Same problem Here. I Got meizu 16s. IT was flyme global 7, upgrade It to 8.19A, now I can't do anything about IT. Tried to downgrade it but nothing works.
Also tried to root It but nothing works.

once you have TWRP installed look at page 10 of the "guide-to how-you-unlock" thread which has the steps to install whatever
stock ROM you want.
I went from Android 9 Chinese Flyme 8 to Mokee Android 10 to the global flyme 7 .
Wow finally an update for the Black Shark 3 Pro. But still no Android 11. At Least it's something and hopefully more soon.
Update details:
it's just latest security patch from Google and play store service update. samsung phones are receiving March 2021 updates right now.
there seems to be 0 bug fixes from joy ui side
even the kernel is the same build as before I just checked
Anyone own full patch log update? I would like to review and check what being update on system side.

Where can we get an MP4 OTA update?
Please can any of you try to port the pixel experience ROM for Realme 8? if it's possibe..
I promise to contribute with my best if anyone starts the project

i had a pixel 3a before.
Just use Nova launcher, pixel icons, google apps for everything you do, BSG's Gcam and that's it.
Now if you need to debloat those 6-7 Realme apps (handle with care) , i just put them in a folder in nova's drawer and forgot about them.
Realme ui is quite simple, i see no reason for custom rom...
Today i got the 2nd Android 12 update (615MB) which is the stable version, everything looks fine.

hey I was wondering why am I not getting the android 12 update yet.. like everyone around me who uses the same device are getting the realme ui 3.0 update but I'm still stuck at realme ui 2.0 with android 11.. I received an update yesterday but it was only a security patch update of Android 11.. do you know how can I get the realme ui 3.0 update on my device?

Simple just install the c.05 update by spflash tool
Then update from system update to c.06
C.05 file is already uploaded and methods described by Tony , you can find the article on xda forum of realme 8

i just checked for updates in the settings menu. Its country depended so you will get it soon too.

Realme ui is simple but it is not optimized for mid range mobiles like realme 8 there you might face issues like ram management, heating issues n all so for that specs of mobiles custom Rom are much lighter

Just use Oxygen Updater and OPLocalUpgrade.apk and you're good to go.

And, my apologies, it is the NE2217, not the NE2215.
Looking at Oxygen Updater though... It says it is unsupported.
Also, OPLocalUpgrade.apk doesn't install either.
That's because you already have it.
Maybe you need to download the rollback package and manually install it. There is an article about that I. Oxygen updater posts.

Full ZIP links are available, so you can update ASAP. Rollback instructions are towards the end.

Read It carefully, flash the rollback package to android 12, from there you can update back to android 13
