Thanks for bringing Lineage OS 19.1 to Mi A1. However, I found a few issues for the current build so far as below:
1. Camera app crashing,
2. Can't access to the storage in the Settings app // Settings app crashed when trying to open storage. At the same time, it won't allow me to install apps from Play store and showing an error "Not enough storage space",
3. Unable to change wallpaper.

UPDATE 1: Some discovered bug spotted
1. The hardware buttons are still functioning when I switched to use on-screen navigation bar.
UPDATE 2: Below are some bugs that fixed once I tried to factory reset the phone as mentioned at the top
1. Camera app crashing,

pls fix this bug, when i block camera access from quick access tile, why other app still cann acess camera and take photo? like whatsapp? is this bypassed? i mean this feature like no effect . or this caused by gapps? ie security setting changed by flash gapps?

Use mindthegapps, not opengapps

weird bug, bug under the main apps in the bottom of screen, if there are no navigation buttons it remain the same empty space even if i used the hardware buttons

Hey Samar it is really *important, the set up wizard that appear in bingning to set up thing is crashing again and again at the last step. I am facing this problem in both lineage os 2018-02-02 and 2018-02-05 please fix this problem as I want to try what have u upgrade and fix in the new version please fix these issues ASAP.

I had fash the ROM and been to /system through twrp fileanager but the folder was empty. And I am still facing that error that "setup wizard keep stoping" at the ROMs binging. Can u tell me in little detail or any other way to fix it.

It means your device need to be on any android Marshmallow based ROM before flashing this ROM

No problem if previous ROM was marshmallow/nougat based. You may face problems sometimes if the previous ROM was Kitkat/Lollipop based :good:

First check on the internet or ask customer care of your network carrier for message center no.
Then,
Dial *#*#4636#*#*
Go to Phone Information.
Scroll down and put that no in the space after SMSC:
Click UPDATE.
Hope it would fix that.

dont flash this ROM unless you want headaches not be able to use your phone. as long as the issue of system wizard crashing is not fixed, I strongly recommend to have this thread closed if no proper solutions are posted.

i think the solutions fixed properly ... if there are some problem when deleting setupwizard.apk ... try to reflash the twrp....
But i think another problem is ....
1. The home and recent app button cant work
2. Pulldown menu seems not expanding
3. there r no setting to set visual appeareance (battery icon, notif pulldown, etc.

Everything is fine including gaming experience, it is a lot better than any buggy 8.1 Oreo rom, but there is an annoying issue that I want to fix:
The Low Memory Killer is too aggressive that I can't use it to be multitasking, I just could keep it opened about 2 apps in the background, any solution?

The j20 one. I didn't need root access on this device so I can't tell. Did you try Magisk; From what I read it works on the los 16 of the standard s4 mini so you could give it a try.

1st impressions of build #24 (no GApps):
almost everything I tried, works: calling, being called, SMS, WiFi, BT, sync. with MyPhoneExplorer, K9-mail, DS-File, Öffi, OSMAnd, ...
so far, just the following problems
- the search-bar (prominently displayed on the home screen) is neither usable nor removable ... or did I miss anything. Installed Lawnchair launcher to get rid of it
- Spotify installs, but doesn't start
- QuickDic (de.reimardoeffinger.quickdic) does not download any dictionaries
Seems to be good enough for daily use (unless you can't live without the two mentioned apps)!!

Im still getting a Error 7 when trying to install one of the Lineage OS 16 builds.
Im using TWRP 3.1.0.0 and an older build of your LOS 15.1 build. So why am I getting this error?

LineageOS 18.1 is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 11 (R), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.
LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. LineageOS does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.
All the source code for LineageOS is available in the LineageOS Github repo. And if you would like to contribute to LineageOS, please visit out Gerrit Code Review. You can also view the Changelog for a full list of changes & features.
Important Notes:
* Do not close AOD (always on display) in any situation otherwise you may have random reboot issues.
* Enable MTP in developer options
* In order to fix CTS use MagiskHide Props Config module.

I just installed it. Everything is great but...
1. Random reboot after fresh installation, fixed by enabling AOD. Is this the right way?
2. The sound is disconnected and reconnected when called, fixed by installing Google Phone from Google Play. Is this the right way?
3. Screen recording gives an error and the screen locks after a few seconds.

Some users don't have random reboot. I'll try to take care with it.
Well i didn't faced with any problem with audio when calling but installing an another dialer app is fine.
I just realized screenrecord doesn't work. I'll care with it. Thx for report.

I think so, yes. But better wait for the official builds. I won't provide any new builds unless there's a bug which needs to be fixed.
One thing worth noting with this build: the notification LED is way too bright, had to set it below 15% for it to appear like it did before upgrading to 20. When will 20 become official on Sony devices? Monthly updates with the security patch would be nice until it is official.

I can't answer that. The LineageOS team is still working hard on 20. No ETAs - that's the rule. ;-) I'll see if I can provide monthly updates, but no promises. You won't get a notification or OTA updates anyway because it's an unofficial build. Unofficial builds need manual updating.

I have tested the changes mentioned for mixer_paths_tavil.xml and the issue still persist.

Tried this:
Go to recovery
factory reset
Flash rom (sideload)
Flash gapps (sideload)
reboot.
After reboot, no gapps show up.

Classical A/B device user error. You have to reboot to recovery after flashing rom to switch to the other slot (which is also mentioned in the official install guide @ lineage wiki).

i spent 3 days to unlock bootloader in my sony xz3, i tried everything because of that i got weird viruses on my laptop i don't know what to do now i am feeling sad

You just could have read the official install instructions carefully to avoid that.
I have read all the information! my problem is with bootloader, it says bootloader unlock allowed : No
i have xz3 japanese model sov39

You cannot unlock a bootloader if it says no. And that's also mentioned in the install instructions. And apart from that jp models are not supported in this rom anyways.
Guess I'll have to stick with android 10
