Hey guys I'm trying to give access to some apps but it's restricted by the software, is there a solution to bypass that?

This is due to the new security restrictions in Android 13 :
Android 13's sideloading restriction makes it harder for malware to abuse Accessibility APIs
Android 13 has a new security feature that blocks accessibility services for sideloaded apps, making it harder for malware to steal data.

To enable this, check this out :
Android 13 - enable accessibility service for APK which installed not from Google Play
On the beta version of Android 13 user can't enable Accessibility from the Settings app. When the user try to do it there is an error: Restricted Setting For your security, this setting is currently

Your Android device is rooted?
You don’t know how to unroot your Android device?
Your device is found to be unsafe?
You can’t run certain apps like streaming services, online banking or others?
You think you have to send your device in for repair?
Use Simply Unroot.
Simply Unroot is the best solution to unroot your device safely, efficiently and without a lot of effort.
All files needed for root access will be removed from the system partition and previously created backup files will be restored.
Personal data will not be delated and eFuse Chip or Samsung status will be restored to Official.
There is no guarantee that OTA Update errors will be fixed.
Almost all devices and superuser apps are supported.
When I "activated" xposed, and did not use any modules. System cleanup will clean up the "locked and allowed background running" vpn app.
app list:ssr ssrr ssd onevpn
phone : meizu 16
system :Flyme 7.1.1.4A android 8.1
all that I know:
In a group (meizu 16) only 2 people are like this. (I am one of them) Everyone else is ok.
The same is vpn, v2ray is fine. But it is different from other vpns here. at setting.

I tried to use the service lock module, but it will cause the vpn to fail to connect. Sometimes it will take effect for a while. When it is impossible to connect. The vpn in the notification bar will not disappear, even if the vpnapp exits, it is uninstalled.

Hi there,
when I was used to own my G6 with cyanogen, I was overhelmed what the Google assistant can do. Nowadays it feels like Samsung manipulate the assistant for the benefit of Bixby.
For example:
- Music runs (even very silent) - no response
- Timer is over and I ask Google to switch it of - "you can do this in the app" - no I don't want to do this in the app cause I'm bakinging here with my hands!
- and the most terrifying - it stopped to react offline, so my morning routine which I used for 2 years does not work anymore.
How this could happen?
Can anyone help please?
Greetings
Will there be a benefit to get a different version from APK mirror?
Installed framework, play services, play store and google app to the newest version from APKmirror. Changes not a thing. Any other ideas?

My question is would installing arrowOS version 11 cause this app to work again? Or should I install something else. If you click on more information the bank app tells me that it does not support android 8 anymore because of a lack of security updates.
And the followup question. what is the most noob friendly tutorial for installing another operating system on my phone. As I have no idea what half of you guys are saying.
I feel like switching bank is the easiest and cheapest option at the moment lol

Welcome to XDA.
The easiest way to remedy this is to ditch the app and simply login to that site using Brave browser. Social media, sales, banking apps shouldn't be installed especially on older OS's without scoped storage to sandbox them.
