Hello
I would like to know if for those who have updated to miui 14 or 14.0..... on redmi note 10 pro 4g
Do you encounter problems because I have read a lot of things like the loss of the front camera, loss of performance in games, rapid heating and unloading of the better, speaker that no longer works
thank you in advance for your feedback

Yes , heavy battery drain from "Android system"
For me, removing the Security update stopped diving.

If you remove it, you can get bootloop, how you stopped diving?
I didn't uninstall the program, just its update. Delete data - delete cache.

Good evening
what exact module or program did you delete cache and data
it's the security program that manages the battery and the cleaning that you're talking about

Hello!
I recently purchased a note 5, and I lose about 15% overnight, if my Wi-Fi/3G is switched on, and around 10% if all data is switched off. Please check the attached picture and tell me if there's anything abnormal. Thanks!
Nope it is not normal. I have the same exact issue after the AOJ5 update and it is driving me crazy. On N920c if i leave the phone overnight I'll wake up to a dead device. I have posted about it on samsung developers too which got ignored. Flashed another kernel and checked the wakelocks and it seems like its an issue with the wifi. Something has to do with wlan_rx_wake. I really don't know what else to do.
Have you tried a factory reset and building your apps up slowly to see if there's an issue with one of them. Also, Better Battery Stats is very good at identifying what is keeping your device awake. My recollection is that that wakelock comes from a data request.
Also, perhaps worth trying to see whether you get the same behaviour with wifi off?

I was thinking of a factory reset. Will it erase my internal sd, as well?

I have done factory resets maybe already 10 times. Nothing changes. I have even tested out with no 3rd party apps installed everything stock. The drain is still there.

Right now I have the arter97 kernel and it doesn't help the drain at all. The same issue continues. But I noticed that on some wifi networks the drain is worse than on others. A temporary solution is to keep the wifi off during sleep and turn off the phone at nights. I'll try to get some screenshots of the wakelock detector and better battery stats later.

I can confirm that putting the phone on airplane mode solves the drain issue.
@Octa_core did you try installing the debloated stock Rom?

Well, my rom is pretty much debloated. Just clean stock samsung rom without any carrier bloat. I did purchase the package disabler pro at some point and disabled all the unnecessary stuff. Still no luck. I wrote samsung a feedback on their website. Try also leaving a feedback about the issue if you can. On the samsung support website on top right corner look for "feedback". Then select technical issue and describe the problem. I guess only samsung can fix what they have broken.

As you're rooted why not try a custom ROM - at least then you have a controlled environment. I am on Dr Ketan's L5 with his modified stock N920C kernel and it's great. If you still have the drain with no apps and no bloat installed on that ROM you have a fault.

So recently many users were saying that the four core were maxed out to 2.2Ghz, I faced the same problem, so instead of rooting my phone and putting the CPU governor in On demand/power saving I tried some methods and bought the clock frequency to 1.1Ghz/1113Mhz. I'm still not sure how this happened but here are the things I tried
After a full day use yesterday nearly 3hrs of screen on time and my battery percentage was left to 37% so, I charged my phone to 90% cleared the cache using fastboot, uninstalled useless apps like clash of clans, pubg, Internet speed meter, and some other.
Note clear only cache
And the results see the images. I can't guarantee that it will work for you, but it worked for me.
As you can see I don't have root accces, so this is done without rooting.
Check for some more time and report here
I can report that clearing cache (complete wipe) totally worked in my case. I had this issue and i reported it to xiaomi, anyway.. i was going through the process of rooting and enabling HAL3 for google camera and the phone was completely wiped (I did not play around with the CPU ) anyway surprisingly the battery life improved so yeah it might be a cache problem.

Does this definitely solve the issue? Has it come back?
I'll try later, I have this problem too.

No it does'nt. At least for me. I've unlocked the bootloader (which wipes everything) and changed the scaling governor. This was the 'default solution'... I've experienced the problem 2 more times after that, but it is waaaay less common...

That's so annoying... Is this the kind of bug Xiaomi would normally fix? I bought this phone 4 days ago and still can return it, I'm seriously considering it...

If you can, and you're unhappy... why not? I mean, this bug happened in pixel 2 XL months ago and was fixed. Its a software problem and it will likely be fixed in the future, but an ETA only Xiaomi can give you

For me i was just playing around and unlocked the bootloader (wipes everything) and re-locked the bootloader (also wipes everything) but i didn't change anything and the problem seems to go away like today i had 37 mins SoT with only 9% battery drain so by this rate the battery should be drained in almost 7 hours SoT and that's really good IMHO
Someone can post the complete process or give link with the process?

A new update of around 88 mb is now available for all of us. Now keeping its size in mind, we might underestimate it. But it brings amazing new things!
After a long wait, EIS is now available in the camera and so is Live Wallpaper support. They have also fixed the FM radio battery drain. A small yet wonderful update. Install n enjoy!
P.S. Big things come in small packages.
Thanks Asus for frequent updates....
Waiting for Android Pie for Zenfone Maz Pro M1

For me, the battery drain has improved a lot since Nov 12th. FM radio was one of the biggest culprits so far for such idle drains. Force stop the FM radio app and uncheck the "background activity" for it and see the difference after a restart. Good luck!

After November update got EIS and also one click two pic in selfie,. Please solve the problem of battery drain issue.please
I don't know if it's because pie update but this phone can't keep 6 apps open in the background, it feels like a 1 GB of RAM type of phone, anyone facing the same problem?
yeah it's correct it closes everything even simple apps like message, phone dialer ! after a while you left your device. very poor management.
yeah it sucks
And if the phone keeps multiple apps running on background, you will cry for poor battery. Yay
This is seriously bad, even my friend's Mi A2 can keep PUBG in background after 3 hours. I switch to WhatsApp to reply for one chat then I had to reload it. Wtf

That's up to you. I debloated mine and I think that this failed my ltpo like you, stuck at 120, that's why I asked you if you did at some point. To get ltpo back working first I activated ALL apps that were disabled especially system apps. I used the script of the debloat thread to not miss one. I was with c26 and I reinstalled the c26 package on the top of it, and make sure the app '' oplus.uiengine '' is active. This app make ltpo work.
In my case this app was never disabled. But restoring/enabling all the phone system app and reinstalling the same package completely managed to get my ltpo working again. (it was failing since months...)
I guess updating the phone with some apps disabled broke ltpo at some point
Hope it can help

You're welcome ! Yes and only at max it drops to 1hz otherwise it's 10hz or 30hz. I remember with older builds ltpo was working with a bit lower brightness like until 20%. I tried finding apps and mods to lower this but nothing worked well for now
