is there a way to modify the market app so that it will show me comments posted by users outside the US? and can users outside the US see comments posted by users inside the US? as an app dev i want to be able to help users who post comments form outside the US.
hello,just a quick one,i dont know if anybody here is a photoshopper,or theme maker etc,basically what im asking is ,is there anywhere to post resources for making forum signatures or themes,eg packs of game character renders/sprites in png format on transparent background or abstract shape renders fr making themes etc.If not is that of interest to anybody here,i have a few packs i made myself

I was wandering around SwiftKey forums and just found a topic about themes request and saw a post of a staff encouraging people to vote in theming features, so i thought: Why not to bring these threads/topic to XDA Themers Community?
We all know that since the update that brought weird security at swiftkey's APK, it is almost impossible to theme it. So, it is their right as devs to restrain us from theming it, why not they give us some theming power?
