I bought a new tablet Galaxy Tab s2 after the first run while browsing internet browser screen sometimes did for a second all black or black dots appear in form of a square ( like qr code, i think it's throught Flash banners ) . For the test I ran sim city with 3d graphics and of course did not work properly . Graphics is jumping and is not smooth. The problem after a few hours of use tablet has disapper.
Two days later after starting the game and 10 minutes of the game Dead Effect 2 the problem returned.

So I have the red magic 3 camo european version. It was everything cool. For the first 2 weeks.. after then I noticed some weird problems when playing PUBG: The touch screen feels "heavy" , "jumping" when I move (switch) my finger across the screen. Its been for a while now. Tried factory reset several times , Installed new OS after releasing ( V2.15 ) nothing has fixed it! I also noticed when I turn my phone off for a few days it gets a little bit better( swiping on screen is smoother), but only for this day (days) I Also noticed when I start recording PUBG with game launcher's screen recorder the problem gets worse ( like a lot ) Impossible to play.. ( it even starts frame dropping!!!) [email protected] seems they doesn't care about their customers and just Ignoring me:laugh:
Anyone has the same problem or know the solution? Pleaseee help:crying::crying::crying:
How bad of frame drops?
And yeah support is useless unless you have a strong social media fallowing.

Have you tried any other ROMs like the NA rom?

Did you accidentally install malware on your phone?
I don't know, but I have avast Installed it didn't find anything + factory reseted
You can use the NA rom in Europe.

It's hardware related issue. Turn your phone off for a few days if you can. It will get much better for some time

After the new update of pubg mobile redmagic time didn't record the game play,may some some once in a day its record 1 or 2 games only,,now not even automatically generate death video etc,,how to resolve this issue

Hi, I recently bought this device because my asus rog2 lcd brokedown last week. I am PUBG gamer and always played it with gyroscope always on. But after playing PUBG on Realme C3, I can feel that the gyro is not usable, it always move itself even when I put the device on a flat device. I can feel the gyro delay for almost 1-2 second. I bought this phone just as a spare phone since lockdown still enforced in my country here. But it is such a waste, even after update A21 the gyro is still delay and inconsistent. The GPU for this device is such a beast for a cheap budget phone but due to gyro problem, this device is a waste for money unless you bought it for battery life purpose. So is there anyone know on how to fix this problem? I am thinking to sell it back eventhough just bought last week.
Does 360/VR mode work on YouTube though?
It is works, but I think for PUBG, it has a delay itself because idk, but for YouTube and Cardboard apps, it is decent.

I tried WOT Blitz and Wild Rift but I can only choose 60Hz in the Game Options..
In the Phone Settings I have the 120Hz activated.
