No themes and rro too said by hazy team, they based on cm through still they won't include them this ROM is unique.

If you have custom recovery you can flash directly but this ROM is not update and probably discontinued better try updated ROMs

General Advice If rom size is greater than 800mb it will have gapps.

My suggestion for developers is to stay on one and improve the quality, it's not necessary to get new boot logos and names.....and have the same issues if testing.....

What do you mean by wipe data/cache/system? I don't see system in advance wipe option in twrp.

Change wrong instructions steps 3 and 4 to
3. Wipe Data/Cache
4. Format Data with yes (mandantory)
and it should work
