Nokia Lumia 1320 android install.

Hi,
Few days ago i bought Nokia Lumia 1320 with Windows 10 phone installed. I dont like WP and i would like to change operating system for android. I searched whole internet and i have not fount any inforamtions about it. Is there any way to do upgrade system?
I don't want to spend next few mounths with Windows Phone.
I am sorry for my english, but I am not from England and i am still learning.

Do you have any plans for snapdragon 200, 400 and 800 series? I have a Lumia 630 which is not my daily driver anymore.

I am curious how you are able to unlock the bootloader on the 1320 to get the Android port to run? Or are you dual booting or doing some other method of running another OS on this model.
I have several 1520's and realizing I could not do much with them except update them to W10M, I went and found a working cheaper 1320. Come to realize there is not a direct method to unlocking the bootloader on the 1320 so far that I have found...or is there?

Maybe I have not run across the right thread yet. I thought I understood that an SBL3 from an engineering rom was needed to bootloader unlock. Which of the available sbl3 files is needed? Or can you point me to a thread discussion about this model and unlocking the boot loader on it?

Ok thanks for the information. Not being able to use an SBL3 has other limitations too not just mass storage being unavailable?
From what you mentioned, sounds like a dual boot scenario in the works.

Any update on this ? I am ready to test any condition of android on my Lumia 1320. I have Oneplus 3 and I can brick my lumia for testing android. Its almost useless for me.

I have a nokia lumia 1320.
When microsoft decided not to create the windows 10 mobile update, it forced me to stop using the phone:
no longer worked, with the w 8.1 installed.
In May 2019 I found and followed a guide to forcibly install, after flashing and downgrading the windows 10 operating system on my nokia lumia 1320.
The update was successful.
In appearance everything worked.
Unfortunately I had to note that it is impossible to type texts in the applications: the keyboard does not work in messenger, on browsers and even in the application of SMS messages.
I could not find a solution in 5 months spent on the internet, looking at various tutorials of people who believe themselves to be expert programmers or lamers.
I therefore decided to install an operating system based on android, for my nokia lumia 1320.
Can anyone tell me a working guide to do this?

Quando la microsoft ha deciso di non creare l'aggiornamento al windows 10 mobile, mi ha costretto a non utilizzare più il telefono:
non funzionava più, con il w 8.1 installato.
A maggio del 2019 ho trovato e seguito una guida per installare forzatamente, dopo il flashing e il downgrading il sistema operativo windows 10 sul mio nokia lumia 1320.
L'aggiornamento è riuscito.
in apparenza funzionava tutto.
Purtroppo ho dovuto constatare che è impossibile digitare dei testi nelle applicazioni: la tastiera non funziona in messenger, sui browser e nemmeno nell'applicazione dei messaggi telefonici sms.
Non sono riuscito a trovare una soluzione in ben 5 mesi trascorsi a girare su internet a vuoto, guardando vari tutorial di persone che si credono esperti programmatori o lamer.
Ho quindi deciso di installare un sistema operativo basato su android, per il mio nokia lumia 1320.
Qualcuno mi può indicare una guida funzionante per fare questo?

Si hice Downgrade, es necesario regresar a la version original del telefono. Si la cambias no obtendras actualizaciones jamás. BUSCTA TU REGION Y BAJA EL FIRMWARE CORRECTO.

Just use hisuite proxy and upgrade to another 10.1.xxx version first and afterwards i am able to receive all the OTA upgrades to emui 11 already
I used the firmware from https://www.firmfinder.ml/.

Which version your firmware is using now? For me, my firmware was downgraded to 10.1.0.131 because i need to install GMS but after that, i was unable to receive OTA. So that's why i used hisuite proxy to upgrade to 10.1.0.182 and after upgraded, i can receive the OTA again to 11.x
Note: Mine is on different region C636 so the firmware version might be different as well

Mine is 10.1.0.131, actually i don't care if i cannot use GMS anymore, some of the apps that i use i can install it and use normally now. In FirmFinder i can download it both, but i don't know how to do it (at all) i don't remember how i did it the first time xD but i can see a video,

Normally, i prefer to upgrade to latest 10.1.x version before upgrading to 11.x. So not sure if upgrading directly to 11.x might cause some issue or not. Have you tried using hi suite(without hi proxy) to upgrade?

Yes, and it says "your system has the latest version" or something like that, the same at the phone. I'm trying to write my best english, sorry if I don't give myself a sense. In the picture is the versions of my model.

Yeah that should be the firmware compatible with your phone region. Probably you can try upgrading to 11 using hi suite proxy but make sure to watch the youtube tutorial on how to upgrade to 11. For me, i upgraded to 11 using OTA

Thanks, I tried a couple minutes ago and when the process begin in my phone it canceled, tomorrow morning I'll check with another version and see if i can upgrade it with that way.

Hi Wievi, i tried to install some firmwares, 10.150, 10.135, 11.168 and is the same, when the process begins in my phone restarting an error appears and restart the system. I called to Huawei support and she says that there's not update yet to my phone searching it with the serial number. i don't know if i need to downgrade it but also don't know what's my system base firmware xD

I think that Huawei use a specific firmware version during transition to/from one EMUI major update/downgrade. You can not jump from the oldest EMUi10.1 to newer EMUi11 in one step.

Is there a way to know the original region code so get the right firmware? I'm stucked at c605

Got update yesterday evening, didn't remember, what version, but after restart ÜP40 Pro was stuck on boot screen , HUAWEI text on it and so it was....After 2 hours manual restarting showed me screen "something went wrong, save your data on usb"...Some data saved - photos and videos, but no apps. Downgrading at the moment to .131 to install GMS.

Reflash phone's Stock ROM to get rid off of all modifications you applied so far.

This beta sideload needs latest September Patch while Samsung don't push it to non beta regions on purpose.
You should install latest compatible builds for your device from other regions and then try sideload beta! Or simply wait for the further updates for your area!

If you meet the requirements, I can't help you much more. If you have the same problem, the build date of Aug 17 is the date that corresponds to the auhb version, the necessary version is the auhd with the build date of Aug 19.

It should possible but must needed rooted device.
But presonally I believe it's a great security feature. You will immediately come to know if your device is hacked and some one spying by using your device camera/mic.

I own an european realme gt2. Current software version: RMX3311_11.C.08_1080_202301111307.
I have been trying to downgrade to the last version of android 12 ( RMX3311_11.A.22_0220_202211010914 ) and I can't seem to make it work.
I downloaded the OTA package ( RMX3311_11.A.22_0220_202211010914 ) using realme ota tool and tried to install it using local install from the update menu on the phone -> I am getting a verification failed error.
Is there any method to downgrade to android 12?

Version C.08 is Android 13 and A.22 is Android 12 therefore authentication failed.
Rollback i found only for india RMX3312.

That's the reason I didn't update to Android 13 yet. That update notification is there for nearly one month and I'll let it stay there until a rollback package is available for rmx3311. Until now you cannot downgrade the European model to Android 12 since there is no rollback package. Only for rmx3312 Indian model it is available.

Why would you want to downgrade? A13 is working fine no issues for me.
Do a hard reset after update otherwise you might have some problems especially with battery standby.

This is the reason, battery life is bad compared with A12. I will try to do a hard reset.

Have you already tried to do a hard reset? Was it somehow useful? Just asking because I'm experiencing same issue with battery drain after the latest update to C.08.

Incredible ! realme so bad !

I've recently bought a GT2, probably from a really old stock, which is on RMX3311_11.A.22 (this is already updated by me) and I might've been scammed, since the phone had fingerprints out of the sealed box, idk.
I've ran the OTA tool: realme-ota RMX3311EEA RMX3311_11.A.22_0220_202211010914 3 -r 3 -o
But it only returns a json for the next update, RMX3311_11.C.06_1060_202212011207. And the A12 update zip got deleted during installation, so... Is there another way to dump mine?
(Also thanks to the devs that they created a whole pip package and an installer, which couldn't detect or install python, so I had to bootup a VM just for the tool, because I was too lazy to patch the installer script or install manually. So I'm planning to rewrite it in dotnet to make it usable.)

In the attempt of changing from rmx3311 to rmx3312, I used the oneplus updater app for Android 13 on my rmx3311 running still android 12 and surprise: it installed the rollback package ment for the Indian version.
So I changed my European rmx3311 to the Indian rmx3312 variant by using only the oneplus local updater app.
Now, I believe that by cross-installing a different region OTA rollback package my device lost IMEI and Baseband because it doesn't recognize anymore my SIM card.
I wanted to change to rmx3312 because the indiant variant have the possibility to unlock the bootloader.
Is there any chance I can recover my IMEI and Baseband?

That would be my first option.
But I would like to manage to preserve the Indian variant since it is the only one with the unlockable bootloader.
Also, I never had believed that it is possible to change region so easy. And having locked bootloader.

It has already been tried and the result was as you wrote. Reverting to the original version helped. For GT 2 Pro, the device model is the same (RMX3301). GT 2 changes the version of RMX3311 to RMX3312.

Then maybe I can unlock the bootloader on this variant (RMX3312) and after that I'll install the RMX3311 package. Maybe the bootloader will stay unlocked?!?

Changing the region via Full OTA will certainly not overwrite all partitions. Manifest:Image will be 1b:44 where 1b stands for India and 44 stands for Europe.

Thanks. So better to take no risk since there is not a free unbrick tool for these devices. And the bootloader cannot be unlocked even in the RMX3312 since i don't have a valid IMEI number.
So, to revert back to RMX3311 i must repeat the process using the Oneplus updater application? And what firmware should i install?
Right now i am on Android 13 for the RMX3312 since i have done the regular OTA update hopping it will solve something about the IMEI.
