I've looked through all the threads and nothing's worked for me yet, so this is my last resort.
I somehow messed up flashing CM 10 from the free xperia project and my phone would only get to recovery. I then tried to re-flash the advanced stock kernel which I had on there before, but then I lost recovery too. I could only get to fastboot and flashmode. I tried SUS but got nowhere because I have modified firmware on the device. I tried using flashtool to re-install stock firmware but it got stuck on flashing data, so I closed the window. I think this must have been a big mistake because now I can't even get into fastboot mode. I still get the device connected sound when I plug it into my computer. It then disconnects and reconnects a few times, before finally disconnecting.
What should I do?
Edit: I've suddenly managed to get into fastboot mode (blue LED), is this all that is needed?

Isn't SUS (Sony Updater Service) the repair tool? I couldn't use it because it wouldn't let me - I had modified firmware on the device and it detected that. Anyway, I actually managed to get it fixed. I was unfortunately using the wrong version of flashtool. I was using 0.9.10.1 whereas 0.9.10.2beta4 is needed for the Xperia Z. The earlier version would get stuck on flashing data. I then just flashed the stock firmware and it worked fine. What was really odd though was sometimes it would enter flash mode fine (pressing volume up while connecting USB) but other times it wouldn't. I think this might have been because it was getting low on charge.
Hello everyone!
My Xperia T LT30P is stuck at "device encrytion failed please reset" everytime I turn it on. The "Reset Device" button on this screen doesn't do anything when tapped.
I tried to flash 7.0.A-Global firmware via Flashtool but it always gets stuck here at 0%:
21/009/2013 12:09:46 - INFO - Loader : S1_Root_7054 - Version : R5F001 / Bootloader status : ROOTABLE
Is there anything else I should try?
Thanks a lot for reading.
flash a latest version of JB,
or better yet, install PCCompanion (Just google it) and repair your phone that way

did you try Phone Repair option in PC Companion?
Thanks for your replies.
I have also tried LT30p_9.1.A.1.140_CE_Skyfall.ftf but same result. I have also tried different versions of flashtool.
PC Companion can't detect my phone. I have tried 2 different computers and each one is stuck on install MTP drivers. I guess unless the drivers are installed, PC companion won't detect it.
I have also tried connecting the phone in flash mode but PC companion asks to restart the phone in normal mode.
run the driver.exe file in the flashtool installation folder.
choose fastboot, flashmode and tx drivers
try again with pccompanion

PC companion still can't detect the phone. I have installed/re-installed all the drivers you mentioned.
As Flashtool isn't able to flash the .ftf firmware to the phone, is there any other firmware available that can be flashed via fastboot?
No.
Try downloading Sony's EMMA program and repairing with that

Thanks for your suggestion.
Seems like EMMA only works with unlocked bootloaders. And my Xperia T can't be unlocked as USB debugging is off and there is no way I can turn it back on.
Further help needed, please.

Your on bootloop.
If you have recoveries then just clean flash your ROM.
Or use flashtool and flash the whole stock ROM.
When I turn on my phone, so there will only Sony logo. When I want to upload sw via flashtool so it aloud mistake flashing aborted. When you want to fix your phone using PC Companion, it will report an error on your device does not have any software. What should I do?
What's sw you want to upload with flashtool? Try it with an ftf file
Just as the title said I tried to flash stock firmware to my xperia tx but it stuck at checking header. I guess my phone was soft bricked while I tried to install a custom rom. I failed to install it but then when I reboot it, my phone couldn't boot to the recovery. Now when I try to turn it on it'll just show the sony logo and then it goes blank.
Then I tried flashtool i've already downloaded the firmware and driver. But everytime I tried to flash it, it stuck at checking header. At first I tried to wait for it because I don't know how long it takes (newbie here). But i've waited for an hour and still nothing happened... please someone help me
