Warning ALOT OF TEXT and bad punctuation read at your own risk
well i have a slight problem at work. i work as a security guard at my work place and there is a guard that comes in the morning that has been here prob 4 months prior to me and is the same rank and everything as me. well ever since i started she is a b**ch to me and wont even talk to me (god knows why i never did anything to her) well i hear for the pass 2 months she has been keeping tabs on my clock ins and my badge punch in's all over the building
and well i guess alot of my badges request dont save for when i leave (we have a bad system here) and well she knows that and is gonna use that to her advatge to take that to our boss and get me in trouble because she dont like me (which i dont know why as i only see her 5 mins out of my day and i hear she is friends with everyone else here) and i feel like this is really weird and taking this as harassment.
and well i got some stuff on her that she brings her BF to the work place and makes out with him and hides and stuff
should i confront her about this and ask her why she is doing this to me or should i go straight to my boss (or HR) about this problem? my boss and her are buddies and well she acts like she is boss around this building and tells everyone what to do for when he is not here and she has no right doing that at all so idk if i should even go to my own boss (there is a higher up then him that he has to report to he is just head security guard for this building)
i think it would be best to go to your boss with your issue
Honestly, if you aren't comfortable going to your direct boss since he is friends with her, you should be able to either go to HR or your bosses manager. HR preferably.

TELL HER TO GET HER MIND CORRECT B4 YOU BEAT HER AND HER BF ASS THATS WHAT I WOULD DO ANYWAY!
Don't go to her about it. She can try to make you seem like a liar. Don't let her know and if you need to use it against her than do it. But I would tell the boss before anything just so he won't think you've just been saving that to hold over her head.

Idk if this is the right place to go, but I'm at a pretty bad place. My gf of 2.5 years just broke up with me about a week and a half ago. She keeps telling me to move on and stuff, but we had a history of coming back to each other. This time she says its real. Now, I tried took her advice and tried moving on. I went to this small party last night and her one, pretty babish friend was there. We talked a lot and later told me that she wouldn't hurt my ex like that but told me I'm a pretty good guy. I think I like the new one, but I'm worried that what if my ex comes back? I don't want to hurt this chick cause I kinda care about her. My friends who are pretty close to her told me I should wait a month then go after her. I just need some help, you guys seem pretty smart.

I think you shouldn't jump from one relationship to another. Take sometime for yourself. How old are you? (should of been my first question)

18. I'm a senior in high school. Y a I know its hs BS to most. But they said to take like a month off then try with the new girl. And to not talk to my ex or hangout with her unlees she texts me first. My ex is 18 too and is off at college 5 hours away.

Your ex sounds pretty determined that it's off for good. You shouldn't put your life on hold hoping she might change her mind but you shouldn't rush headlong into something else either. The new babe has potential? Tell her you like her and that you hope that something happens in future, but that you don't want to make a rebound mistake.
Go out with some friends and keep yourself busy with stuff you enjoy. Try to put your ex out of your mind and take advantage of the free time you have now. Don't be tempted to make a fool of yourself with your ex when you're feeling low. Months from now when you're looking back on this time, you will want to be able to hold your head up and say that you kept your dignity through the hard times.
If its meant to be, you'll get back together sometime. The question is when. When I was in high school I dated someone for a year. I broke up with her and some how 3 years later we found each other. That was 2001. We are now married and have 3 kids.
But to be honest, since you said she's in college 5 hours away, it sounds as if she found someone else or doesn't want to be that committed to any guy. Between the college atmosphere and 100' s of new people and new friends, they are more, I've seen so many relationships end when one of them goes onto college or both go to different colleges. You want someone who is there everyday.
Either way I would pursue the new girl. You don't need to sit around and continue to be sad.

Thank you. That's what I was thinking about doing. What worries me though is what happens if we reconnect over her Xmas break? I don't want to ruin this new girl, she had guy problems in the past. Also I have the problem of these two girls being friends. Good idea or bad idea? My friends said wait and then see. I have to prove it to the new girl that I'm worth it and that she isn't just some rebound, which she isn't.

If the new girl isn't worried about what it could do to her relationship with your ex, why should you. You need to do what will make you happy. If your ex wants to get back with you later in, but you have found someone that makes you happier, that is her loss. She made the decision to leave you. If you're waiting to see if its meant to be, you could be waiting years, months, or even a lifetime. Move on and let life take its course. The lowest points in your life will only make you.stronger.

Who cares if you're like that? Chicks don't like the super macho douche man. If you're looking for the kind of girl that does then stop looking for relationships and start looking for an easy score. Living up to the standards of sleeping with as many people as you can is actually kinda gross to me personally. Just do what you want, not what you feel as if everyone else will approve of.

Well I have my setup at my parents house so that I can remotely access their computer at any time (VNC client). They aren't the most tech savvy so it's a benefit to me so I can "fix" any problems or do general maintenance on the machine. Well this is the second time this week I randomly go to log on and notice firefox minimized with two active windows for porn sites...
Awkward much? My parents are happily married over 30 years but my dad's retired so he's home during the day while my mother is working.
I just politely covered his paper trail these two times (close it and delete cookies/browsing history/etc.).
Would you say something to your dad or just play dumb??? I'm not suspicious of anything bad but it just seemed really weird to stumble on.
It's just awkward for you really, isn't it. I've stumbled upon various things whilst fixing other people's PCs, or once when wiping down a PC for a deceased friend's family. My opinion is to just act as if you never saw it. I just don't see the point in the embarrassment for either party. That's my opinion anyway.
The way you handle this is closely related to the kind of relationship you have with your father. If it was my father, after laughing a lot I would even call him and recommend him the best porn sites across the web
But if the relation is more "serious" you should just ignore what happened. I donĀ“t think that is something you should worry about.
I'd ignore it if I were you. It will feel more awkward when he knows that you know.

have you tried having a long talk with him, about what he is feeling being normal. that his body will under go a change and he will loose hair in places he once had it?
also that there is nothing wrong with what he is doing except that you can see his computer.
also maybe gift him a splash proof keyboard

As an older guy...... (old as your dad) it is ok to be straight up with him. Tell him that you were doing maint./cleaning up on the computer and noticed this. Show him how to cover his own tracks and tell him you don't care one way or the other........ none of your business.... but tell him you want him to know how do the cleanup/deleting so Mom never finds out..... of course ..unless it was mom who was looking......

Just got laid off a week ago and I already feel myself drowning in debt. Truth be told, I do not want to work loss prevention anymore, I'm actually looking into making a career out of selling phones (maybe district manager or something better in the future). Even though I have no experience, I think i know more than most of the people trying to sell you phones at any store because of my time spent on various forums but unfortunately it does not count and can't be put on my resume. So my point is, even if it isn't related to anything that I've mentioned and you live in my area and can help me, please let me know. I have 2 kids and many bills...

I wasn't expecting a happy ending - that would have been insulting.
But, it should have been done better. It's like we've spent the last 7 years getting to know someone inside out, and then they change in the last 5 minutes of the show into something completely different. Is anyone else reminded of Anakin's 5 minute journey to The Dark Side? It was just badly portrayed.
Apparently though, the last series was meant to span over at least 2, which is where the rumours about it having another series to go came from. They did cram in too much story and that spoilt it.
The last series was rubbish for me. It pretty much killed my appreciation for what had come before.

Maybe they crammed too much story that's why people were expecting a somewhat different ending. I feel that the reason why he succumbed into seclusion was because of his very nature. We know Dexter as the person who is known for taking decisions no one could.
But I agree to the point that they did cram too much story in last season. Though it's disappointing to see him like that but he could not have done anything else accounting to his very character.
