I've been waiting for this. Such a great ROM!! But anyone having some issue with fingerprint? I can add the fingerprint normally but I can't unlock the phone with it.

For me fingerprint is 10/10. Be sure you are on the latest firmware, correct recovery and format data before and after flashing.

Not sure what you mean by enterprises, connects normaly to my wifi wpa2 network.
I do have a charging bug when phone is turned off (no charging animation, only mi logo). Other then that the rom is flawless for me.

The battery is very amazing, camera is good, the performance is perfect. Just fingerprint matter, maybe because my screen protector. But not a big deal. Great ROM as always

Try deleting your current fingerprint and add two new. I use hydrogel, never used protective glass on it

Maybe its my problem when flash the ROM. My first boot had a few problems but its all ok now

Thanks for this rom, fingerprint for me work good but I have a strange problem with the gboard keyboard, practically on last update I can't use anymore the swipe to delete feature and swipe on space-bar to move cursor with precision. On this version is very very sensitive and impossible to use correctly. I share a video of how should work Vs how work now is on the telegram group. About the camera I miss the live photo (i think xiaomi call it dynamic picture) on previous Leica camera was working very good

No it doesn't (sadly).
I've been using this rom since 2 days.
It's great, It's the fastest Android 13 Rom I've used. Xiaomi camera works great.
Everything works good, but I've found few things, as always
- charging - it shows "slow charge" even if it charges fast
- battery life is good but not as good as on TequilaOS. Please remember it depends on usage and battery health but for me it's slightly worse.
Still - I will stay on this ROM beacause of updates and all feeling and speed. Thank you for your work.
PS. TWRP still can't decrypt memory without wiping. I use a TWRP which can preinstall Magisk so it's not a problem but still - keep in mind.
No date is displayed under Security/Google Play system update and you cannot start a manual search. What's going on there? This is the same with Evolution X Rom

S copy the update on an OTG stick and install, in the end just wipe the cache otherwise if you include dalvik it gives you an error

This is how I got this working:
Get TWRP working: follow this guide
1. flashing the rom after doing wipe [5 mins] - 1 minute flash and 3-4 mins optimizing app
2. flashing superSU [2mins] - I used BETA-SuperSU-v2.68
3. flashing xposed [5mins] - I used xposed-v78-sdk22-arm64.zip. Note: be patient needs time to reboot and optimize app again..
updates will follow!

tethering and wifi hotspot disappear
hi i am a user from belgium (country)
after flashing the rom the smartphone lose the option of thethering and wifi hotspot. i only have -plane mod -vpn and -emergency
I just installed cm rc2, so far it's look good, fast and stable, everything is working except the magnet sensor,
I'm using a flip case with magnet, in the stock rom the sensor was working and the case automatically turned off/on the screen, now it's not working.
Hope it will be fixed.

i try this rom and works fine but, the magnet sensor doesnt work and the voice recorder says a mistake like "The mic is in use".
No work voicenotes in whatssapp obviusly.
Some idea?
EDIT: for the voice recorder i can solved changing format to .wav but de voice notes in whatsapp still without working.

Imei and baseband issue is working now, but this rom have some problem lile dual sim, uifreeze... But i hove him will provide its in future builds.

1.back gesture in gestured navigation doesn't work pill doesn't appear
2.I can't make calls but I can receive calls
I had this same issue on lineage os 17.1 but Didn't had this issue on lineage os 17(till September 21 build)

Btw I'm in India using a jio sim which supports only calls through volte and it cannot switch to 3g as it has only 4g here

Only one. I think it belong device tree. I try to use dual sim on this rom but NOT STABILITY, TOO DIFFICULT TO SWITCH 4G, AND WHEN REBOOT SIM APPEAR AND DISAPPEAR. This problem is appear when i install lineage, pixel experience, and stock. But when i flash gsi, dual sim working normally, not bug, not thìn that make me complain. I hope maintainer, erfanoabdi, fengdoge.. can fix it.

No real bugs...one very minor thing...
There's no navigation bar at the bottom (system navigation). It seems to be set to the finger print "one button nav". I changed the navigation between gestures, 2 button or 3 button and it doesn't seem to matter...it's all the one button nav. Which isn't a big deal since that's what I used before anyways. Maybe I'm missing a setting somewhere.
2. Which Camera app are you using for taking Portrait.
I've tested many GCAMS but ended up with these two:

I can't remember which one I went with but stability has been great on this ROM. Also portrait mode actually works. Front cam, night mode, etc all work.

No Wifi Issues.
I'm on Sprint in the states. Everything is working including VoWifi.
I've tried a Mint Mobile sim (TMO MVNO) and everything works except wasn't able to get VoLTE. I wondering if I have to reset my network or factory reset? I didn't want to setup everything again so that'll have to be a test for another time.

You can use anx camera manually by flashing it with twrp or adb slideload with aosp recovery.
Is the rom actually stable since it's just the first build ??... does it solve the screen flickering issue ??... what are the known bugs so far ?

It works fine but the quality is bad (compared to LOS) and the 108mp mode & portrait dont work. If you manage to get them to work i'll never change rom again lol

The battery can give you for the whole day, it is true i have to continue optimizing, but it is quite good.

Bro, I recommend that you go to recovery, wipe everything, flash the ROM again and after flashing the ROM, do Format Data, or if not, do Format Data now

Something more fluidity and little else, since his PixelExperience was the + version, mine is normal PE
Hey! Very nice firmware, but there is a bug. Sound recording does not work on all cameras.
When recording video, only the left channel is recorded sound(((

The Fastboot and the Recovery Update is available.
Even is the 12.5.7.0 for the global version available.

Edit: can confirm that memory extension is turned on by default, i turned it off and it required a restart.
In battery settings, there is a new performance mode. Haven't tried yet.

Can confirm this option is placebo and useless (because i have this option from the first CN release)
Some users feedback Memory extension causing lags.
And optimization are in fact a big underclock (for fix heat issues).

Memory extension is probably just a type of swap memory, and since storage flash memory is slower than RAM, when it is in use you can expect lags.

Yes it can be usefull on a device with 3/4 GB but cleary not on a Mi 11 with 8 GB
Advice needed on rooted Mi 11. No TWRP installed.
When I update, should I download the fastboot version, use miflash, then pick the option to "save user data"?

You can use OTA like an unrooted user (not fastboot) and reapply Magisk with special OTA option BEFORE restart System for keep your Root
What is your actual ROM / Branch, if it's an official update on the same branch (EEA) RKEUXM > RKEUXM or (Global International) RKMIXM > RKMIXM etc... You can just follow my guide with Screenshots here

Thanks so much. Mine is RKBEUXM (EEA). When I bought the phone it was on Global. First thing I did was bootloader unlock then wiped and flashed and debloated before I started using my phone.

Just updated with your guide. No issues !
One thing to note for the benefit of others: when you reboot for the first time after update and magisk install, the booting time can last a few minutes. You will see the MI logo and 3 dots with running lights at the bottom during this process. Normal.
Also if you have AFWall+ and / or ad blockers like Adaway setup to block your phone from accessing Xiaomi servers, this method will fail because it tries to verify the .zip file by connecting to Xiaomi. So you have to turn off these protections. This to me is actually a little less than ideal, so maybe next time I will see if I can install via fastboot / recovery or something like that.
Of course if this is not a concern, then the guide is still an easy and straightforward way of updating your MIUI. Thanks again to Pho3nX
Strange, it just appeared
My battery life is now very bad with this update...4hrs sot max instead of 7hrs that i used to have. I debloated the phone and disabled everthing.
Today I received the 12.5.7.0 update.
