How to flash PixelExperience ?
DON'T FLASH GAPPS, THEY'RE ALREADY INCLUDED
- Make sure your running Teracube One stock rom Android 10 Beta build
- Flash PE recovery via fastboot
- Reboot to PE recovery
- Go to Factory reset and choose Format data, cache and system partitions
- Go back to main menu and choose Apply update
- Apply PE rom zip from ADB sideload, external microSD or USB-OTG
- Wait until PE rom zip flash process is done, reboot to system and enjoy PixelExperience

Hi, I have a phone that uses the same motherboard as Teracube. The differences are as follows; 3 gb of Ram 32 gb of storage. Motherboard v7101o device name GM 9 plus. Does Pixelexperience work on this device?

I tested it! And it’s flawless!
The only problem I had is spinning Getting info for Google, but I fixed it by skipping the setup and then going to Play Store and applying all updates.
Now that the bootloader is already unlocked, how can I root it and not lose data?

Glad I pulled the trigger on trying out just when an update came out. I successfully unlocked my bootloader and flashed the PE recovery, but I’m stuck. I have the PE ROM downloaded, but adb can’t seem to locate it. Where do I need to put the .zip so adb will find it? Thanks!

Use adb sideload option from PE recovery installation menu or transfer the file to a USB-OTG driver or a micro SD card who are connected through your phone
I suggest you to read flash steps from second post again

You will end up with a bootloop with a dirty flash, but don't worry clean flash will not be mandatory for most of the next updates

For some reason, now anything that depends on chrome I believe is showing up as blank. Not sure if it’s something related to Webview. I already tried clearing cache and data. No success. Any ideas on how to fix this please?

I ended up rooting my phone, making a full backup, installing the latest Pixel Experience, rooting, restoring. All is working fine so far!

What's the best process to update from a previous version of Pixel Experience on a rooted Teracube?

For the Teracube One, can the Pixel Experience be used without GAPPS installed or with MicroG instead? If so, are you able to share how this can be done? Thanks for your time.

I have a question, Can I install this rom to my General Mobile GM 9 Plus ? Its nearly same devices with Teracube One.

1. The latest version (20220625-1852) has a huge camera bug; only two cameras (the main and selfie) are recognized. Tested both with the default Camera app and a third-party one (Manual Camera).
2. When the screen is off, the volume buttons function twice; pressing vol+/vol- just once increases/decreases the volume twice. Tested with multiple music players, with and without magisk and even in safe mode.

Forget in build cameras. Try gcam LMC or Shamim in gcam thread with latest given configs....

I can't find the download link for v4.7. The latest version in sourceforge is v4.6. I tried getting v4.7 in the settings via OTA but it says the latest version is v4.6.
Would anyone share the download link for v4.7? I can't find it.

I don't use Pixel Experience so I don't have personal experience.
But maybe the latest BETA of OrangeFox https://orangefox.download/release/62c191656a44bc738419e01d might help, because it supports Android 12 decryption.
And MOST IMPORTANTLY don't forget to read CHANGE LOGS and BUILD NOTES before updating OrangeFox.

Same, plus animations don't feel smooth for me.
I think brightness is a little bit low too.To be more specific i need to adjust a lot the brightness to make the screen bright enough.

I don't understand your problem , to report any bug on official build please use the issue tracker on GitHub. Issues won't be entertained like this way.

Thank you for the link, i bricked my phone twice trying to install PIxelExperience on my Oneplus 6, in the PixelExperience Guide https://wiki.pixelexperience.org/devices/enchilada/install/ all paritions need to be removed which i did, twice...
Anyway, if i follow your Guide, will this work with twrp or OEM recovery? or do i have to install something else?
Forget i asked, i just read the instructions again and saw that you need to flash a recovery image.
But i have another question, the Version on PixelExperience seems to be newer, can i just sideload this version instead of the Version listed in your instructions?
I just flashed the original PixelExperience ROM using the the PixelExperience Guide, i misunderstood the instructions the first time. I used the super_empty.img file as Recovery "fastboot flash boot <recovery_filename>.img", that's how i bricked my phone. Anyhow, the steps in the Guide are out of order, you need to Flash PixelExperience Recovery before the step "Ensuring all firmware partitions are consistent", because you can't adb sideload anything with the stock recovery.

I am on official PE 11 and was wondering the same. It would be great if I can just install it without copying and pasting data bcz its almost 40 gb and takes a lot of time.

Was running the latest PE 13 by weritos and had pretty bad battery perfomance. I noticed this thread openend a while ago and finally dirty flashed it over the previous PE and it works perfectly, thank you!
BTW anybody noticed this rom went from unofficial to official?

I am on unofficial PE 12 and thinking in upgrading to this one, but is all so quiet in here... any feedback for those who are using this rom?

Been using this ROM for the last week and no issues whatsoever for me.
Passes safety net, all my banking apps work fine, as does Netflix.
Battery life also good and very smooth.

I tried to do a sideload with PIE 12 (without formatting). It did not work. Had to wipe clean and use fastboot erase as instructed in the guide. skipping fastboot erase wont let me sideload. The phone is working fine now, but heavy battery drain.
