I tried to root my device for the first time.
I did not know that Redmi Note 10 is different thing with Redmi Note 10 5G.
I booted my device with magisk patched image for note 10.
After that it tried to boot but failed several times and now it goes into fastboot straight forward.
Now I am trying to flash original firmware for it.
How can I find the correct firmware for my device?
What I have found by IMEI:
Description: Redmi Note 10 JE Chrome Silver 4 RAM 64 ROM
IMEI: 868096051729159
Brand: Xiaomi Communications Co Ltd
Model: XIG02
Name: XIG02
Purchase Country: Japan
Production Date: 2021-12-10 16:18:19
Activation Date: 2022-01-30 23:37:32
Does it matter what the MIUI version was before I tried to root?
All I know is that it was MIUI 13.0.5 Global Android 12.
I've treid the latest one and the oldest one:
camellian_global_images_V12.0.1.0.RKSMIXM_20210416.0000.00_11.0_global
camellian_global_images_V13.0.4.0.SKSMIXM_20221116.0000.00_12.0_global
However result was "Missmatching image and device"
Do I need to wait until V13.0.5 comes out? Because it was MIUI 13.0.5?
What should I do from now?
how did you create magisk_patched.img? just flash stock boot.img back to device.

Hi
Xiaomi Redmi note 10 JE is sold only in Japan.
Inappropriate to ask on XDA.
The fastboot rom is not officially published by xiaomi.
If you are Japanese, please ask on 5ch.
If you are not Japanese, it seems that there are people who make their own fastboot roms.
ttps://reindex-ot.github.io/
I don't have one so I don't know any more.
I have the same phone
Use fastboot rom found in this website

Hi, I have a mi5 global version running on miui 7
so far i have requested an unlock code and in theory i am now allowed to unlock.
The thing is, i cant, after connecting the phone to the PC and running the mi unlock exe it gets to 50% and then fails.
From what i have read the problem must/should be, that i am not currently running the chinese version.
so my question now is: how do i flash the chinese version if the phone is kinda locked in the global version?
model nr: mi 5
android version 6.0 MRA58K
MIUI version: MIUI Global 7.2.8.0.0 MAACNDB Stable
build number: MRA58K
thank you in advance. Best regards!:highfive:
Download the MIUI Global Beta version as a zip file from the MIUI site.
After that, put that file on the internal memory (download ROM directory is available for this).
Then start the Update app (or via the settings button Update).
Press the tool sign (right top) and choose the downloaded file.
It will probably tell you that this is an older version then you have running now, but just ignore that and start the upgrade.
This will work with the official MIUI versions, even with locked bootloader.
At least i did it this way
I had issues after I semi bricked my NZ P9+ phone.
I used DC Phoenix to "unbrick" it using method two of DC Phoenix tutorial. I then used DCU to change the vendor and country.
Im now running Android M C432B181, at least that's what the phones status is reporting.
However if i use DCU to read the phones info it states its running C900 kernel. See below.
Im trying to install VIE-L09C432B360 via SD and ive attempted the OTA proxy method. I get a message "PT Failed. Are you sure you want to continue?" What does this mean?
Also if i say yes to continuing It reboots and starts the install however it gets to about 37% then fails.
Any ideas ????

Also to note Themes wouldn't work. I've started again.
I've used fastboot to flash the EU OEM partition. Copied the oeminfo file to the same path as fastboot and I entered the command "Flashboot oeminfo oeminfo". I used DC Unlocked to set the vender to hw and the country to eu.
I've then used DC Phenix to flash the factory firmware as in the tutorial.
I've then used the SD Card method to install C432b103
Once installed checked updates on the phone.
Installed b161 and b170 using the factory OTA method.
Themes work now but it's not finding any updates since b170.
Using *#*#2846579#*#* I see that it reports that it is still using C900 kernel.
Hello all,
Recently purchased a P9 Plus with this firmware loaded (VIE-AL10C00B390). Having trouble with all the preloaded chinese settings and not being able to use google apps. Also, unable to find a global firmware for VIE-AL10. Any help would be greatly appreciated
Hello XDA Experts,
I always follow XDA and some posts of AndroidExplained. At this time I tried the Android Explained method with the ROM that the blog provided to download and not worked, so I taught about the ARB number that is the problem that I’m having to flash the ROM.
This is the method and the article followed:
androidexplained /redmi-note-7-install-global-miui/ ( sorry cannot post the URL)
My actual ROM Is 10.3.3.0. So Downloaded the Fastboot ROM in version 10.3.6.0 checked my device is ARB=4, checked on the ROM Flash_all.bat set CURRENT_ANTI_VER=4 should install but still giving me the error that the Device ARB is greater than the ROM ARB.
The error "Current device antirollback version is greater than this package."
Any thoughts about this issue?
Tried with the ROM provided on the article but never checked the BAT file to see which ARB number, tried with the new ROM 10.3.6.0 Global and not worked also. My Redminote is ARB=4 and the ROM is also ARB=4
Please if somebody has any advice for this issue. Tried with the CMD process and the MiFlash Tool both not worked, I already have my Redminote 7 bootloader unlocked.
Thanks for any help provided.
Since on the chinese Redmi Note 7 you can't relock the bootloader with global ROM, I can recommend you xiaomi.eu ROM. You won't have this issue with it, and this ROM is like global, but better.
Hi guys, apparently the guy I bought the phone from second-hand had rooted android 10 with the sept 2020 security patch on it and installed some firmware from the F model to the N model which allowed the sim to work, my dumbass removed the magisk and root and flashed android 11s latest version with bootloader binary 6 which was the Korean version with odin , otherwise first it was the uae english version and I lost all sim capability,I wanted to update but didnt know this would end up happening at all
Hes saying he’ll be able to unlock it , root it install magisk and get the sim to work again but I doubt it as I asked many other flashing and unlocking professionals in the local market and they all refused to even try, I don’t know if there’s a way to root the Korean A11 one ui 3.1 firmware otherwise I’ll have to wait until a patch comes out
Please tell me if there is a way to downgrade from android 11 one ui 3.1 to android 10 which has bootloader version 5 or even to android 11 one ui 3.0 which would have bootloader version 5 which i think can be downgraded to android 10 with the same bootloader version 5 without bricking the device its very important to me, I'm really stressed out and could end up losing a lot of money, please someone knowledgeable help me, I'll be very greatful!! I am still a newbie to all this so please forgive me for my lack of knowledge where it may be!
Hello everyone,
I have a Xiaomi 11T Pro (Model number - 2107113SG, 8GB ram, 256GB rom, Snapdragon 888 ; european model).
Currently, the phone is running MIUI 13 (Android 12, 13.0.21.0.SKDEUXM with no updates available), but i want to flash MIUI 14 (Android 13, 14.0.5.0.TKDEUXM - already tried to use recovery ROM method but i got an error: can't verify update - can't install this stable ROM - i know 13.0.21.0.SKDEUXM has issues).
I understand the process of flashing (Installing ADB Drivers, enabling USB debugging, unlocking bootloader, booting phone to fastboot mode and then flashing firmware with either MiFlashtool or .bat script).
All of the data on the phone is backupped (i don't mind any data loss)
But i happen to have two big questions.
1: Will I be able to re-lock the bootloader after I flash the firmware? Firmware is official and it is also EEA version.
2: Will I be able to recieve OTA updates after I flash the firmware? Or the phone will recognise that I flashed the firmware and OTA updates will be blocked?
Thanks in advance.
You can flash any stock rom and version and re lock the bootloader on this device.
And the OTA will work.
