Change Service provider software version - Samsung Galaxy S20 FE Questions & Answers

Hello. XDA is my last resort. I bought a s20 FE from Amazon and setting it up I saw it was with Poland Service Provider but Samsung Pay isn't available there, I would like to change it to ITV (Italy), I've tried to flash the ITV files downloading the zip file from sammobile (Idk if is the right place though) and flashing the files but with no results. Could you please help me to solve this WITHOUT tripping knox, defeating the purpose of doing all this?
Currently my Service provider software version is: SAOMC_SM-G781B_OXM_XEO_12_0008 XEO/XEO,XEO/EUX/XEO
XEO is Poland
Thanks!

[Q] Camera Buttons disappeared after update to 4.3

Hello,
I just got my update for my S3 from 4.1.2 to 4.3, after I updated the system. Three things started to happen:
1. The Samsung Email application has disappeared and I cannot find it all in the Applications Manager, I also looked into the Google PlayStore and didn't find it.
2. When I open the Camera to take a picture I can't find any shortcuts to the camera buttons at all, and as a result I can't take any photos.
3. The mobile crashes a lot.
Because of these I backed up my data and did a hard reset. After that I ran my new fresh installation, but I found that the first two problems still exist in the new installation.
So How can I solve these problems? Please advice.
my guess is that something happened during update...something went wrong...even if the update is from samsung and is tested it can fail....
i suggest a clean install....get your contacts, photos, all data you want and save it...after that get the right firmware from HERE(it's the official samsung site)...
don't do with back-up/restore...get manually data you want to be saved.

My current problem now, I am not familiar with the firmware upgrade by myself. I am confused which firmware I should download and use?
Because my mobile is not tighten to any operator,I bought it from the middle east, but I can't find my country in the list of the firmwares.
Also I know if I did the manual firmware, I won't get any updates later for my mobile. And I lose the warranty, correct or not?
These are my current mobile info:
Model: GT-I9300
BaseBand version: I9300XXUGNA8
Kernal Version: 3.0.31-2454463
[email protected]#1
Tue Feb 25 15:25:04 KST 2014
Build Number: JSS15J.I9300XXUGNB6
PDA: I9300XXUGNB6
CSC: I9300OJVGNB3
AP: I9300XXUGNB6
CP: I9300XXUGNA8
if you can't find your country....get the one that is next to you...
in what country do you live in?
for example: now i got on the phone firmware from other mobile operator than the one i got the phone...got the firmware from Cosmote and bought phone from Orange(those are companies in my country)...it will not lock the phone on a specific network....no firmware can..
and NO...you will not lose warranty...as long as you flash firmware from samfirmware your device will still have Official status in download(odin) mode....it will increase flash counter(but that doesn't matter for warranty)...for them matters the Knox Counter...and NO...those firmware won't trip it...it will still be 0x0.
as for the updates...i check manually....when the 4.4.2 will come out(and it will) i will do it manually(to enjoy the update fully)

Thanks for your reply, it releaves me. I bought the mobile from Syria, and currently I live in Sweden.
I checked on sammobile as you told me, and it seems that Saudia has the same PDA and CSC of my mobile and the date is April. So should I proceed with this firmware?
Does BaseBand version has anything to do with firmware selection?
Also I read that from the Build Number you can know the name of the country, but I was not able to figure out the name of the country my mobile was directed to, as I told you I bought it from Syria, but the imported somewhere else. So do you have an idea about how to get the country from the Build Number?
All the information for PDA and CSC are provided in the previous reply.
DOWNLOAD 4.3 - has Kies support.
DOWNLOAD 4.1.2
here is the right firmware for your phone....is not branded to any network...this is all in one package...flash with Odin 3.09 as AP....it has CSC in it...
even if you got the phone from Syria should change the CSC for the country you use it in...it has network frequency stuff in it...
and yes you could read that code to find out from where the firmware is and when it was created

[Noob](N950FD) Q1-Change Samsung Pay Country ; Q2-Mixed PDA/CSC?

Expecting to received the Note 8 (SM-N950FD) in the next days...
Believe the Phone's Origin country gonna be another country other than Australia (It was listed "Direct Import" by a Australian Retailer) Link FYI
So I'm planning to download the Australian Stock Firmware ready
Just before taking action, would like to ask a few questions:
Q1) To make Samsung Pay works (in Australia), I only need to following this -->POST<-- instead of replacing PDA/SCS? Right
Q1.5) if above is right, is there any need/benefit to replace the firmware to XSA (Australia)?
-->This firmware<--
Q2) Does it work flashing combination of different PDA & CSC under different Country Section of Sammobile.com?
For example using PDA: N950FXXU2BQKG (12/12, it's not listed under XSA) (LINK)with N950FOLN1AQHF (Australian CSC)(LINK) ???
If ull have by default Samsung Pay, there is no actual need for making any change at all... If all works well, then leave it as it is... Unless it does not.... I have it by default on unbranded and unlocked N950F DS... Also OEM unlock is checked from the day 1...

Change CSC on my brand new N960F

Hi everyone.
My wife just offered me the Note 9 (yeah great present I know), but this is a carrier version, the exact CSC is N960FBOG2ARI7 (I'm from France).
I don't use this carrier, and I have a lot a limitations, like no VolTE, no WIfi Calling (I use it a lot at the office), no Call recording, and I am not sure if I ever will have the Pie update...
My question has been asked a lot, I am aware of that. But since I don't have multi CSC phone, what can I do ?
1) Is there a way to change the CSC to XEF whithout breaking Knox ?
2) How about future updates ?
3) Is it supposed to solve my limitations ?
4) Do I need to believe in Santa Claus ?
Thanks again, because I've read a lot of tutorials, and I'm note sure it applies to my case, so I'm a bit lost.
Nobody got the same scenario ?
flashing other n960F firmware dosent touch knox. (if you had read then you would have know this)
SO just flash:
DBT firmware (XEF should be in there)
Checking firmware for SM-N960F/DBT/N960FXXS2ARL3/N960FOXM2ARK2/N960FXXU2ARL2/N960FXXS2ARL3
Model: SM-N960F
Version: N960FXXS2ARL3/N960FOXM2ARK2/N960FXXU2ARL2/N960FXXS2ARL3
OS: Oreo(Android 8.1.0)
Filename: SM-N960F_1_20181207133901_a92w70yupw_fac.zip.enc4
Size: 5215146112 bytes
LogicValue: mo5wmebbso58kput
you can use sam firm tool 0.3.6 to downlaod the zip and flash using odin v 3.13.1
Thanks for the answer.
But is it gonna solve my problem ?
That's my main concern.
If not, I'm gonnna pass all the trouble.
Ok I'm gonna answer to myself if that can help someone.
I flashed a DBT ROM, just like bober10113 said, and everything works : XEF CSC, VolTE, Wifi Calling, Knox is ok... The only thing I am wondering is about new updates. I don't know if I'm gonna have to sideload.
Thanks.
Any update here - does changing the CSC present a problem for other functionality in the device if using here in the US?

Question CSC Stuck on BGL not BTU as expected.

Preface: Bought my S21 Ultra from an eBay seller with the assumption it would be UK based as it came from within the UK. However, it might be from Bulgaria as per the CSC code being set to BGL. At the moment this hasn't resulted in any major errors sans one.
I am unable to use Samsung Pay as I'm assuming the apps things it's a Bulgarian phone and as a result doesn't support Samsung Pay.
What's the best way for me to go about changing the CSC to BTU? I've already attempted this once by flashing an OXM build via Odin but this didn't change it as I expected it to.
Thoughts or suggestions very welcome!
I suggest trying to flash a BTU or OXA firmware as they are UK CSCs.
Also, try flashing firmware that's aligned to your network provider. This method worked for my Note 8 and I was able to enable the VolTE and other functionalities.

flashing BTU rom won't chnage your CSC. you have to use SAMKEY app. search for it in google and learn how to use it . there are couple of threads here in xda.
Good Luck!

Question How to change Samsung Pay Region for Galaxy S21 Ultra?

I have recently moved From India to France. Unfortunately I can't seem to add my cards here since Samsung Pay only accepts cards from India. I created a new Samsung account in France but that didn't seem to make any difference.
Is there any way I can change the location for my Samsung Pay for it to work here? I read somewhere that I need to change my CSC region or something? Do I have to download the France firmware to do that or is there another way? Worried I might mess up my phone if I mess with it haha. I tried factory resetting it with my French sim but it didn't make any difference? Is it possible to do it like that/ did I miss a step or something or is flashing firmware the only way to go about this? Would appreciate any and all suggestions and tips so i don't break my phone haha as I'd like to keep it functioning and under warranty.
Also if i need to flash a new firmware,
1. Do i download the France(XEF) firmware or France(SFR) firmware(since the sim card i bought here is Red by SFR).
2. Is the PDA id basically the build number of my phone? since I'd need to download that specific firmware i think.
Sorry for the stupid questions. Would appreciate all the help I can get as I've never done this before.

My AP ends with AUJ7
im guessing i need to match that to the PDA of the firmware im downloading?
for SFR there is no such PDA that ends with AUJ7 but in the XEF version there is. Does that mean i can only download the XEF version?

Hi
Flash a firmware from Europe , so you have available a french CSC
Then You need to change your active CSC to one from France , at the moment (without root) you have to use a pay service (samkey) , after that you can use you french account for samsung pay and add credit cards from that country
