new to HTC

you probably get this question a million times. i look in the begginers tutorial on how to install a new ROM and i went through the process fine with no problems...i think. it gave me the same rom as it first came with. i hope thats correct. Im just trying to find out which ROM is good and which ones should i stay away from. I was looking at the Cube rom and it looks good but idk how to install it?. where can i find it to download it?

Start digging in the ROM Development forum. Read the stickies and the wiki for instructions.

definitely read the wiki. a year ago, i was an htc noob, but now i am a flashing junkie. I highly recommend the flash via microsd card method, and the hyperdragon and phoenix roms.

hi i just bought my htc pro 2 from tmobile .. it has win6.1 i would like to upgrade it to the 6.5 can somebody help me with the steps... i try to search but all i get is some broken links. thanks in advance

umm, read the stickies(the one with noob in the title especially)? That's what I did, it was really easy, I flashed my first custom ROM 2 days ago and am enjoying it.

Lumia 521 WP internals

Hello
2 months ago i bought a Lumia 521 for just 24$ in eBay it is great but the last week i got kinda boring and i want to change the device , play with it !! (like get root access , install costum rom etc.)
I started googling for development and installing custom roms in it and every search result shows me WP Internals
-So i installed in my laptop and i want to try now getting root access and installing custom roms and other stuff!
But before i get into the game i want to ask some questions:?:
Q1. I enable root access what after that , how can i get the tweaks that Heathcliff74 is saying in his website!
Q2. Where can i find custom roms for my device! And step by step how to basiclly install them!

Obviously couldn't find introductions thread

Hey everyone,
being the dumbass i am this is my second post as i couldn't see the introductions thread.
Well, delved on the forum for the last couple days, reading guides on how to root an OP5t first, then how to restore it to stock ROM after i bricked it trying to get back to Android after installing Ubuntu touch.
All of this, to run Home Assistant server on the phone since it's the 8gb version. Follow my other thread for updates..
