Is there a french version 1.20 of IA Caller ID ? - MDA III, XDA III, PDA2k, 9090 Software Upgrading

Hello,
I know some devices have a 1.20 version of IA Caller ID, that allow different ringtones for contacts or groups.
I already use IA Caller ID 1.17 to attach a photo to contacts, and I'd like to define a ringtone also. I'm not sure an english version should be accepted by my device...
Does anyone have a link for a french 1.20 version ?
Thanks a lot.

Caller ID doesn't recognize the caller.

Hello,
I have noob problem: My alpine's caller ID doesn't recognized the caller if the country code prefix isn't used.
My country code is +63 Philippines so the phone number on my phone book or rather in most cases of all phonebooks here in our country.
so if a sample my wife's calling me with her registry being +63-919-1234567
then she'd actually call and since it will be a local call the number would register as calling: 0919-1234567 without the prefix +63.
My Alpine won't recognized this until I treid changing the phonebook entry from +63-919-1234567 to 0919-1234567 (without the hypens).
Does this happen to yours? Thanks!
ROM: 1.11.00 WWE
date: 01/27/05
rADIO: 1.03.00
pROTOCOL: 1337.42
ExtROM: 1.11.144 WWE
Try as below
start--> setting--->regional setting-->region (choose english (australia).
Hope that will help
Hey, I need t to be English Philippines since I'll be needing the currency to be Php. But do you reeally think the regiional setting was the issue and not the Caller ID? thanks!
You could try putting both phone number formats in as the address book has several phone number entries per contact that may work.

Show Caller ID for Contacts Only

Hi,
Does anyone know why the network service options to show callerid to my contacts only works with some roms and not others? When some of the ROM's the option to show callerid to contacts only works no different that do not show my outgoing caller id.
For example -
It did not work with the stock 6.0 ROM from AT&T
It did work with the Kaiser 6.1 WWE ROM
It did work with the 26 v9 ROM
It is not working with the sleuth 3.0 6.1 ROM
Is it radio dependent? Why do some ROM's work and not others? Anyone? I did a search and did not find anything for outgoing caller id.
thanks!
Ali

Click to collapse
a possible solution may be: get an official rogers ROM & radio... flash them, should work - how you get them, i have no idea
