Hello guys, why does it sometimes happen that I can't receive a call on the watch, but it is transferred to my mobile phone. I answer, but the call is transferred to a mobile phone. There is no way I can solve it except by resetting to factory settings. This has happened to me twice already. Has anyone had such a problem? Thanks.

Hi All,
Something weird happened yesterday, my tytn II stopped working normaly.
I cannot make calls anymore and people calling me get my voicemail, although it shows full reception (t-mobile). The only call works, is calling my voicemail. I didnt change anything in the phone prior to this problem.
Also the battery is dropping down very fast. Like 50% in 5 hours without using anything...
I putted my sim in another phone, it works fine, so the problem lies within the phone. I hardresetted the phone but the problem remains...
Anybody had the same problems and/or knows how to fix this???
I have an original HTC tytn II on tmobile network.
THanks!!
Jelle

Any help is welcome, also for the other users with the same problem!
Thanks!
same problem
Hi,
I also have the same problem you write about. It also happened for no apparant reason. I notice that I can make calls to other mobiles that are close to my phone in proximity... odd?!
I've sent an email to HTC ... waiting on a response.
I have started getting the same sort of problem. When I try and make calls - it just won't connect. Sometimes a soft reset works - but not always. People cannot call me and I get messages about missed calls and voicemail messages.
It's starting to make my Orange TyTnII virtually unusable.
Suggestions?
Hi all,
Recently I stopped receiving SMS alerts from Google on my HTC Diamond. I checked everything, even asked my mobile provider to check what is going on. Nothing helped. Mobile provider said that since I have no problems with receiving SMS from other people they can do nothing.
Today I tried my wife's phone (Glofiish) with my sim card and suddenly it worked.
Now I'm trying to figure out what could've happened and how to fix it. Does anybody have a clue how to re-enable receiving SMS from google?
Thanks.
Hi,
I've had my XT890 just over a year and it was working normally however suddenly I am unable to make or receive phone calls or SMS. Both wi-fi and mobile data are still working normally. When I attempt to make a phone call the screen looks like it's dialing but then the it disconnects after a couple of seconds before any dialing tone. I've tried a factory reset however this did not resolve the issues. Has anyone seen this before or got any ideas?
Thanks in advance
Phil
I`m having this problem for a while... The only way to make calls is to reboot the phone... Any solutions?

Unfortunately for me rebooting does not help - the problem is permanent.
Hello, everyone.
I need help with an issue I'm facing. My phone is not receiving any calls whatsoever and I don't know why. I can make calls without any problems, the issue is that I can't receive them.
I don't know when this started happening since I don't receive many calls, I don't know if it's a result of rooting the phone, because it's rooted, or what else can it be. I don't remember if the phone received calls before or immediately after being rooted.
I've tried flashing different modems but I haven't been successful. Also, I have gone through the settings and disabled everything that could be causing the calls to be blocked. I have also called T-Mobile and they disconnected and reconnected my phone to the network and I have gone to one store to have the sim card replaced and that didn't help either. I have wiped the cache and the Dalvik cache and nothing. The only option left that I know is to factory reset the phone wich I'm trying to avoid because I have a ton of apps and my home screens are already setup and folders created and I don't want to do all this setup again.
Here is the weird part. Under just this specific scenario I can make my phone receive calls.
Make a call to any phone
Hangup a couple of seconds after the other phone starts ringing.
IMMEDIATELY BEFORE the call is terminated (lost) dial from the other phone (the one that was called in step 1). This should be within one second and no more after the call is lost.
If I follow this procedure then the call goes through and my note 4 receives it, but the call shall be made immediately after I hang up, otherwise it doesn't go through.
Does anybody have an idea of what could be happening?
Thanks!!
try this, go to settings all the down to calls and click on call rejection which says auto rejection turn that to off, ive had the Same problem and thats what help me out
I have a problem with incoming and outgoing calls from the first day of use. Practically. several times a day, causally, the call is interrupted. I tried to change the sim slot, clear the cache app calls, reset the network, but nothing. The sim works perfectly on other phones. I did a complete reset of the phone and the problem didn't show up for a week but now it's back as before. Do you have any advice on what to try to fix the problem?
Anyone?
