Forum rules:
3. Post using a clear and descriptive subject and message.
You're most likely to receive a helpful answer to your question, if you use a short subject title that describes your problem and a message that explains in detail, what your problem is and what you've done to try solving it.
Click to collapse
Imo ''thanks in advance'' isn't a clear and descriptive subject...
5. Create a thread or post a message only once.
As a large forum, we don't need unnecessary clutter. You're free to edit your message as you like, so if you do not receive an answer, revisit your message and see if you can describe your problem better. Not everyone is online at the same time so it might take a while before you receive an answer. (Also refer to Rule 16)

The Q&A faq, top post on this page, has baseband and kernel flashable zips for your phone, I believe. Worth a try don't you think?

After an update to last cm, cm recovery overwrite twrp. Is there a way to have twrp again?
bgcngm said:
That is probably because you enabled an option in Developer options, namely "Update Cyanogen recovery". Again, read instructions and you will know how to flash TWRP.

Could you explain me how to do step by step, because if it's too complicated, I will remain on cm recovery.

This is offtopic. Google the instruction, there are a lot of sites available which can help, I am sure XDA has a dedicated thread. If you do not like to read search on YouTube.
This is what I found after searching 5 seconds. http://www.androidbeat.com/2015/12/how-to-install-cyanogenmod-cm-13-android-device/
Now please back to topic!

Cmon man, like, there's a whole guide of flashing TWRP out there. Even in this Mi5 forum.
You should really put an effort to read and search before you start asking retorical question in a wrong thread....

You have to install TWRP, we have guide on how to do that in this section. Then just wipe stuff and flash this zip (+gapps).

Well you're in a development thread asking for recovery installation instructions for a lot of devices people wouldn't help at all in this section!

I would follow Magisk's official Installation Instructions. Let me know if you have any questions after reading through it.

I've read it well, but I don't know where to get boot.img for my device.
Is there a video explanation about this subject?

According to the instructions:
If your device has boot ramdisk, get a copy of the boot.img (or init_boot.img if exists).
If your device does NOT have boot ramdisk, get a copy of the recovery.img.
You should be able to extract the file you need from official firmware packages or your custom ROM zip.
