The samsung a33 vibrates too much when playing any audio, the only way i found to stop it is by disabling the right speaker.
One Ui 5.1 guide: Settings-> Accessibility-> Hearing enhancements:
- Enable "Mono audio" for both connected audio and phone speaker.
- "Left / Right" balance for only the phone speakers all the way to the left.
Audio volume feels a little lower but the quality seems fine.
Enjoy and let me know if you know other ways to remove the speaker vibration.

I have a google car dock for my nexus one and I hook the audio through the car stereo with a 3.5mm audio cable. When it is plugged into the dock the sound is very low and the quality is terrible. If I just pull it out of the dock everything is back to normal -- this happens with all apps.
What do I have to do in order to prevent the phone from doing this while docked?
you have the exact same setup as i do and ive seen this as well, i think there is something that makes the audio play at a different volume specifically for when it is docked for some reason. im on cm6.1.1 and it seems a little better because i believe they tweaked something with it, i saw a checkin on cmsrc on twitter that modified some line with dock volume.
what ive found is if i set the media volume to about 5/8 or 7/8 then dock it the volume will make its "dock adjustment" and its up to where my car volume is from there, usually a little less distortion if the phones volume is a little lower than max. from there if i forget to set the media volume i will use the preamp slider in the poweramp music players equalizer to adjust.
i just wish the volume wouldnt change at all and the volume button on the side of the dock would change the media volume :\
side note: have you noticed that the voice search when docked doesnt pick up your voice very well? almost like the noise canceling mic is cancelling you out or something and other times it can pick up your voice great?
Actually the sound volume was solved by some user that re-compiled libaudio with the code that lowers the sound by 10db commented out. The problem I have is that the sound quality is so poor that it seems to be mono without bass.
It turns out that the crappy audio quality comes from Bluetooth being on. When I disable Bluetooth in car mode, everything is great. Unfortunately I can't figure how to make it disabled by default so I have to disable it everytime.

hi, i played songs from my XSP in my car through AUX connection. It seems okay at first then i suddenly get annoyed when the volume decreased automatically when play "loud part" on the songs (bass and distortion). Can i turn this automatic volume levelling off? I had same problem in my Win 7 laptop, and the problem is gone when i disable sound enchantment in sound properties..
Can I turn off this settings too in my XSP? i'm really annoyed with this.
Quiet sound is amplified to sound at a reasonable level. Then when a loud part of the song comes on the level automatically drops making the quiet parts sound annoyingly loud & the loud part annoyingly quiet... Sorry that's the best way I can describe this...

thanks a lot buddy will report back !
I really love the stereo speakers, both for music or watching videos. But I think the left speaker/top speaker is a little bit too quiet, especially when you hold the phone sideways (so it sounds even louder on the right side because of your hand). Because of that videos sometimes sound a little bit strange.
Does anyone know a good app to pan the sound more to the left? That way you could balance it out(at least for low and medium volume)
I already tried it with Viper4Android (latest Magisk release), but it doesn't let me change anything in master gate limiter for some reason..
Hi, just bought a Moto G6 at an Ohio Best Buy store. Speaker volume for things such as Youtube videos, etc. generally seems adequate at almost all the way up, say 8 or 9 out of 10. However there is often annoying sibilance in the audio (harsh "s" and "t" sounds) at any volume. The other audio glitch I noticed is when the volume slider is low, tone sounds more balanced, has some bass, but as you raise the volume, the sound will get more and more tinny, with all treble and no bass. Again, generally need to set volume near but not at the top. I tried the Dolby EQ part with movie, voice, music, and different EQ, and the 2 problems still persist. Phone is running Oreo 8.0.0. Thanks.
I know its an itunes eq but mimicking these settings on other devices has worked for me..

I have a sony z3c with a broken microphone. So I thought, I can use this great phone as an music-, podcast- and audiobook-player. Just ike the Sony NW A100.
But when I connect a bluetooth speaker or headphone to that device there are only 15 steps to increase or decrease the volume. And the lowest volume possible is way to loud to listen podcast late at night on my JBL go 1 or 2. Also the volumechange between two steps is to heavy.
Normaly I use my Samsung Galaxy S8 to play audiofiles. There are also only 15 Steps to change the volume. But I can change “media volume sync” in the bluetooth advanced settings to change the volume of the smartphone and the speaker separately, which fixed my problem. On some sony smartphones in the developer options you can toggle "Disable absolut volume", but on my z3c this option is nowhere to be found.
But that’s not possible on the z3c. I tried apps like “Precise Volume“, some tweaks in the Xposed framework and ViPER4Android. Even some custom rom. But nothing worked.
With some tweaks or ViPER4 Android I could get the volume lower (by reduce the output gain or lover all frequencies in the EQ). But then, when I change the volume, sometimes 2 or 3 steps remain on the same volume.
Does any of you have any Idea how to help my with my problem? It’s been two month now, that I tried everything to fix it, but till today, I don’t found any solution...
idk exactly, but maybe you can take this a hint for furter research on that topic:
