Install Instructions (clean flash):

Start with unlocked bootloader and grab a PC with windows, linux or macOS
Download platform-tools and extract it
Download ROM + recovery.img and place files in platform-tools folder, then connect your phone to PC.
1. Open CMD, and navigate to your platform-tools folder. Then fastboot boot arrow recovery:

2. On device, navigate to "Apply Update" & select "Apply from ADB"
3. On PC, sideload the ROM (copy paste the zip name)

adb sideload "path/to/rom-full-name.zip"
Wait for it to complete.
4. On device, navigate back to home screen (top left arrow) and find "Factory Reset"
This will factory reset the device, removing all user data
5. Boot and enjoy - firmware and recovery are included with the ROM
Dirty flashing:
Just adb sideload the zip and reboot, that's all!

OTA:
Use the OTA updater in the ROM (official builds only)
Tips:
- if adb sideload fails, unplug and replug the device to PC and try again
If you install magisk or other mods, do not ask for support
I discourage mods, but zips can be sideloaded like the ROM if you need custom kernels etc

I can confirm. The latest build does not boot. I tried both OTA and adb sideload and I only end up with a "spinning" Arrow logo.

I did OTA update to this version and it's been working fine for the past two days or so.
Hello everyone, I especially address the developer of the ROM, I have problems with this ROM on both 4G and 5G mobile network. In the sense the internet works, but after 2 speedtests it stops working. And this happens even without speedtesting, normally using the phone to surf the internet or watch videos on Youtube. I attach pictures of what happens. I've already tried to see if switching from 5G to 4G solves it, but it doesn't solve it. Even when you change from 5G to 4G an exclamation point appears and it doesn't go any further. Putting the airplane mode temporarily does not improve the situation, to make the internet work again I have to restart the device. Is there a possible solution to this? Has this happened to others? I attach images below.

On which ROM, apart from MIUI, does it work completely?
And no, it's not normal. I have been using my own builds of ArrowOS for >2 years without any issue with internet

Install Instructions:

Start with unlocked bootloader and grab a PC with windows or linux, or mac if you're desperate
Download all files to your PC, not to device, place them in your platform-tools folder
1. Open CMD, and navigate to your platform-tools folder. then fastboot flash arrow recovery (file name may differ from example command)

Then boot recovery

fastboot boot recovery.img
2. On device, navigate to "Apply Update" & select "Apply from ADB"
3. On PC, issue the command to sideload the ROM

adb sideload "name of file".zip
Wait for it to complete. Stuck at 47% is normal as the process completes on device.
4. On device, navigate back to home screen (top left arrow) and find "Factory Reset"
Factory reset the device, formatting data
5. Boot and enjoy
Dirty flashing:
Just adb sideload the zip and reboot, that's all!
Tips:
- if adb sideload fails, unplug and replug the device to PC and try again
If you install magisk or other mods, do not ask for support
I discourage mods, but zips can be sideloaded like the ROM if you need custom kernels etc

You can use magisk and modules. I just meant that I can't offer support for you in terms of bugs if those are installed.
Rom has to be completely clean
Next version will use Pixel Experience trees by Zinadin Zidan
Format data/ clean flash *may* be required
New build is up. New tree, new vendor, not much else changed.

Sorry tried to switch to source forge but it's worse than AFH. Link updated
Just try this ROM since upload until today, Battery health is good, Website scroll is very smooth, GCams is working fine.
I'm so f**kin glad you've picked up this project. The last Arrow rom for apollo/apollopro from Feb 22nd works so well but I've been scared that I'll have to ditch it in favour of something which gets security patches. Here's hoping you crack on with this! Plans to roll out without gapps in due course?

Remove any and all mods you applied to the rom if you did any
AptX and other HD codecs are not yet working. We need to change some stuff in the device tree but it's on the list to be done

I would also use meteoric for this ROM most likely. There aren't too many custom kernels available for A12 ROMs on the 8T yet. Meteoric is a really good one though so I'd suggest just going with that one.

I tried settings, system,gestures,system navigation, 3 button navigation. but this only enable 3 soft buttons which can be hidden but still cannot get hardware buttons to work. please help. thanks

did you find a fix for it. i'm old fashioned and like to use the hardware buttons. I tried Lineage also and yes the same problem. I like this ROM so hopw someone can tell me how to get hardware buttons to work

You don't read the changelog yourself? In the future, except for PixelExperience, all others will enable navbar by default.
Ι cant use lineage 20 because the mobile internet is totally dead!!!
the fix is here if you havent see it allready https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/rom-12-1-13-unofficial-lineageos-oxygen-09-26-2022.4452577/page-7 but i dont if it can working on this rom.

for the other i said, i meant the hw navigator bar, but there is a zip file, i didn't know that when i wrote it. For the mobile internet the problem was on lineage os 20, 19 has mobile internet but not easily 4G. Ι am from Greece, i have Cosmote carrier and here there isn't anymore 3G/H/H+, only 2G/GPRS/EDGE, 4G/4G+ and 5G. With lineage OS 20 i have only 2G but only voice and sms, no internet all. I tried many things with APN etc, but nothing. Finally i installed this rom and its working very nice without problems.

Thank you for that. Sorry I didn't realise there was a Telegram Channel. Can I ask how do I install it. There are 2 folders product/vendor. product folder has file named HwKeyOverlay.apk . vendor folder has file ft5x46.kl. Do I just install the apk file ? thanks

yes can only manually enable. they are enabled in the pixel experience rom only if you want to try it. the zip cannot be installed in TWRP

Works great on my 9A.
I tried this on 9C because of the title. I flashed the firmware and ROM, after reboot, the screen turns on without any graphical stuff like logo for a second and just shuts off. I just realized that dandelion (the name of firmware file provided here) may refer to 9A. Any suggestions to revive this device? I cannot get into fastboot and have already tried MTK flash but I get a STATUS_EXT_RAM_EXCEPTION error.
Is there any plan to adapt to 10A
Installed everything, checked the programs! And then ... but how to call? There are no buttons! And if you call the phone, the music plays, but there is nothing to answer! ))

I wanted to reinstall it again, did everything according to the instructions - as a result, almost everything does not work: mobile communications do not work, the buttons at the bottom of the screen (square and circle) do not work, "files" do not appear, and so on! Unable to launch google play freezes! Decided to delete before the release of the new version ..

Hi, I got it all installed (did not install magisk) but when I try to install the revolut app it tells me this app is not compatible, other banking apps and stuff all appear fine.
Anyone know why this specific app would be doing this?

Hello, I have Redmi 9A with MIUI Global 12.5.4(RCDMIXM) (android 11 RP1A.200720.011).
Can this ROM work with my phone?
I flashed from miui 12.0.17 on my redmi 9a and everything works great except one annoying detail... the internal memory storage space is only 8GB instead of the original 32GB and you have to limit the downloaded apps. I would like to go back to 32GB without using external memory, is it possible?

Thanks! Yeah Volte is working perfectly. Some built-in apps like Contacts do not work, however. But that's a minor inconvenience to be finally free of MIUI.

At last a ROM for the GT2. I hope to have some time to test this out.
The main issue with the GT2 is battery life. Its the worst i ever had. I hope that it will be fixed by custom roms.
Can someone help me out I cant start the phone anymore keeps getting in bootloader mode.
Following was done:
- Initial official release
Flashing instructions:
- Download the ArrowOS recovery at https://files.danielml.dev/android/porsche/arrow-recovery.zip
- Unpack it, and using fastboot flash the vbmeta, vendor_boot and boot:
* fastboot flash vbmeta vbmeta.img
* fastboot flash vendor_boot vendor_boot.img
* fastboot flash boot boot.img
- Then, reboot to recovery and flash the ROM using ADB sideload

Yes I did all flashed succesfull but getting in recovery was not possible, rebooting device would bring me back to bootloader
I managed to restore my phone back to original. Above mentioned flashing does not work form me.
how did you unlock the fastboot? i'm on real ui 4 and all the metods to flash de recovery img didn't work

I want to try this again any suggestions why it didnt work last time ? I flashes all files succesfully, but phone got stuck in bootloader mode. Every time i reastarted or tried to go in to recovery it went back to bootloader mode.
Maybe it was because i did a Factory wipe from recovery mode before i started the procedure?

After flashing the files, did you boot directly to recovery (using the menu on the bootloader, selecting "Reboot to recovery") with the volume and power buttons, or you pressed the power button on the "Start" option?

The only problem with all the 3 CUSTOM ROMS which are available for REALME GT2 is CAMERA QUALITY has DECREASED DRASTICALLY! The images shot on GT2 feel like an 18MP camera even though they are shot on 50MP! This is the only reason why i moved back to RUI!
