Hi all. It appears there are quite a few stickies now and you need to scroll halfway down the page to find some necessary information. Hence the decision of creating this thread. All stickies except moderation announcements can be found below (without particular order).

Hi mod,
I think the index could do better stickied on the frontpage, since it contains majority of the knowledge base, and new users don't usually realise there's actually an Index thread within the sticky roll-up thread.
My sugguestion.
Both done, thanks :good:

Dear Mod,
Can you put following link into the first post which will indicate how to extract a kdz file into dz and dll file so that the LG flash tool can use it.

This idea was one of the best. To be better, and because XDA gives worldwide support but forum rules demand for English, I think the most skilled on other languages, could create translated text documents of the tutorials to download.
It's just an idea...

Nice idea :good: Perhaps using the Google Document and giving an access to some users to edit it might be a good solution.
I'll sort the stickies later in the evening.
I've closed all unnecessary bootloader unlocking threads as they all don't need to be discussed. One thread is enough for that.
Thanks!

haven't seen you @ the IRC channel, so i use this way
could you please add this one to the TUT parts: [TUT] How to use fastboot on our device
TIA

Hi there,
Sorry but for now I can't find any firmware or custom ROM with Lollipop baseband for your device.
Please wait until mods will move this thread to the device specific forum for more relevant answers.

I recommend reading the Forum Rules on posting first. Since this does not belong in the Development Sections.
BTW stableness is depended on the Individual User.....best you just try for your self.
Thread Closed.
Hi everyone, I would like to know if there will be any future Custom Roms developers for the G6 play !!
Why don't you build one for us?
I would strongly advise you to carefully read the XDA forum rules before posting around. With a post like this seems you haven't.
