXM is a global rom and you have a EEA rom(V12.5.20.0.RKDEUXM)
V13.0.1.0.SKDMIXM is only for MIUI Pilots, the only way to flash it is TWRP at the moment.

The rom is pushed to normal user now, i can update via "Choose update package" without any problem.
His problem was his phone is EEA variant (EUXM) thus not compatible with miui 13 global variant (MIXM)
same problem with the official rom and the official EUXM, it tells me that it is not an official firmware
Hi guys,

In the meantime i have done the process for unlock the bootloader (next monday i'll be able to do the fastboot command).

There is new update V12.5.21.0.RKDEUXM. I guess it will give possibility to update to MIUI 13.

For now it's just security update. 13.0.8 can't be installed, because is older, so error will be you can't downgrade to older version. So maybe after few day they'll release MIUI 13 for Xiaomi 11T pro

For anyone trying to upgrade to MIUI13
You can see what version you have if you take a look at the version ending. SKDMIXM is the Global version and RKDEUXM is the European (EEA)
If you notice the SKD and RKD part, it means Android 11 for R and Android 12 for S
Make sure your Xiaomi 11T Pro is running the Global ROM, it is officially released as V13.0.3.0.SKDMIXM.
The newest ROM for the Xiaomi 11T Pro EEA (European) right now is V12.5.21.0.RKDEUXM
If you try to install V13.0.8.0.SKDEUXM and run into an error, it is due to it being a Mi Pilot tester ROM only.
You wont be able to install a ROM from a different region over another one.
The only way to bypass this is by unlocking the bootloader and flash something like Xiaomi.EU which is a modified Xiaomi ROM which includes China ROM features.
Follow this guide:
MIUI 13 (Xiaomi.EU) for Xiaomi 11T Pro - V13.0.2.0.SKDMIXM

You need unlocked bootloader for xiaomi.eu one. EEA has no betas, therefore you'd be stuck with it if you don't want to unlock b bootloader.
Ok I have a question, what's the difference between the global and EEA? My Mi9 has the EEA , is the only difference the update frequency? Thanks

I'm wondering this too. I can unlock my (Cepheus) bootloader tomorrow obviously wanting to get rid of CH Rom ASAP as a Latin alphabet user.
I know where they come from (European vb.) but don't know the differences of those two in term of features & update frequency.
Ps: I like that purple lightning animation on screen when plugged
yes, you can unlock the bootloader and install the global dev dev on mi9 and then re-boot the bootloader with mi flash. the dev version is updated weekly. the global version and eea are updated about once a month.

Hii.
Can anyone tell exactly what the difference is between
MIUI 10.2 - Global Stable MIUI V10.X.X.X. ( PFAMIXM )
and
MIUI 10.2 - EEA (European Economic Area) Stable MIUI V10.X.X.X. ( PFAEUXM )
is there any advantages to use EEA over Global ?

Hello everyone,
I just have a small question, since I have installed on my Chinese mi11 the global version, I don't seem to receive any update, the last update I had installed is the 12.5.1, and when I see online the last version is 12.5.5, but the phone checks the update and says "no update available"
the same thing on my wife's phone, it's a global version that I flashed with the global version too, but she doesn't get any update,
any idea ?
thanks a lot !
Global is still 12.5.1, i think.
What is your Build Code ? 12.5.1.0.RKBEUXM ? or 12.5.1.0.RKBMIXM
If you have EUXM it's a EEE/EEA (European Version) and it's actually the lastest build.
If you have MIXM it's a Global (International Version) and actually 12.5.3.0 is the lastest build.
So depending yourRegion Code, you can download the Fastboot ROM and install local update easily.
My Mi 11 Claud White was EUSF (because an EU custom by my carrier) and i have unblock Bootloader (waiting 168 Hours - [1 week]) and migrate on MIXM Glabal International for have more recent update.

In about the phone, click on miui version, then click several times on the miui 12 logo to activate the additional update features, then in the 3-point menu you will see the option Select update package.
You must download from the phone the recovery type from the following link, it weighs 3.3GB
Miui 12.5.3.0 Global
Once downloaded select the downloaded file from the 3-point menu Select update package mentioned above, it will check the file, then it will ask you if you want to approve the update.
For this you do not need to unlock Bootloader, since the update is installed as if it had arrived by OTA.

Hi there, I've bought (online) a Redmi Note 10 Pro; I am aware of the fact that this phone suffer of the proximity sensor bug: https://www.mysmartprice.com/gear/r...ly-acknowledged-upcoming-miui-update-fix-bug/
Since I don't have this phone yet, I guess if will arrive with a software fix; however, while searching, I found this discussion on Reddit:
https://www.reddit.com/r/miui/comments/pggief
As you can read, they claims that MIUI 12.5.8 will fix such bug, so I want to ask: can I directly update the phone with such MIUI?
The process seems simple, as I've read here:
Can i switch my Redmi Note 10 Pro from Stable to Stable-Beta ?
Hello so i noticed that xiaomi is rolling out miui 12.5.2 update to some users and its currently available in the xiaomi firmware update as a "Stabe-beta" variant but i am still on 12.0.10.0 so what if i download the stable-beta update through...
forum.xda-developers.com
I understand that I have to go here
https://c.mi.com/bd/miuidownload/detail?device=1900389, select the global version of Redmi Note10 Pro, then download this file https://bigota.d.miui.com/V12.5.8.0.RKFMIXM/miui_SWEETGlobal_V12.5.8.0.RKFMIXM_61c0e33df5_11.0.zip and install it directly from the phone, right?
Any thoughts about? Will I risk something? I also read that I can set the phone to receive the latest updates, otherwise.
Thank you.
I say nothing's perfect. For such a great phone at a dirt cheap price, I wouldn't care much about this issue.
Naturally, it's hard sleeping over a button left unclicked. And you know you will. It's just a matter of time so don't waste it.
Well, the phone is arrived today and luckily I didn't faced the proximity sensor bug: is working fine.
However I no have the option for manually apply an update from a zip file; I discovered that I have EEA version (RKFEUXM) which is still to 12.5.4.0:

Incremental update is what you get with the automatic MIUI biult in OTA update. The download package is much smaller. It will not erase your apps nor data etc. It will also probably not fix any problems you got with rougue apps or bad settings.

Accidentally i have updated up to 13.0.10 EEA from 12.5.9 EEA. And have faced some issues for my personal view. I know that there's some methods to downgrade. But what's the safest method to downgrade my phone from 13.0.10 EEA back to 12.5.9 EEA? And also one more question. Is it possible to downgrade to 12.5.9 MI/Global version instead of EEA?
Thank you for your answers!

For downgrading :
Bootloader must be unlocked
https://c.mi.com/thread-1857937-1-1.html
https://en.miui.com/unlock/index.html
After you can flash any version of rom.
use this tool:

So there's no different if I'll flash a11 or a12 version with the different regional index while my bootloader is unlocked, right? And for sure it won't brick a device with fastboot method?
Thanks for answer

Only Chinese devices can cause problems when re locking the bootloader with a rom from another region.
Better than stock!!!
https://xiaomi.eu/community/
Play store certified with unlock bootloader ant without root, full themes.

I will keep in mind! Just... xiaomi.EU meant as a method of installation - recovery instead of twrp. So i should install through mi flash or TWRP?

I've checked the device list and faced that sweet is based on global rom, not in Chinese. Does this mean that I wont get the features from the provided ROMs features list? Or was this meant in relation to the official ROMs like EEA/MI and etc?

For the first installation you will have to format the data(do a backup with micloud that you can recover on the Xiaomi eu rom.) with the twrp (Wipe / format data / type yes / reboot twrp flash rom) then the updates will be done by OTA.
No Chinese version for your phone so only stable but improved versions.
Call recorder, full themes, theme import, video profile for incoming calls and more.
The development is unique on global or Chinese roms.
You can see the list of improvements and changes here.
Very little difference between Global and Chinese just the time between updates.
