As it is given wid stock oxygen 12 BGMI 90fps option is missing...
Any update?? I think it's from bgmi issue they haven't activated for OnePlus 10 pro
Try these steps,
Go to your phone's Settings app. Open Display settings then set the screen refresh rate at 90Hz.
Launch BGMI.
Access the Settings menu by clicking the icon on the bottom-right corner of the screen.
Choose the Graphics tab. Under the FPS options, choose 90 FPS.
How did you get 90hz then it's not in the settings
But you need to look on OnePlus website there is a fix out there

widevine changed to L3 its used to stream Amazon Prime Video, BBC, Hulu, Netflix, Spotify, and Disney+ use Widevine DRM to manage the distribution of premium content. as a college student who has no job and already has to spend money on Jio internet I don't have any above-mentioned subscriptions and if you do use any services according to other beta testers you won't be supposably able to access them while in beta.
camera app
in pro mode no shutter speed control option
max iso in pro mode is 1600 like in HMD global camera
auto video encoder is h264
portrait mode has extremely bad edge detection
night mode isn't that good
no fps option for video like 24,25,29.98,30,60 fps etc
no raw support in stock camera app resulting in assumption camera2api isn't enabled by default, though I enabled it in pie and it carried forward maybe so I am not sure.
it is a bit long but if you are reading this then thanks for reading till the end I'll format the whole thing later

There's really no option for notification led,
You get wake display for new notifications in lock screen display
I don't like that either its ugly pie sliders were better.
Is that even important fonts are fonts and generally no aosp thing gets custom font support and Google sans are for pixel things. Idk about which fonts will our phone get.
Third party launchers will work after December android security patch builds.
Dark mode is in display options and works good.
I don't know what dark theme and wallpaper have to do.
The srgb thing works but android or its apps aren't made to use srgb colors default is rgb which is used by most of the web.
Feature flags were removed by Google in beta 3 of Android 10.
Force activities resizable makes apps which don't work or don't allow split screen (insta) are made to be opened in split screen.
Enabling free form works and can be accessed from recent apps screen - click the app icon - open in free form. (don't know how you tested it)
Auto fill helps in password managers to fill in usernames and passwords.
It's in wake display also same to your missing ambient display.
Other things I've left are either too much to explain / really broken / I don't care of those since I don't use it.
Widevine has changed to l3 you didn't notice.
Sound output isn't very great it'll be fixed in next build I've reported that to asus.

Regards.
Gestures are enabled by Google after December security patch nova / most other launchers work with gestures. You can however use 2 button and 3 button navigation perfectly.
About that dark and black mode difference we don't have an amoled or led display it's an lcd so it won't make difference in battery but kind of personal choice. I like dark more than black.
The thing about wallpaper and dark thing - in android 9 dark/light theme was set by wallpaper color so live wallpapers needed to support color picker api to tell the device to keep light or dark theme. (it was half broken by asus as selecting dark theme should've disabled the api completely, but using pixel default live wallpapers they had that api so dark mode worked with them).
That srgb was being considered by Google they dropped it as it broke a lot of the things.
You can resize top and bottom windows just hold the middle line in centre and drag it where you want to put it. (I use 400 dpi so I get more steps).
It's because that feature is intended towards large screen tablets or foldables and Samsung made their own thing, (the free form window thing).
It's for devs making password manager apps or autofill apps those people need it for debugging, the logging levels are to make reports to find bugs, the max request is how many times in one field the autofill will attempt to fill in credentials. The max visible dataset is if you have multiple accounts to one app (take Gmail as example) so while trying to autofill it lists all of available accounts to show (I'm not an expert in this so I maybe wrong if needed confirm that.
About sound issue it is very real and use some good quality earphones or compare side by side with 060 running device.
I ordered a Xiaomi Mi 11 Global edition.
It is MIUI 12.0.3.0 Global out of the box.
I noticed that the 120hz is not consistent and stable. I am not sure if this is because MIUI lacks optimization or the apps I am using is not yet optimized for 120hz.
For example, when I browse a photo to be uploaded in facebook, the entire display shifts back to 60hz. Or when I scroll down a long post/thread in Reddit, Facebook, Twitter and other social media, the display scales back down to 60hz. I believe this is not a hardware issue, since the Snapdragon888 is more than capable of running this task.
Multi-tasking and opening the recent menu shifts the display to 90hz.
When playing games that only support 60hz, the frame rate begins to stutter, so I have to turn the refresh rate to 60hz.
I have to restart the phone to turn back to 120hz to fix these issues. Is this caused by adaptive refresh rate?
I also tried turning the display down to 1080p, still no luck.
I am considering flashing the EU ROM, hoping things would be fine. It is unfortunate that I could not fully enjoy the 1440p + 120hz display of the Mi 11.
Xiaomi should not spam phones into the market every month, so their software developers could focus more on optimization, since there would be less devices.
Settings / Display / Display resolution / when you use WQHD+ underneath uncheck / Save battery with WQHD
here you can see( left upper corner) how is work the refresh rate on this phone

I'm a complete noob can I get a walkthrough and what is ADB?
I love this phone, but there is one huge annoyance, there doesn't seem to be a way to make the screen actually run at a sustained framerate.
I have it set to 144hz in the menu, but it routinely drops to 60fps or 120fps depending on the app
This normally isn't a big problem, except nova launcher only runs at 60fps and so scrolling the app drawer is incredibly bad.
Pokemon Go also only runs at 60fps...and since the game operates at 1/2 vsyn, the effective fps is only 30, which is atrocious compared to the 72fps it runs at on the ROG6
Don't confuse Screen Refresh Rate and Frames Per Second. Totally different things.

I mean... Not really
Obviously the screen always runs at a refresh rate of 144hz because it isn't a VRR display(as far as I know that doesn't exist on phones)
So what you are changing in settings is always the frame rate that the phone is rendering at.
Your phone should ALWAYS be rendering at the frame rate you select in the settings menu... But this phone doesn't seem to do that, and it's annoying because it makes the usage experience worse than every other phone I have

Most of the reviews I've read/watched confirm what you've said. When you set 144hz, it runs that way in the default launcher and all the menus, but when you open certain apps, if they don't support 144hz natively then they just don't run at 144hz. The reviews seem to indicate that the developers of said apps need to enable support for 144hz.
So I was poking around the settings, and entered developer mode. There's an option to force the screen to stay at 144hz at ALL TIMES. It's called LOCK REFRESH RATE. I was able to confirm this works because there is also an option to SHOW REFRESH RATE which displays the screen refresh rate in the upper corner of the display. Before I locked the refresh rate, I used the show refresh rate function to view the refresh rate using different apps. In the phone menus, and app drawer, and google feed, etc the phone would remain at 144hz. But when opening some apps like Chrome for example, the refresh rate would drop to 120hz, etc. However, when I LOCKED the refresh rate in the dev options, the screen refresh rate stayed at 144hz in EVERY app and scenario I was in. It does state that this will drain your battery more rapidly when selecting to lock the refresh rate in the developer options. FYI

Well while there is no MSM tool to unbrick the device it's better to no one test it.

Cool, thanks!
Flashing Beta over A15 EU build worked fine for me, no Problems till now.
but till now I can't tell you anything about battery.
FORCE MAX REFRESH RATE IN ALL APPS:
This will allows you to force 120fps on most of the apps and games. This is mainly to fix 60hz lock issues in certain apps/games.
NOTE -
- It doesn't work on PUBG/BGMI, CODM etc as there is FPS restrictions. It should work fine for other games/apps.
- To make everything system default just restart the phone.
#1. USING SetEdit APP.
- Download and open the SetEdit app from Play Store.
- Click on "Add new setting".
- Give the name of the new setting: 'peak_refresh_rate'
- Press SAVE CHANGES
- In Edit Settings give value: 1
- Hit SAVE CHANGES and wait a few seconds.
NOTE:
- You'll have to do this after every reboot.
#2. USING THE APP FROM ATTACHMENTS
- Download and install the apk attached in description.
- To make it work efficiently:
Tap and hold Oneplus refresh rate app -> app info -> battery usage -> allow background activity & auto-launch.
In settings search for battery -> optimise battery use -> search Oneplus refresh app -> put this app under dont optimise.
Open recents and lock the app.
I hope this helps. Cheers!
